If i could give a -5 i would for the incompetence and disrespect these employees show to customers.

Something as simple as documentation required prior to applying was requested.

Arrived all the way from business bay, only for them to tell me that they need more documentation which was not not on me but never mentioned over the phone.

While raising my concern on why was this information not given on the phone call, they started raising their voice saying we do not work for you.

Noone is working for me but have the decency of saying the exact documentation to prepare prior to visiting a typing center

Incompetent Employees!

The bad typing center i have ever seen even after giving my passport for details he made mistake and no proper sentence formation not worth to pay for typing it's better to type by our self to safe our money Rather than going here.

Lost all my files
I don’t recommend this place

I had PDF files which required Adobe Reader to open. They don’t have the program. However the guy who helped me printed whatever that popped up because he didn’t listen.

So I told him that I would make a photocopy instead which he charged me 1 dihram a page

The worst part is when I went to other printing shop to find out all files in my USB drive are all gone.

I will never go there again

My usb did not/does not have a virus. It had pdf files and nothing else. It would have been a better business practice to apologize instead of blaming your customer.

Redoing all of my documents is very time consuming.
