Very very very bad service we took equipment’s and near after 5 months problems and problems after sales service is worst only attitude no work first and last time never again! We can’t even imagine to recommend anybody thanks

I brought a table top hot plate at 11/01/2023 but one burner is not working within two month and when I request for service, they informed asper their policy I have to bring this to their store, it is practically difficult and effect the day to day business.

We buy pizza oven At 41000aed keep in restaurants when our construction complete we planing to do opening oven not working we call them they said the warranty expire but the it’ will count since we they deliver not when they create invoice till now they don’t have part’s available in UAE we pay for the parts but after that they said he requeste for supplies for parts but still not received very bad experience it’s make it’s china they put Royal kitchen logo staff they not response your call service very poor it’s if you going to plane to buy equipment for your restaurant I don’t prefer because oven not working our opening ceremony canceled because of ovens parts.

Absolutely worst of worst in the region! Talking from the owner to the technical person! They always want 100% advance and when the items they supply are coming lose you should beg for them to come and fix! No after service, you spend 100k or 200k no customer service

Very bad service. I purchase around 18k equipment from this company and in just 8months period they are charging for maintenance 300 AED. They even told me from the beginning that it has 1 year warranty. Don’t ever deal with company. Waste of money.

Albayan has good machine. I have been using the machine in my restaurant in nigeria fro the past 3 years without any fault

After sales service is very poor. I dont recommend to anyone. I brought upright freezer before 5 months and now its not working, i asked for Maintainace they told me there will be charge for site visit also and another thing they told we will do free checkup if you bring the frezer here in the store. Does it make any sense? Worst after sales service.

Never buy equipment's here. Zero after sale services. I dont think its worth taking a risk buying from these people. I bought a kitchen cooking range from them 3 months back and it has broken down 5 times already and apparently spare parts are not under warranty. I hope they wake up and start doing something about the quality of their equipment's and services.

Dealing with different equipment companies in the UAE, but it is our first time to experienced the worst service ever. Letting you wait for more than 2 months and let you pay for the service charge and the spare part even if your equipment was just less than 6 months.

I will not recommend this company to buy equipment or machine so If I have a choice I will give 0 star.
