Al Attar Business Center Barsha

This is a business center with most of the offices owned by Real Estate. 2 entrances of the building. Few shops on the ground floor with saloons. A dance academy, Martial arts center and many more.

That is not really near Mashriq metro station, more time to walk, no bus goes there at least i didn't see any, many businesses, i went to Buckingham real estate,

Small mall but have a special vibes. Always lovely to visit this place. Extremely clean. Few shops and pretty big grocery store.

SKN HUB AESTHETIC- very very bad! 2nd time I come and the machine breaks down. Terrible attendance!

It has all of shops for grocery, parlour, hardware, tailoring, perfume branded and eatery.just that the eatery closes by 8pm

I had a great experience at this mall and I got my 100% dark chocolate from Pure Chocolate store. ️

They mever refunded my security deposit after I vacated the office. Building has no proper Internet signal. Do not expect to get back your security deposit after you are leaving the place.

First of all the management is so poor espacially the guy who sits in office has a sick attitude and doesn't know how to talk to customers. The restrooms are dirty. There is no prayer room in the building, you will have to go to the neighboring building to offer prayer. This a poor place.

Don’t recommend.
We have leaks in our office that had damaged our cabinets, and when we requested to cancel the contract the denied returning our money…
They recommended an office change, but we denied because dealing with them is very unprofessional.

IS NOT WORTH TO RENT AN OFFICE SPACE BECAUSE NO ONE IS CLEANING THE TOILET AND PANTRIES NO TISSUES AND SMELL IS REALLY BAD.

Room and Mates, located in 119 is a great Bed Space Rental Agency that gives quality bed spaces in Owned and Managed Shared Apartments Rooms. The service quality is so impeccable that they provide great Safety and Comfort attributes. Not alone the fact that the Rooms are shared by only 2 people and its own attached bath, the services, support and the Peace of mind provided by the managed spaces is unmatched across any other bed spaces in Dubai. Kudos team!

للاسف خدمة سيئة و النظافة سيئة و الاجارات مبالغ فيها و يتفنون في اخذ فلوسك و خاصة مبلغ التأمين لا يمكن يرجعوه الا اذا اشتكيت عليهم، لا حول و لا قوة الا بالله
لا انصح ابداً بهذا المكان
Hygiene is bad, management services is bad and rents are extremely high
They try their best to take your money, specially the security deposit

Elegent trainjng institute, they give very good offers on several courses like graphic designing and many other courses.

Management's not caring regular tenant they're trying to make competition between same tenant to tenant under same business activity, that's why always regular tenant are moving from Al attar business center Al barsha

The Al Attar group does not want repay security deposits. All tenants complain. They don't want to pay the security deposit. This is both a crime and a shame!
