Im giving 5 stars for the reception sweet stuff and for Doctor Latifa Mohamed Saif, she is amazing and professional, she helped me and answered all my questions, please if you are planning to come try to book over the phone and ask about her name, I dont have insurance and I didnt feel that she is trying to use this thing, not like other doctors who try to give higher prices out of everything, all my respect to the reception girls and Doctor Latifa, thanks alot

Service is terrible. I’ve never seen any clinic so bad organized. I’d put 0 star if it was possible.

Very long vaccination que with prebooking which was done, my baby got vaccinated after 2 hours from appointment

Staff is very rude, service is really bad, are not punctual at all, the clinic was empty and we have waited 30 minutes for registration and missed on our appointment because of it. Would definitely never recommend anyone to come here.

It’s 5 and am still waiting for the car to take me to the quarantine place. I told the doctor I can go there by my self.she said no I have to wait.and here am I sick and waiting in the clinic from 1: 30 and it’s 5 and still waiting!

Excellent initiative, very polite and cooperative staff. All xray blood test done on same when i got positve test results for covid.

Worst Health center ever DHA must check this place and reevaluate it
4 hours waiting and each department telling shortage of staff I have a baby 7 months old

Total waiting for TIRED OLD corona patient is 2 hours! Non sense waiting for everything though the place is empty and only 4 patients were there

I have been there on 5.11.2021 for assesment after i tested positive with covid 19. The clinic is very clean, staff is very profissional especially cute girl in reception (mornong staff).
Just they need to organize and clear out patient journey.i need to as many times about the next step i should do.

Total shambles of a place. DHA is also a joke. Took 3 hours to get me there for emergency appointment which they never even made. Noone has a clue. Sent home with cough syrup. Had nasty covid symptoms for a week. Don't waste your time going here.

One of the best health care centers of Government of Dubai.
The dedicated doctors and nurses provide selfless service to the patients who come hither.
All health check ups, blood tests and x rays, are free of cost.
Medicines prescribed by the doctors are available at the pharmacy and they are free of cost too.
The staff is polite and courteous and always assist the patients.

The registration counter is a nightmare. They are rude and not helpful. Never expect smile or good service.

The woman who served me at the counter had a really bad attitude. Very miserable woman, very unhelpful. Would advise to avoid this place if you can. Sadly this is all too common in Dubai with the local women who work in Government places. Sad but true. The Sheikh wants a “world class” health service. Long long way to go when you have people like this working in your establishments. A smile or a friendly service would be a good place to start instead of speaking to people like they are dumb and have done something wrong when they just turned up looking for a service that the clinic provides.

ولكن يحتاج الى تحسين خدمة استقبال المراجعين لوجود شكاوي معينه في ذلك ومع ذلك فجميع موظفيه رائعين وخدومين.
متمنيين للجميع مزيدا من التقدم والنجاح.

تاخير فلمواعيد للأسف إذا أخذت موعد ستنتظر سبع اشهر أو اكثر لا انصح بتخاذ موعد انصح ذهاب إلى عيادة خاص ستنهي مشكلتك في يوم واحد شكرااااا
