Negative experience with this company. Unfortunately, they did not adhere to the appointment schedule, which resulted in a frustrating and inconvenient situation.
I had scheduled an appointment with them for a specific date and time, and I made arrangements to be available at that time. However, they did not arrive and kept saying the technician is on the way. When we spoke to Mr. Jaskaran to conveying our dissatisfaction he was happy to cancel the appointment and send his team to a different site. This unprofessional behavior not only wasted our time but also disrupted our other commitments for the day.
Punctuality is a basic expectation when dealing with any service-oriented company, and their failure to respect the appointment schedule is highly disappointing. As a customer, I value my time and expect companies to do the same.
Due to this lack of punctuality and disregard for their customers' time, I cannot recommend this company to others. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their appointment management to avoid similar issues in the future.

Good place for electric power equipment, cost effective, and even their staff is very friendly.
