Went with my husband yesterday for dinner at Al Fanar. I have visited this restaurant many times.ambience gives a nostalgic experience.food is amazing and I'm happy with the service of Praveen. He was very polite in taking order as well as while serving the food. God bless him

المطعم قعدة حلوة وايد والأكل روعة طلبنا مجبوس ربيان لذيذ و السلطة لذيييذة سلطة الفنر جدا. وعندهم طرشي أچار بصل لذيذ ومافيه ريحة وكمية الأكل تكفي شخصين

I was surprised by the restaurant; it was so spacious when we stepped inside, incredibly beautiful with that Arabian souk vibe, and the food was simply amazing.

Great emirati food and experience. Abdul Rahim was a great host, gave us recommendations and offered great service!

مطعم ومقهى الفنر بالطعم واللون الإمارتي يقدم وجبات مختلفة من الأكلات الإماراتية مع وجود المجبوس والهريس وبعض الإيدامات والطابع تراثي جميل وبتصميم رائع الأسعار متوسطة فأكثر والطعم مقبول توجد جلسات داخلية وأخرى خارجية. يستحق التجربة والزيارة

الصراحه انا ماعجبني الا الموظفين فيه موظف نبييالي الله يسعده وين مايروح يحاول يخدمني ويجيب لي الاكل في اسرع وقت وفرش انا اهنيكم ع الطاقم الجميل

جيد ولكن لا يوجد تجديد كذلك العماله تعاملهم فيه مزاجيه ويصل في بعض الاحيان الى السوء وهذا فقط ينطبق على العماله الرجاليه

For their very bad delivery time, it took 2 hours to deliver while they say 45 min average. Go eat their but never order

Seems OK, but taste wise better options are available.

Place is also expensive comparing to other Emirati cuisine

Don't think so will go again

مكان جميل وواسع مناسب لجميع العائلات أكله لذيذ ونظيف عدة أصناف والباقي إماراتية تقدم بطريقة جميلة وتكفي حتى الإشباع،، الأسعار نوعاً ما مناسبة والذين يعملون بالمطعم نوعا ما جيدين

مطعم متميز بالاطباق الإماراتية اللذيذة و الأسعار مناسبة و في متناول الجميع انصح بزيارته و عندهم خصم اسعاد موفقين

بعيداً عن اني كل ماطلبت شيء قالوا مخلص بس الويتر مدح لي طبق ورفع فيه بالسماء واللي هو برياني ربيان. واضح مسخّن مو جديد والرز فيه طعم حرق. تجربه سيئة.

نجمتين عشان أخلاقهم الحلوة بس

A traditional breakfast, coffee and desserts. I recommend Arabic breakfast dishes. Staff are friendly, and helpful.

فطور شعبي ممتاز، أنصح بالفطور العربي يحتوي على فول و شكشوكة كأطباق رئيسية، و قشطة و لبنه و بليلية كأطباق جانبية. عندهم حلى بتمر مثل الحيسة (السعودية) او القشد.

Always an amazing team working there, food of happiness, and still the best Emirati breakfast in Dubai. And maybe in the whole UAE

Great variety of local and international dishes. Super clean. Reasonable prices and service 5 Stars. A must dine in when visiting Mall of Festival City.

The breakfast is wonderful.
The Balalit is superb.
Was my first time i try Emirati breakfast, and they presented in a great way.
Prices are a bit high and with every charge the extra piece of bread.
They present a very tasty honey as well.
Highly recommended.

We visited this restaurant, as many times before, during Eid. We are an Emirati family and this is something we like to do every Eid. Unfortunately something extremely serious happened during our last visit. I have messaged your management to make contact, which never had the decency to reply. I just wanted to bring to their attention what happened, but obviously they are not interested. I will inform all my relatives and friends to avoid this place, as I can accept that accidents can happen (also they shouldn't when dealing with food and people's health), but I cannot accept that management is not showing any interest or any respect.

The food is very average asian/arabic food ridiculously priced for no reason. The staff are completely clueless and only attend to the locals. They completely ignore you or take long to come if you’re an expat. The food was good but the vibe in this restaurant is dead. Probably the most unwelcoming restaurant in dubai.

Best restaurant for real arabic taste and ambience. We used to order Biriyani deyay chicken, Harees (which is a combination of wheat and chicken), squid fry (which is really tasty) then leiquamat (sweet) etc. The dish named Chebab with honey and cheese is very tasty and is a traditional Arabic dish. All these dishes we liked very much and continued to order. The ambience of this restaurant is very much traditional and must see.

الديكور رائع.
الخدمة: ممتازة والموظفون رائعون ويلبون الطلبات بشكل جميل.

الملاحظات:
1- سابقا كانت ضيافتهم تقدم بالتمر والطحينية وكانت رائعة وقد تم تغيرة الى طبق يطلق عليه الدنقو بالغة الاماراتيه وهو الحمص او البليله.
-اتمنى اعادة تقديم التمر افضل.
2-لاتوجد غرف خاصة عائلية في هذا الفرع مقارنه بالافرع الاخرى التي تم افتتاحها ، مع انه كان في السابق يوجد ولكن تم تغير الديكور والمكان اكثر من مرة في فرع الفيستفل.
3-لايوجد خصومات لفزعه في هذا الفرع مقارنه بافرع بالامارات الاخرى.

An Emirati restaurant that serves meals in the traditional Emirati way and its food is excellent.
The decor is wonderful.
Service: excellent and the staff are wonderful and respond to requests beautifully.

Notes:
1- Previously, their hospitality was served with dates and tahini, and it was wonderful. It has been changed to a dish called dingo in Emirati language, which is hummus or balila.
I wish the dates would be served better.
2- There are no private family rooms in this branch compared to the other branches that were opened, although in the past there were, but the decoration and location have changed more than once in the Festival branch.
3- There are no discounts for Fazaa in this branch compared to branches in other Emirates.

One of the MUST SEE AND EAT at destination whenever you visit Dubai. Genuinely middle eastern food and restaurant atmosphere. Staff is very nice and very considerate. Glad we visited

This place was great! It was my first time eating here coming from Las Vegas and it did not disappoint.
Service and food was amazing and people say it's the most authentic Emirati food around, I haven't eaten enough to know but it was incredible!

Enjoyed their Al Fanar salad, Laham Nashef with fresh bread, the Breyani Laham was okay & the Harees (small) was very average & a bit over cooked too. The Sagoo was a bit strong on the cardamom. Service was excellent! Note the 6 steps only access to the restaurant section. All that for under 200 aed. I left a bit disappointed.

Very nice, taste is great, it is a big restaurant, unfortunately we ordered moosh Shrimp but there was no moosh in that day

الطاقم تعاملهم جميل وكان المطعم مزدحم لكن لقينا مكان والجلسات جميله جداً

We came with our baby and we got shocked they dont have access for strolly and I asked the hostess chelsy if someone on wheelchair comes how he can enter, she responded they cant enter, come on guys we are in 2020 and u dont have access for wheelchair or strolly from the mall, we left and the lady was so upset, she didn't respond to us and in a very bad impression she left, we will never come to visit again and I think such staff should be more trained, give handicapped people and families and access to your restaurant

حبيت الاكل لذيذ و تقليدي اماراتي! الديكور ممتاز الخزنه سريعة في جلسات خارجيه و داخليه?

طلبنا اقدام سمك و رز ابيض و برياني ربيان كان لذيذ جدا اكيد ينرجع له مره ثانيه?

المطعم أكله عادي جداً وبالنسبة للمكبوس ،الزيت كثير والأكل بارد
الأهم بعض العاملين اخلاقهم سيئة تخيل اخترت مكان وأنا واقف وقبل لا أجلس قلت ابغير الطاولة والمطعم فاضي وزعلوا!
المفروض يكونون ودودين
المطعم يقدم فيه جنسيتين عادة لا يصلحون في الأماكن هذي لا تناسبهم لا يبدعون فيها

One the THE best restaurants for REAL traditional imararti food! A must for everyone! Anything on the menu would tickle your senses!

Amazing attention to details. All Buryani is a must try! Have Khabessah with coffee to fully live the experience! 10/10

So we sat down for lunch and we ordered lentil soup and grilled fish of the day. The lentil soup is pure curry taste and doesnt take like lentil at all. And when I complained the waiter told me to give it to my partner! What a way of dealing with a complain. And the fish is not cleaned at all. And they never told me this is the traditional way of eating the grilled fish. It was horrible experience and their staff are not happy to serve or help. I wouldn't recommend this place.

للاسف المطعم تغير جدا عن السابق الاكل لم يعد بالنكهه السابقه العيش كانه طعم بلاستك بدون اي نكهه ،والهريس كميه كبيره جدا يفترض ان يكون هناك مقاس اقل وطعمه متوسط،غير ان المطعم مزعج وفوضوي واتوقع ان لااعود له مره اخرى

Great emirati traditional restaurant that offer many options of tasty dishes. They recently opened a branch in albarsha.

اعوذ بالله يالغلا ياخي مدري ذولا مهبل والا شايفينا مهبل والا مدري وين الحلقة الأضعف من الحلقة الأقوى بالسلسلة كلها. المطعم جيد. طعم. وممتاز. وماعليه كلام. بس مهب بالصورة هذي. صحن لقيمات مايتعدن عشر حبات ب26 درهم! ليه محشوات بالكافيار

It’s a highly recommended Traditional restaurant. Service & staff are very nice. Food is very delicious & portions are reasonable. Prices are average. Outdoor setting area is available with nice view of the Waterfront.
They have a very good tradition tea (Karak).
They have a small shop selling traditional food stuff.

If you want to go otantic cultural local restaurant this is the plc. I loved it. Decoration is also very nice you feel very Arabic actually. You can find lots of local food in there. I loved Quill, highly recommend. The others also we tried they are delicious. We went with family but crowded groups also can go easily lots of space in there.huge tables placed. If you go for dinner around 6- 7- 8 pm s you can watch Imagine Show while you sitting at your table.

Delicious uae food and old traditional design we had our breakfast but the they don’t have variety of dishes in the menu and the service is very slow and not organized they bring one dish and after 15 minutes another dish

المكان جميل و الاستقبال ممتاز لكن الاكل الله يكرم النعمة اقل من عادي السعر مبالغ فيه جدا لقيمات ب ٢٦ درهم و القهوة دلة صغيرة ب ١٨ درهم سمك مقلي و الله كاني اكل فلين و بشي و ستين درهم الكباب شكله ممتاز طعمه اقل من عادي بس حقيقي ما برجع ثاني باذن الله

This is UAE local restaurant The food was not what we expected but we had to try the service is not good and the staff is not friendly the prices is high.

The food was amazingly delicious. It can get crowded and noisy but I do not mind it. I did not have to wait for long time for the food to be served even if I had to wait I do not mine because the food was worth waiting and staff were friendly and accommodating.
The ambiance was worth my time and the food is must try.
