Al Attar Tower

Good points=
1. The location is good next to the gevora, Future Museum.
2. Metros, taxi, and buses are available all the time.
Bad points=
1. The security is very unprofessional and proudly, especially beard guy.
2. Lift lobby has no Ac, and you've to wait while sweating around 20 to 30 minutes to go inside your lift because of long queues.
3. No free parking around.
4. Lifts are big disasters. Always maintenance almost every day and night.
5. Lack of cleaning, especially in the lifts.

Very bad experience with the night shift security guard, it's an emergency for washroom (urine). They didn't allow. Very rudely they behave. I heard in dubai no body stop for the washroom. They excuse is like it's only for staff not for the public.

Very Bad place for expats to live many small rooms even in 1 house the whole building stinks

Dated and big queues for the lifts at peak period but convenient location near to Sheikh Zayed Road and the metro red line stations

Untidy building, no pest control, couldn't stay here for more than a month only because rent was paid

The worst tower to live within DIFC area, long wait elevators, 20 min waiting, elevators are always kn Maintenance,

Disaster building. Crowded! Super crowded! Elevator problem! U need to wait like 20mins before u reach in G Floor!

I would like to express my experience regarding today 2nd February 2023 around 11: 45 am 3 x Service Elevators + 1 x Cargo Elevator all paused at G Level and Extremely rude unprofessional Security person from India { Kolkata} just gave an excuse in words on inquiry that nothing from me this all from Dewa and will take 2 hours to fix the issues as Dewa Persons are at Work. This explanation absolutely ridiculous as It’s impossible a Government Sector officials order Building Management to pause all elevators for their inspection for 2 x hours and all residents will stay either at Ground level or in their apartments. This unprofessional Security even replying presented hopeless residents to use staircase if they want to reach their apartments.
My legitimate concern is that If this was decided by Dewa to cut off the electricity and hold all elevators at G Level for 2 x hours so where was the plan from Al Attar Management to accommodate their residents when it was happening?
Building Manager Asian National pointed by on duty Security standing outside building smoking area and just wasting time instead to talk with residents and brief them about situation and how long it will take. Really it was super mess as this Building Management doesn’t have plan to attend these kind of schedule events. However I was mentally and physically disturb as went by walk through staircase to my apartment which is extremely at high level and I am leaving everything on God as he will take best revenge. Telephonically regarding my bad experience I have discussed with my friend and got an answer that No body cares about complaints in Al Attar Tower as Building Security to Facilities included Manager & Supervisor protect each other regarding their irregularities and Top Management is not aware at all.
I shall plan to leave this building as no guarantee how many more incident events occur on this property?
Only an advise for Al Attar Top Management that send to Building staffs include Managers and Supervisors for a training where they learn how to do respect and earn respect as they are extremely poor in Services. Al Attar Top Management recruited these staffs to assist residents according to their needs & not to deal with them like unprofessional way.

An Accessible place to all related distance public transport and nearby malls and shopping centers

I want to complaint about Al attar tower building security guard from Bangladesh. I don't want to mention his name but the way that security guard dealing with the residents of building it's totally unprofessional and rude. I went to building security guard complaining about my missing delivery stuff infornt of our apartment door & Security guard response is very rude and unprofessional and he told me if anything missing from lobby area or infornt of your apartment door even it's covered in cameras.i can't do anything for you. Even I can't check cameras for you. This is not security responsibility. Now I have question with the building management what is the purpose to keep security in the building? What is the use of cameras? If they can't do anything for building residents. Everyday I notice the security team is busy with there mobile phones watching movie passing time only & if any residents of building going to them for help.that time they are behaving very badly with building residents. Even they don't have any fear of building management. Even Directly they are saying you can go anywhere for complaint.we don't care. Really it's making very bad impression for building management team. My concern is only to highlight & stop missing any stuff or happens any wrong activities in the building. I have humble request with you please take strict action on this matter. Thank you so much.

If you ever thinking of getting a room on rent, kindly avoid taking from farooq and Didar. Worst service, they dont care about the tenants, nor provides anything. They will appear at the time of taking rent. Real dissapointing

Nice Tower in the heart of city.
Elevetor always busy have to wait 20 min.but not much supermarket and restaurant.

The security in night shift (Ajin) is very unproffesional. Shouted and humiliated me in a public place like in the elevator where there are so many people. I can't fold my scooter as it is broken and I need to repair once I will have my salary and I totally understood when it comes in elevator as it is always crowded. I have always adjusted myself to make sure it doesn't hassle. I have told them that its broken from before but he never listen and instead HUMILIATED on me and said he will throw my scooter once he will see me. I got scared as I have never encountered this here in dubai living for 4 years.

Its a large building but they have only 4 lifts peoples are waiting outside the building they make ques to reach to the lifts

One of the best building near to DIFC. Same plot of GEVORA HOTEL. Its 30 floor building with extra 5 floor parking building. Very next building to GEVORA HOTEL. Can reach by financial centre metro. Take exit 51 from Shk Zayed road towards Dubai side. LIFE PHARMACY in the ground floor can be noticed eazily.

A place on sheikh zaid road with multi stories 30+ having offices and appartments. Having own parking.

It's a 35 story tower located on the main sheikh Zayed road. It has both offices and residential apartments. I stayed in the apartment. Almost everyone in the building was an expatriate. Building itself is clean and well maintained and located at 5 minutes walk to Financial trade center Metro stop
