Almost 4 months gone with our bed bugs issue and 3 times they came for spray. Still some bed bugs spotted.
Before the last spray of yesterday I called twice and the management promised to send their Engineer this time (Mr. Ahmad) for more supervision. But despite 2 times notice from my side and their approval, only one staff came and did spray and left! No respect to their promise and the client's follow-up!

I felt the job could have been done better the first time around 1 week later the fumigation was done again.much better.

Service is not bad but the pest control effect doesnt even last for one day!
They did 3-4 times pest control for me within a span of 1-2 months but not even a single cockroach was found dead.
Their chemical solutions are not at all effective.
Infact i realized pest multiplication after the sprays and gel sessions.
Sorry but i wont recommend.
The staff is good and professional.
But ultimately their service is not at all effective as the quality of chemicals used for pest control is very poor.almost like spraying water.

I have used Akkad since I arrived to Dubai in 2018, last time I have used them in March 2022, after one month I got all insects again, tried to reach them and their answer was very rude and unprofessional specifically from receptionist.

Despite the rudeness, Their response is delaying you to do follow up on what in first place was their mistake.

On the other hand they make your life difficult to do the job

My advise NO! There are the worst I would suggest you to not to go with them as they are very rude and do not provide the service well. The lady Ann receptionist does not know how to deal with customers

Pathetic, cockroaches returned on the same day, when we call to complain about this they said chemicals are taking time to react.what nonsense.dont ever go with Akkad pest control, it's disgusting and very poor quality.

Even after 2 weeks of there service my house was infested with cockroaches when asking them to come or to honor the warranty they kept acting busy and instead of priortizing they just kept bein busy. When asked for refund the person on the fone was quite rude an was like manager will call u

One of the best service i have got from Akkad pest control, bit late but it is understandable as they are also human travelling traffic etc, but the chemicals and gell they use is good

There are some precautions which every pest control company is telling you to follow to prevent any side affect of treatment, besides try to follow their packages if it suits your needs, i dont think if you follow all these instruction and packages you will still have any pest problem,

as for me it works like magic their treatment, too much cockroaches before and bed bugs issue but now at least i am living much better

I don’t l know what they have used but days after the service I have reacted very strongly as in allergy symptoms and the smell is so strong that it still persists after days of having had the service done. We deep cleaned several times as advised by the customer service. I sincerely hope that the materials are not harmful to us but I can’t help but wonder why the odor is so strong and just won’t disappear. We used the service before a d never had any issue.

Their service is excellent and the technician who carried out pest control in my house, he was well knowledge and detailed.
Post the pest control the major challenge of cockroaches was taken care of.

Was frustrated with Cockroaches, with Akkad Pest service the cockroaches has vanished completely.
It's almost like magic. Highly recommended.
They also do follow up service if you face any issues.

No coordination at all. They sent team without municipality credentials. Failed to send on time a proper team for the pest control.

Worst service. After doing treatment twice there is no changes in cockroaches. Think twice before giving your hard earned money to these people.

Pest control did not work. Terrible, use another pest control service. Wasps are still flying around my garden from the time pest control left until one week after. Then they say they won’t come for another 7 days to fix their mistake.

Does your manager ever work? They are are never there when I call.

Akkad is one of the best companies. My experience with them started from 2016 till now. I tried many companies before them but honestly they are the best. I advised my friends to deal with Akkad.no one told me that he did not get benefit.really Akkad is the solution if you want to get red of insects.
