AL Awadhi Studio

I've been trusting this studio for more than a decade now. My recent visit was again exceptional! Many thanks to Sir. Joseph for the wonderful professional shot! Highly recommended.

Al Awadhi stodio has been around for a long time and very well known for his artistic photoshoot. What I don't understand is the price these guys charge for passport photos, while most of the shops charge between 15-20 Dhs for a set of 6-8 prints, these guys charge 52 Dhs and no printouts as that comes with additional 40 Dhs charge, they just email or WhatsApp the digital photo to you and that's it, how do you justify the cost here?

My family have been taking photos at Al Awadhi Studio ever since they have opened in Nad al hamar and previously in older locations.
Fair to say that after my recent visit you have lost some loyal customers.

The photographer Shabnam needs to work on her professional behavior, attitude and tone. Lack there of. She is not suited to be interacting with any customers at all. Possibly one of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced or witnessed. Rude, unprofessional physically and verbally.

I came in around the afternoon to inquire about taking my portrait by a female photographer. The usual male photographer whom I’ve previously worked with told me to visit later on in the day to meet with her. I revisited the same day and he introduced me to Shabnam for the first time.

I asked her to see any portrait examples to get an idea of how the editing and backdrop would look like. Meanwhile, Shabnam was working with a different customer and instead of finishing up then helping me out proceeded to rudely tell me that she isn’t going to show me any of the customers photos. To which I corrected her multiple times that I don’t want to see any customer photos but I needed to get an idea of what her work will look like before proceeding.
She started boasting that I must have visited because I’ve seen the work somewhere on social media so there would be no need and that customers should just trust the work. She kept cutting me off with a loud tone as I was speaking and as she started carrying the conversation inappropriately elsewhere, I decided to cut it short and go back to interacting with the usual photographer.

What kind of photographer in a studio does not have examples of their work to present to clients? Even so, the approach and attitude of this photographer is completely inappropriate.

Wouldn’t recommend this experience for any customer.

Never open on time. States 9: 30 opening time and currently it's 9: 45, doors are still locked as always

Oh my god the most disgusting experience for my 11 years in dubai. The liars and thieves. First I came and ask can I get picture send on mail, worker said yes. Wait 30 min to be charged like I am buying 10 grams of gold 50 dir for 4 or 6 picture plus 50 dirhams to be send by mail. What a joke what a disgusting people and store. Avoid Please don’t be part of bad people stilling and Getting rich. There is only one place for those people in life. You can get 25-35 dir picture all over with free mail copy. So please one more time avoid this place.

Very bad studio don’t go there, they cheaters and liars too. I had very bad and unpleasant experience with them. The lady photographer is rude and unprofessional

استوديو رائع وطاقم التصوير محترفين وتصويرهم لا يحتاج الي فلتر للوجه حبيت شغلهم وسرعه استلام الصور لكن الاستوديو لا يفتح من الساعه 1ظهرا الى 3 ظهرا

Terrible eccperience and i felt ripped off by the prices it is ridicously overprieced compared to other studios.verybad! I do not recommend them.
