Pls my dad have been arrested currently in custody for 3 weeks because overstayed we were scammed by a company that what got him to that trouble now I am willing to clear the fine and give him a new visa but the police say no they gave him an out pass just a week after he was arrested currently I payed for his plain ticket but pls I wish the deportation process could be reversed it was not by intention and I was preparing myself to change his status and this happened pls is there any assistance for I will be very grateful.

I have been here for almost six months and no job, henceforth I want to go back to my country and as I speak, am in overstayed for more than a month. So please what are the procedures to follow and get home safely. My visa is Sharjah visa and am confused weather it will be process in Dubai at Al Awir immigration.

Please my company terminated me, they said am using mobile phone at work place, they teminated me already and they gave me cancellation paper to sign, I signed already and they gave me cancellation letterand I have it already, after the cancellation letter approved, I told them to give me my passport and they said I should go for three days time to collect, after the three days time I went there to collect the passport and they said I should go for three days time to collect the passport after the three days time I went there and they said I should go for three days time, but they gave me twenty eight days to search for another job and because of the days is going I leave them the passport to search for the job but to get job in UAE in Ramadan time is too difficult so I try to do freelance visa for two years, inshallah my employment visa is out with my labour card and labour contract but my former company has put absconding also and gave the passport to the immigration at Al awir but me I want to know if your company terminated you is allowed to put you as absconding person please and I want to change my new employment visa status please if not allowed call them to remove because I'm a poor boy

They will just keeps telling you come tomorrow and after tomorrow always making excuses they will tell will help you but do not to wish to do anything

I had built a very wrong perception about Al Awer immigration center due to negative comments from negative minded people but today visiting myself proved me absolutely wrong and truly I’m so humbled and surprised the way I been treated with respect and politeness showed a prime example of humanity and I was told by one officer that you will be always respected here… if you ever have problem come here and we will help and you will always walk out like a queen.

I personally can say.al awir is the best place to go and settle your problems with uae government I had absconding case dealt with it over a month and when I went here it was settled in a day. Everyone was good from security to reception to the staff, as long as you don't lie everything will be okay so I paid and now I have new visa. Easy.

my visa is expired on 14/7/2021..and my sponsor was in pakistan and come back and cancelled my visa on 14/8/2021 from 15 start overstay fine and my sponsor put my name opsconding so what should I do now. I wonder why there is no system for the housemaid for remove my uvseconding. I feel confusion process. They told me I have to ask discounts for my fine.
