Worst ever service. No delivery on time. Continuous follow ups from my side, not able to reach any supervisor. They are not able to share driver mob no. Do not know why!? Though applying thru their app still no delivery was on time. Shame they deserve less than 1 star.

Can not give below 1 star so giving this. Worst water delivery service in international city. They don’t follow schedule. From the day I joined it I had so many issues. They always give different reasons for 2 consecutive days said that truck is breakdown. Some times they will keep saying you will get water tomorrow. Some drivers are very rude. They will keep changing delivery drivers. I suffered a lot. Complained lot of time but no action. Also contacted them on Twitter so many times no reply. Really need some improvements. And then they say we have to utilize full amount if we want to leave.

It an al ain water ware house were the loading and off loading is done.

Very very bad services in delivery. Many complains without result. I would advice searching another water supplier.
