I'm waiting 25 minutes but no response

Worst service ever, staff seated in counter5 is too slow, not professional, and he does not know what he is doing. I sepnt ONE HOUR to do a simple transfer. Staff made a mistake, and I had to go back to amend it. Still, staff is too slow doing so many calls, and no one is assisting. No manager and no floor management. I sent an hour again, and no one bothered to check what's the issue
