I’ve been living in Dubai for 15 years and have never experienced such a ridiculous service like here.
Not well managed and planned to make it smooth for patients.

I did my Blood test there about 9 days back, they told me I'll get my report between 2-5 days and today it's 9th day and I'm still waiting.
I contacted Dubai Health live chat agents multiple times, all of them said ok we will send them request to provide you the report. But i guess they lied as well cuz I haven't received any mail or message on registered accounts.
I also call the helpline, they take all information and just said we'll request the management to upload your reports in Dubai Health app because the doctor forgot.
I'm really tired by contacting them again n again for the same thing.
Worst experience.

Visited the female arab dentist for emergency as teeth were hurting so much yet even after X-ray she could not diagnose and was careless. Paid for X-ray and unneeded medicines and had to see another dentist. It was more expensive than private clinic and didn’t provide healthcare. Disappointing to say the least.

Very happy with this clinic. I have 3 children and I have been bring them here for the past 3 years. Spell doctors are very good, but my favorite doctor is Dr Farah Naz, she is extremely knowledgeable, caring and professional. I am so grateful to have a doctor I can trust.

The place was organized and the team was very efficient. I went here for my baby’s vaccinations and booked with DHA. They addressed all my concerns. Everything went smoothly.

I am in Dubai on a tourist visa and got a terrible allergic reaction
The staff are great from the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor ️
The waiting was a bit long but very well organised and you have a lot of space so you don’t feel the crowd
Thanks to them I feel so much better and the symptoms are all gone
The prices were really affordable everything with the medication and injection costed less than 250 while a simple doctor visit in Aster costed me the same!

Great & kind receptionist.nurses and doctors are very kind. Received Great support and effort to have my kids vaccinated. Very friendly and respectful staff.i have never see a such a nice and professional department in Dubai.thank you DHA ️

A most professional operation. Staff very helpful. Very short wait as I did not have an appointment.

I visited this hospital on 20th November 2022 and just visit again 1 hour ago, i had to pay again for Dr. Consultancy as I am an existing patient in there system, after long waiting Dr.treated that I have to follow the same tablets which given by 20th Nov Dr. The reason to visit hospital again means I am not feeling well and my health is not stabilized past two days so I need new prescriptions for fast recovery that's why I paid again, which I shouldn't.
Step1. Pay at the counter and the cashier says go to clinic 1. (There is no clinic 1 written).
Step2. When I went to Family 1 room by using my common sense, a desk lady sent me back to the cashier and said ask him which Dr. He registered you! I think she could easily find it in her system.

Step3. I went back again to the same area by using my common sense and went to assessment room, the lady over there guide me to go to Dr. Room.

Step4. After Dr. Consultancy she said go to pharmacy and take your medicines.

Step5. I waited at the pharmacy area about 20 mins and my number was not called, I asked the pharmacist he said you have to take new number for the medicines, nobody guide it before.

Step6. Pharmacist said go and pay 150/- at the cashier then come back and take your medicines!

There is no proper guidelines and signage which indicate patients the step by step guidance exactly!

My health is still the same i just wasted my money.

I request to the owners and management that kindly treat and guide patients properly.

In my opinion I will never visit this hospital again in my life and never recommend it.

I brought my very sick mother to get an IV. The receptionist was extremely helpful and led me straight to the doctor I asked to see (by recommendation). The doctor - Dr Abdullah - was very knowledgeable and no-frills. Got my mom on an IV immediately. The nurses at the facility were also very efficient and helpful.

I visited the center today evening with 38.8c fever, and i went out the center after 30 minutes with 39.5c, no action was taken by the doctors

Slow processes. Even with appointment. What’s the point of my 4pm appointment, arriving 15 minutes prior when I get vaccinated at 5pm?
Lots of having to go back and forth because they didn’t input the right info.

I wish no one ever has to visit a health centre, however if u r visiting rest assured that staff is very good, Haytam from Sudan on the reception was very helpful, I don't know name of the Indian lady from Kerala, but she was very humble in giving COVID vaccine to my daughter, big thanks to Al barsha health center.

One of my worst experiences in UAE, not organised, not professional at all
I really don’t understand how this place is operating without a professional manager, blood on the floor for 10-15 mins till someone noticed
Me and my nanny did Influenza swab test till now I did not receive the results more than 36 hours passed, no one knows when will I receive results, call centre says lab is not answering! Avoid going there by any means

I had a really bad experience with the registration office, I dont understand why they have four counters and only one person is working? People are not welling to do their work. Why do I as a sick patient have to wait for 20 minutes just to register? Where is the manager?

I came in the morning they registerer told me it’s too busy now I’ll book for you an appointment at 4: 00pm, I came 3: 39 PM and I have to wait in a really long queue to register again and that make my appointment delayed.btw this is not the first time

Never disspoints every time I visit this place. Smiling staff, ultra helping, and quick and prompt service. Appreciate your dedication and hard work.

Yesterday I took my mother to the ER at the Barsha Center and she was seen by Dr. Salah & Dr. Amira. They were amazing! Loving, caring, respectful and attentive despite being extremely busy! God bless them! My mother is perfectly fine now and it is all thanks to them!

Super digital and advanced.
There is an app and all queues managed via a digital numbering system.
However… this means still calling to make appointments because app etc don’t cater for that… the phone number has an endless robot that gives many options that are incomprehensible…

Then in the clinic you need to chase number after number after number …

Take 2-3 hrs if you need a vaccine, you will need to go back to counters 5-6 times so keep your ticket number …

I had the misfortune of being bitten by a friends dog whilst on holiday. The service here was exceptional when I compare it to UK hospitals. Very reasonably priced and the staff were excellent

غير منظم بحاجة لتنظيم اكثر لا يوجد طابور منظم و هنالك اربع موظفات فقط موظفة واحدة تقدم الخدمة للجمهور

للاسف انا هنا لا اتكلم على المعاملة وانما كلامي على الخدمة انا في كل اسبوع او خمسة ايام ازور المكان بخصوص الاطمئنان على حالتي الصحية في كل امرة ادفع و الموضع يكون استشارة او سؤال عن نتيجة الفحص الخاصة بي و مع ذلك في الثلاث مرات الي قمت فيهم بزيارة المكان لم اجد حل لمشكلتي اولا تم الكشف و من ثم الفحص و من ثم استشارة الدكتور حول الفحص من ثم كتابة الدواء المناسب ولكن للاسف بعد كل هذا لم اجد حل لمشكلتي ما قمت بدفعه في هذا المكان ممكن ان اذهب فيه الى دكتور خاص وحل لمشكلتي باقل من هذا اتمنى انكم تاخذو كلامي بعين الاعتبار مش كل الناس عندها امكانية الدفع في كل مرة حتى الدكتور الاخصائي تم اعطائي موعد في شهر يولو ماذا اذا تفاقمت حالتي الصحية

أسوأ عياده في تاريخ البشريه. أتعامل معاهم من فتحوا كل شي فيهم سئ. وكم مره أسيرلهم ويردوني مع اني مواطنه.

مركز شامل طب عام وأسنان وأنف وأذن وطواريء وفيه تطعيم فايزر كورونا وفحص كورونا. وخدمات الفحص الدوري الشامل وعلاج المدخنين وتثقيف صحي وغيرها من الخدمات الجميلة. وفيه كافتيريا جميلة نظيفة ومكان للجلوس جميل.

Overall bad services! Starting from the reception where 4 people are on duty, 1 work and 3 are on the phone. Waiting forever for a simple service.

The men at the reception are disrespectful. I came for family clinic and the nurses are NOT kind whatsoever she literally told me “why did you come here you can do it online”. Like hello i cant do a blood test online This is the worst place ever they dont know how to give directions and are very disorganized. Also they make something that takes one minute into 2 hours. Literally a blood test that can be done in under 10 minutes in medcare is done in 3 hours here. DO NOT RECOMMEND! This place has to be shut down i thought i was the only one but apparently many people find this place to have terrible service

مركز صحي به تخصص عام وطب اسنان ويوجد مكان جميل لتناول الاطعمة وبيع الحلويات والمشروبات. الشيء الذي لم يعجبني عدم تعاون بعض الموظفين في أمور بسيطة

Please improve the service procedure and the efficiency.

I visited the Health Center to avail Hepatitis A, B & Meningicocal Vaccines.

The registration counter charged me 750 AED instead of AED 476. I was alarmed as to why charged additionally. Had to ask the person at the counter many times to check. I told her charged amount is not correct.

The nurse station took another 30 mins just to administer the vaccines.

God forbid you are in desperate need of medical attention. The processes in this place are so backward. Took over two hours just to get a Typhoid vaccine. Avoid this institution at all costs. I’d rather shoot myself in the head than have to visit this place ever again

At medical records there are 4 windows and only one person is working. At the moment are 20 people waiting to be helped. I’m here for blood test. Still waiting for more than half an hour.

Good luck if you go by car no parking few paid parking in the front and it's hard to find it take us half an hour to park only.should really advice to go by public transport if you don't wabt struggle.

المكان جميل ومتكامل تقريبًا ولكن في دكتورة نفسيتها سيئة وقالت لي سير مستشفى راشد علشان يعالجونك والعلاج سهل ما يحتاج كل هذي السالفة الطويلة

Unhelpful service at the front desk and extremely unorganized. I would suggest going elsewhere.

Inside the treatment room the nurses are very good but Very slow reception and they kept on sending me back and forth. They need to be more organized.

Got my little brother vaccinated (covid) here on Friday morning. Everything was done under 20 minutes. Great job guys.

The security lady was so rude as well as the guy behind reception. Who were telling me I’m wrong that I came here and nobody even guide me. This kind of service you can not accept in Dubai

Extremely disappointed with the treatment dispensed by Dr. Hanan Abdelhady. My mother visited the Emergency section with pain however the doctor hardly paid any attention or interest, which is a shocking behavior from a doctor. Asked to go home without checking or any examination.sad

A local lady at the counter was ridiculously rude. They don't have any sense of manners. I don't know how this country would be without expats. F chaos.

Reception on covid vaccination should observe customer service. Seems she’s not happy with her job. Not even helpful on providing information

Went today and got refused because I didn't have appointment, whereas their website mentions the contrary. Another example of the Poorness of the Health industry in this country!

During Jan 2020 they updated their systems to allow for appointments only, rather than walk-ins. This has made the experience much better and more organised. No longer a chore to attend.

Appalling use of so many staff. So unproductive, uncommunicative & unhelpful. This place could seriously do with a shake up in how to run a clinic.

Went there for travel vaccinations. Was a bit concerned given some of the reviews, but my experience was very good. I turned up without an appointment at 845am, and left with my yellow fever vaccination less than an hour later.

المشكلة روتين وتأخير، كل فاتورة لحالها ، إبرة فاتورة ودواء فاتورة وتحليل فاتورة تاخير في السحب والفواتير
لكن المستشفى نظيفة واهتمام ملحوظ من قبل الدكتورة والممرضات

المركز جدا ممتاز والسرعة في الاجراءات والخدمات الطبية ممتاز والدكتورة زهرة في قسم طب العائلة جدا اسلوبها راقي. بصراحة مافي اي سلبيات

We moved from Dubai and lost vaccination book, till 15th month we have done by Barsha Health Center. These people not cooperating and asking to visit Brach. I am in USA really come Dubai for vaccination book copy. I told them its urgent we can't continue vaccination with out book and the person so rude and can't check any thing on system. Is this DHA service? I am very disappointed with the behaviour. I dont have any other source to get book if Barsha health Center did vaccination they are responsible for records. Sick people who is sitting for help Center.

I’ve entered the clinic around 05: 30 on 12.01.2020 suffering from fever and vomiting. Hardly managed to reach the doctor who asked few question. 1st quiz was for identification and 2nd quiz regarding when did I vomit where I told him First it was during my sleep and directly and replied with BIG impossible!

Maybe I overreacted because of my condition but really i felt bad as i am not telling the truth. So I decided to leave to another clinic who can deal with patients in proper way.

Apparently they changed their system and i visited twice ever since it happened and i had to wait 35 minutes in both of the times to see the doctor. The clinic became unorganized, they told me the doctor would see me at 3: 00 pm and i had to wait 20 more minutes. So many patients were angry and the nurses couldn’t handle the pressure in fact they were rude.
The new system is not helping or improving the clinic.

Lovely polite helpful staff. Was a little unsure of what to expect, but very pleasantly surprised. Thank you

برنامج سعادة للتأمين الصحي SAADA insurance for UAE Nationals

في حالة التسجيل المسبق يمكن إضافة الأطفال ببساطة عند وجود بطاقة هوية الطفل. طوال ٢٤ ساعة الجهاز متواجد عن مدخل المركز الطبي وكل ما عليك إدخال بطاقة الطفل ومن ثم إدخال رقم الهاتف المتحرك والبريد الإلكتروني. لا حاجة لأي أوراق أو مستندات، فقط بطاقة هوية الطفل.
قانون جديد تم استحداثه في يوليو ٢٠١٩ أنه في حال كان الأب يعمل في جهة حكومية بإمارة دبي لن يتم تجديد التأمين الصحي لأن التأمين الصحي المقدم من جهة العمل يحل محل تأمين سعادة. دمتم سالمين وبصحة وعافية.

من السعوديه وتم التعامل بشكل ممتاز وسريع ولكن لم يكن الكشف والعلاج مجانا وإنما بمقابل مادي والحمد لله من قبل ومن بعد.

تعامل سيء للغاية إذ أرسلت صديقتي تنظر لي نتيجة الفحص وتأتي لي بالدواء بسبب تعبي وسفر زوجي واحتاج الدواء وصديقتي شرحت للدكتورة عدم استطاعتي المجيء ولكن النتيجة قاموا بتعامل سيء مع صديقتي ينم على عدم تعاملهم الراقي وسوء الخلق ورفعهم الصوت وألفاظ سيئة ثم قاموا بحجز بطاقتي وقولهم علي ان اذهب اذ لو استطيع الذهاب لذهبت من البداية ، أو أن أأتي بقريب لي ولو كنت املك قريب لما قمت بإرسال صديقتي. فعلا التعامل الراقي والخلق الحسن يهبه الله لمن يشاء من عباده.

The reception lady was very kind and welcoming explained everything to us and directed us in the way to go.
Registration was quick and efficient, however once we were called to the Dr's room it all changed and went down.
Dr Amal is not only arrogant but extremely rude and unprofessional
We greeted her and she didnt even respond.
I explained that my mom was visiting me here in Dubai and that we needed to check her blood pressure and sugar levels as she had history etc
She just kept asking but why.why did she not go in her country
Why she need this
Why she need that.
So unhelpful

They charge 112 dhs consultancy charges despite insurance. I had nextcare insurance but person at the reception was so useless that without even seeing he refused.intentionally trying to exploit money.after paying I had to wait an hour for the doctor. What a ridiculous service.
