Today I was in hurry and needed specific type of pictures and this kind team here took very well care of me, they were very patient very professional and I loved the results of the pictures

I visited to have visa photos taken. The service was friendly, efficient and professional, photo quality was very good and the studio was open late. I found the prices very reasonable. Overall, exactly what I needed.

Best wedding photography I ever had, and they are so quick. I’ll definitely recommend this studio to my friends and family.

The staffs were quite fast. We took two passport size photos from there, it was good. And the price was also reasonable.

I was very happy with our photos from our visit to Dubai. These photos will bring us much joy over the years.

No response at all when we called them to ask for soft copy! Worst photo studio in Dubai, please don't ever go there

Pathetic service. They have no idea how to tune the image. Even they don’t know that picture should be in the center of frame.

Very bad CUSTOMER SERVICE. They are the worst when it comes to handling their customer. I called today morning to ask them if they can provide me a soft copy of my passport sized photo taken from them, they told me to send my email to their whatsapp number given (which I did) only to wait for hours and I had to give them a second call to follow up, or wether they received my message only for this 1 lady working there to tell me the same thing and she said that she'll give me the soft copy, to make the long story short, until around 14: 30 when I became irate to them that's the only time they send me the soft copy of my picture. Also, take note the lady is VERY RUDE AND HAS VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. SHE SHOULD NOT BE WORKING IN THIS KIND OF ENVIRONMENT IF SHE CAN'T HANDLE IRATE CUSTOMERS. PLUS, WHILE I WAS TALKING TO HER TELLING MY CONCERN AS I WAS IRATE ALREADY AND HAD BEEN WAITING FOR THE PHOTOS FOR HOURS, SHE HANG UP ON ME AND WHEN I CALLED BACK SHE SAID THAT THE LINE WAS DISCONNECTED WHEN I CLEARLY HEARD HOW SHE HANG UP THE PHONE AT ME. I WORK AT CUSTOMER SERVICE INDUSTRY SO I KNOW HOW TO HANDLE THESE KINDS OF THINGS AND I KNOW WHEN TO REACT AND WHEN NOT TO. OF ONLY I CAN GIVE A NEGATIVE SCORE I WOULD'VE.

SHAME ON YOU GUYS! IF YOU CAN'T HANDLE PRESSURE, IRATE CUSTOMERS, DISSATISFIED CUSTOMERS THEN DON'T WORK IN THAT FIELD BECAUSE ALL OF YOU SUCKS AT DOING YOUR "JOB".

Great service. Have come several times for passport photos. Reasonably priced and cash only. Midhum was very helpful. Definitely recommend.

And when I went next time for getting copies of the photo after some months, they questioned me for writing negative review (In fact I had forgot, I wrote a review). I had taken 2 different photos from this studio, both were of low quality.
Of course, I got everything on time, only the quality was poor.
It is my experience, not sure about others'.

After every 10 minute wait, the guy kept on saying 2 more minutes. Be honest with yout customers and tell us really how much time they would have to wait so that we can decide to stay or find another studio

I asked them to make photo for Us visa but when I uploaded the photo on the visa page it didn’t accepted. So I don’t recommend this place if you need photo for Us visa.

Extremely good photographers! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Was very patient with me to ensure I had the perfect picture. Highly recommended.

Personally felt like the main person is kinda rude.i don't know him personally but as customer I just felt it twice.

Poor services, low quality pictures and unkind staffs. They have one staff that overpriced me when his co-staffs took a break. Not worth the price and waste of money and time! Very slow performance you will get bored waiting. Plus the pictures, look very unatural and will make you look like a zombie.lol
