Akad team came 4 times to spray but here still to much coakroach …I complained about that but they are responding… sometimes said maneger is not here will call you later. Very bad experience

I did the bed bug control service from Akkad, after the service I could see the bed bugs are still there and it’s multiplying… i used their follow up service again it was useless … the bed bugs are still there…

I would strongly advise against hiring Akkad Pest Control Company for any pest-related issues. They did not show up on time and did not call to inform me, I had to call multiple times and they eventually did come 4 days later than originally planned. Their customer service team was very ineffective and took several tries to find me in their system despite clearly calling and asking them to change the contact number to the updated one. Save yourself the headache and find a reputable and reliable pest control company that values their customers and actually shows up on the day they’re scheduled.

Totally unprofessional and no results at all, you'll just have to keep calling them and they'll visit your home and make it messy with their so called watery pest control which they'll spray everywhere without any analysis.

My first experience, Very bad in customer service and never on time. No prior notice re delay and thy expect the customers to follow up! Pethatic!

We have done a very good pest control on our place with Akkad Pest Control. It’s such a great service and kudos to the professionals technician that did the pest control and also to the very accommodating customer service that helped us on what kind of pest treatment should we done, they’ve listened to addressed all concerns and questions we had. The prices were very reasonable! Thank you, Akkad!

Awful company. The spray they put has made my house smell so bad even after 24 hrs. My child is sick because of smelling it i am sure. And telling them this, no etiquettes from customer service at all- go complain if you want. Horrible horrible people- stay away.

I found a mouse in my place where i recently moved too.

The guy came for 10 minutes, he put 4 boxes (one i asked him to add before leaving) and charged me 210 aed

The same day i went to carrefour and purchased several boxex to complete the job, each box is 10 aed

They only have time if you have new booking then guy is available 24/7 and they give you assurance of 6 months and for any issue they will come again in 15days and once you pay they behave like they are very busy and give appointment for 10days and after that also no one will come.

So better go with cheap 100-150 pest control instead of pay higher to them.

Pathetic experience! Poor customer service and totally non professional approach. I booked their service and specially mentioned in my request to call me 30 minutes before coming. Not only did they not call me, when I called them 15 minutes before the booking time to ask where is the team, they said they are on the way and coming within 10 minutes. Then the guy had the audacity to call and tell me that he’s gonna wait 20 minutes and then leave. Then repeatedly called me after every 5 minutes asking where am I and why I haven’t reached I called the company and instead of asking the guy to wait for a customer they went ahead and cancelled my booking. These guys need to revamp their customer service from ground up! If their employees are ready to lose the business in this era then it’s very unfortunate for the company and its image.

Been using the service for our business now, the pest control service itself is great! One customer rep that was very unpleasnt to speak with. She cuts you off and doesn't listen with you at all!

Not recommended at all.called them for my ant problem in my villa, they came and said the problem is "fixed". Our ant problem came back in less than a week.

The worst service ever and the back office staff are just there to get customers and scam them. I have had a bad experience with Lin and Sajjad. They really don't help customers once you have taken the services. You will eventually have to kill cockroaches with a Pif Paf on your own.

I wish i looked at this review before i ordered, they came and spray and it was fine yet the cockroachs still appears, 11 days after the new smell cockroaches is there, so many, and they say 6 months guarantee, now they book me for follow up after 9 days, while when i book for the first time it was available immediately, so strange. So frustrated

We need to understand the main issue, every customer is expecting some kind of magic from a pest control services company to simply vanish the insects from there place, which is not possible, they do their best reduce the infestation, it is a company customer relationship, Please comply with there preventive instructions and call them for follow up service to finish the problem

Unprofessional, Even after continuous follow-up for booking they did not reach at my place on time, just to tell me after 30 mins of scheduled time that technician cant attend today as nobody is available, seriously i! Made atleast 5 calls to just to make sure the service is delivered on the day, As It was very urgent for me. After all these events they dont care at all, Just give me an SMS saying " your appointment is cancelled " Ridiculous Service

Don’t trust their chemicals, it doesn’t last more than 2 weeks, and the warranty is 6 months.

They came twice within 1 month to satisfy me after I complained but the problem not fixed yet and I figured out a lot of their customers complaining about their chemicals the last 3 months.

I am using this company since very long.this time they are worst and not even a single cockroach die.it’s purely lack of professionalism from the person who fix the gel.

Worst service.not even a single cockroach will die. The lady in the reception will eat your head if you call for a followup. Train receptionist how to speak politely. - don't wast your money there are many better place who value customers.

Please don't trust anything told by them verbally. They will make commitments & later they don't withhold their words. New person will attend the call & deny the commitments. Beware & careful please

The worst service I have seen in terms of customer service and quality. At first, the person who come for pest control will ask u to wait for 4 weeks in order to get the complete result. But even after waiting, no miracle wl happen.n when u call to the reception regarding the follow up the concerned person will behave in such a bad manner n blame the customer for everything.atleast they should accept their mistake n should do d necessary action. DNT MAKE CUSTOMERS FOOL EVEN AFTER TAKING THEIR MONEY. THIS WILL NOT SUSTAIN FOR A VERY LONG TIME.

Their policy is not good while im having a contract they should call for the visit, I dealt with other companies they call every four months for the visit, it would be good if they send a reminder message or a call when I called them they said contract expired and I lost my visits.for me very bad customer experience.

I ordered a house and pest inspection. Basically $1000 for 10 minutes of "work".

Pest inspection: looked at one door for 10 seconds, then said nope no termites here.that cost me $450.
Oh you want to drill for mold/fungus? That'll be an extra $250.
You want us to go on the roof? Go in the attic? That will be an extra $250.
You want us to move that stuff to look what's behind? That's an extra $250.

Charges you an arm and leg for everything.

The cost of the inspection alone could (and did) have fixed 80% of the issues they found.

For the areas they "inspected" they overlooked a lot of stuff and did a rudimentary job in 10 minutes. When I arrived they were already done and I made them go over the whole house again with me there and found numerous other issues they missed the first time. Imagine if I hadn't showed up at all and only had my real estate agent go with them?

Not only that but the report is basically a generic report they copy and paste and use over and over and slightly customize it for your house adding in a few sentences here and there and they paste 1x1" photos they took which are so small that they are useless (at least include larger photos). I am sure I could have asked for the full sized photos but at this point it wasn't worth it. I bet it took them less than 2 hours to produce that report.

This is not my first rodeo. I have read many home inspection reports and have had it done by another company previously. Arnest Inspections report was the least comprehensive report I have ever read.

They gave me a quote of $2000 to fix a backdoor.lol you think it costs $2000 to replace a door? And not even the front door. I wasn't born yesterday. Total rip off. STAY AWAY.

After paying almost 600dhs i still have the same issues, they came 2 times to fix the problem but still as they didnt do anything

I use this company since 2014. Will recommend. As they give warranty and they are coming on time for first time and second and third if needed. Just we have to be patient

During the last 4 years always everything was ok but unfortunately the quality is totally different and they are not not responsible same as before (after one week i found 3 live cockroaches in my kitchen in several days)

Useless administration, messed up our booking, gave totally wrong information twice. Also requested contract through their text service but never got it. Would not recommend.

Pest control did not work. Terrible, use another pest control service. Wasps are still flying around my garden from the time pest control left until one week after. Then they say they won’t come for another 7 days to fix their mistake.

There are many 1 star ratings, beware and use a different company.

First time I used Akkad pest control it was very effective and didn't have to call for another follow up in 6months. But this time it seems there's some change the pest issue didn't get solved fully even after follow up.

Totally disappointed with the service. Done gel treatment for cockroaches, but it not at all work for me. And when I call the customer service to inform, they just want to put blaim on building and appartment. And they just book the follow up treatment which doesn't work at all.

Very bad call center that doesn't respect appointments and have no structure for rates and pricing.each time they give different price and different appointments.

We took their services for bed bug but was highly disappointed.they initially told that one treatment won't be effective n will get excellent results only after 2 treatments.
After a couple of days of first treatment there was some reduction in bugs but came back after 2 days. It was same after the second treatment.
After spending so much money and washing loads of clothing I am back to square one. Won't recommend this to anyone. They should come up with good solutions to pest control

Unprofessional to take the appointment, I took an appointment in a specific date and time but the lady on the phone when I called I discover she scheduled the appointment up to her other day and other timing! I was a customer and now I cancel and never deal with them

Used Akkad for their cockroach control service. The first interaction with customer service was fantastic. The first visit had effective results within 2 days. After that everything is downhill. The first treatment worked for couple of months. After that the customer service got bad and the treatments were even worse. ZERO Effectiveness. I won't opt to take my free follow up service, because it's pointless.

It seems like a perfect plan to dupe customers. It makes sense to maintain their business. If they give you a perfect solution you won't need them. The customer service has gone to the point of being outright rude. If you are a first time customer they will impress you, don't expect much after that. The positive ratings are either first time customers or just fake. Beware.

This is my second term
Last year: I had very bad experience as cockroaches got habitual of gel and spray.
This year, 2019: it's been 3days so far, hoping for best.

I've used their services for the past two years. Always ready to comeback and sorry out the issue to ensure the pros kept is met. Will continue using their services in future

For cocroch removal we did a gel treatment it was worth opting akkad i suggest you all to go for it but bed bug treatment i did was not satisfactory.

An excellent service and bio gel really works! The guy came in time and all procedure took maybe 10 minuets. He use bio gel which is pets friendly. Very happy with results! Highly recommend

Suggest the sales people totbe polite over the phone as this is service oriented business.

Great service. I have been using Akkad Peat control for few years now and they provide good service and also make sure to revisit within warranty period. Booking of appointment and coming on time is also impressive.
