The lady philipina in the counter at 12am on 15th behave very rudely.my experience was very bad. Normally I would love to go and do exchange in Al Ansari exchange but I am so depressed today.

The best service provider in terms of sendin money home. There wasn't any issues at all in their processes, services as mentioned by most of. Also, there is never been any delay at all, all it takes just less than 5 minutes and you are done. So far i have been using their services from last 5 months but didn't encounter with any such problem. Staff there knows their job well. Keep it up team Al Ansari.

This branch deserves a 5-star review. I have been sending money to my family thru them for a while now and ever since I never had any issues. The staffs are friendly and very accommodating. Recently, my EID was invalid as it was expired, and I’m in the process of getting a new EID, they took the liberty to still update my account with my passport just so I can still send money to my family. The customer service is just excellent. And just the latest event of my last visit, I just realized the following day that I lost my wallet. And I remembered that the last place I visited was Al Ansari- Al Ghadeer branch which is just a walking distance from my house. So I passed by to check if they have found a wallet. And they said they have it, they even said they tried to contact me but unfortunately my number isn’t working. I got my wallet back with everything still intact and knowing they also tried to contact me is amazing it shows great ethics in customer service. In conclusion, I salute all the staff for being honest and hardworking. You guys deserve a great review! Thank you so much! -Kiki

Worst Exchange Branch, one of the staff accidentally turned off the machine before getting the salary. In the end, we weren't able to get the salary and it was debited on our salary account. Now, they had us running back and forth.

The worst customer experience ever. Stayed there for 20 min as the person was slow and not knowledgeable. Even though I gave him a piece of paper with all the info he managed to put the name wrong. Had to come back after 1 hr as the receiver of the money was not able to get it. I was told with attitude that I was wrong. He needed a colleague to show him the mistake he had done and the damage he had caused. For such a simple task, such a waste of time and resources. Try and use online services or go to other places.
