They charged double the price for getting my photograph printed after a day! I had asked for it to me emailed but later found out I needed a physical photo. Went back and explained to them and they said now that you didn't print the same day we will charge you double! It's not that they didn't have the picand needed to retake! I think it's deplorable and I will never come to their studio again.

Amazing super service! Walked in for a passport photo and it turned out great! Highly recommend it

It was a good experience. The photographer was a thorough professional and in 15 minutes the pics were handed over.

A photographer must be patient, flexible and friendly person.
Not everyone is Ok with his/her picture from the first shot (This is a very personal opinion)! The staff here must understand that and they have to repeat the shot with an open heart not with an attitude!
They are so inflexible and very difficult to deal with. They don’t even know what smile is!
Very uncomfortable experience.
Never coming back again

الاستديو فاشل بمعنى الكلمة و الخدمة فاشلة مش محترفين و ما عندهم خبرة ابدا و ما انصح في التعامل مع هذا الاستديو ابدا ابدا و نصيحة عشان ما تنصدم و اكبر غلطة اني وثقت فيهم.

I have been going here for photography for several years. The quality of photography and printing is good, also they are fast, and recently the decoration has been changed, which was beautiful, so I posted the photos.

The ladies who works in the studio are so professional but the reason why I gave 3 stars is because of the impression I got from the decoration and the uniform of the staff made me feel that I am in a mandi restaurant

I would like to note that every front desk employee should be in a good manner and attitude towards the clients, they are considered the representatives of the place. I have called the same branch few days ago to ask about a photo session for an item, the would NOT take more than 30 minutes time. She politely asked me to come early morning any day to have a trial. I made myself available early morning today, headed to the branch and arrived 10: 00 SHARP. However, the lady there is definitely not the one whom I have talked to over the phone. She was not willing to help, said the she can take only be appointments. Did not apologize for the inconvenience or mis-matched information given to me. She had NO any other client to assess at the same time. She could have helped me in less than a 30 minutes rather than LOOSE a customer.

This will be a good note to consider by the management. Front desk employees should be friendly and cooperative.

Seems a bit slapdash. Not quite the normal level of quality you'd expect. Photos were fine, but they did some odd editing which had to be corrected to use for a passport photo.

Drove 20 minutes just for the photographer to tell me “make an appointment 2 days before”. I asked if she has appointments, she didn’t reply and ignored me. The obvious answer is no because no one was there. All what she told me “I can’t take photo of you because I’m all alone”. Those are the excuses i was given. Although i told her just take the photo and I’m not in a rush, send it to my email when you are free. She refused to do so.

Her manners were horrible, most of the time she ignored me while I was talking to her.

Definitely not recommending this place.

هذي المرة الثالثة لي في هالاستديو و نفس التعامل الغير مريح و مافي رد على الزبون كأنه يكلم نفسه.

Not suggested at all, unfortunately there are only two workers although the place is crowded, additional to that, no time accuracy at all. Bad service.

I was very happy - pictures where taken fast and professional.
After a short time pictures were ready and got a scan copy per mail too. The price is a little high I would say.

الاستوديو مكانه استراتيجي في البرشاء مول و عند الباب مباشرة.
لكنه مزدحم جدا و الاستقبال مساحته صغيرة يسمح ب 3 أشخاص ك حد أقصى.
الاستقبال لا يرحبون بالعميل أبدا ولا يأخذون عناء السؤال ماذا يريد العميل و هم مشغولين في جهاز الكمبيوتر و لا يرفعون رؤوسهم.

الميزة الجيدة ان الصورة تجهز خلال 20 دقيقه

Congratulations you r the worst studio in the world. Albarsha branch reallly the photographer is not professional at all. I assume she never hold a camera. My kid can take a better pictures. Not recommended at all.

THE WORST! Went to the studio in Etihad mall she didn’t mention before starting taking pictures that she only accept cash! And I only had card! + she gave me an attitude! I don’t recommend this PLACE!

They are fast, you can send them a request to print through email and go pick it up same day however they are a bit expensive.

Been there a couple of times for passport picture and professionally photography services for wedding and events. Truly one of the most professional studio joints in dubai! Highly recommend it to everyone!
