Visited Al Fanars Barsha branch for lunch. Really good service from Russell, he explained the traditional dishes on the menu and helped us have a very enjoyable meal at the restaurant.

Definitely worth the visit. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Special mention to Mr. Russel of Al Fanar Restaurant, Al Barsha branch, for the excellent service. The location is good, parking fee is free and just within the vicinity.

Nice location, and that’s it.everything we ate wasn’t like a food that you want to come back for. Fish was burned, cake was burned from the side. Water in bottles was good)

Perfect, real authentic Emirati food, good service, nice outdoor seating, only thing they were very late to take an order and to serve it, but they apologised at the end.

We were skeptical at first but i loved this place in the end.the prawns dynamite thing is awesome.food is tasty n the feel of jungle n trees everywhere was photogenic

جلساته راايقه من أول ماتدخل تفوح ريحة الفل في كل مكان لأن المطعم داخل حديقة والأكل لذيذ ونظيف اما الشوربة البحرية بالكريمة لايعلى عليها. يستحق التجربة

الموقع والاكل والاثاث والديكور كل شي جميل في مطعم الفنر وخاصة الاكل لكن هناك ملاحظة بسيطة وهي تعامل الموضفين ليس بتلك الاحترافية في الفروع الاخرى ولايوجد عنصر نسائي في فرع البرشا

Exceptional food. Beautiful room, full of character. Delicate food - interesting and enjoyable. Fresh and restorative juices - I had the pomegranate. Gracious service with a smile. Our best meal in Dubai. Get out of the big five star hotels, and find your way to Al Fanaar!

مكان على الطراز التراثي مكان رايق وجميل. ومعروض به اشياء قديمه تراثيه يذكرك بالماضي الجميل. الاكل لذيذ واسعاره تقريبا معقوله. به جزء بالخلف لترفيه الاطفال.

For seafood lovers, this is one of the great tasting food. Everything are fresh and clean. Lovely staff and vibes reminded you of the old days

I really love this restaurant vibe. Here has many things to see their own history. Food and decorations are amazing. Saff Anil was really friendly and professional. I strongly recommend this place. Al Fanal has an amazing staff. Thank you for all.

Came for lunch with the family and the food was 0/10. The sitting area was good and nice atmosphere. For main course we tried the garlic shrimp and it was not tiger prawns it was tiny prawns not even fresh. The fish biryani is not easy to eat as it had lots of bones. We also tried the dessert hoping that would be good but the rave on the date pudding is very wrong, it is burnt on the bottom and it literally tastes burned, not well done. Logimat was really thick on the inside not authentic to me, tasted better before.

Great food.and nice service.often come here before having a walk in barsha Park. Highly recommended shrimps croquette and seafood pot stew with Indian curry

We absolutely love the food at Al Fanar as well as the service. Our server Rashmeet recommended great items from the menu which were delicious. Rashmeet's warm service made the experience absolutely wonderful.

The place is very pleasing, very quiet at the same time very clean and the food is 5star rating. 100% I will recommend to this new place to my friends and colleagues.

We savoured the prawns Biryani and Shark meat with white rice topped with Ghee. For drinks, don't miss the Vimto Shake and end the course with their delicious Dumplings (luqeimat).

I absolutely loved the full experience; great vibes, traditional cuisine made with passion, and friendly staff including Reyad and others! I'll absolutely come again to have Biryani with shrimps and friend Calamari.and drink Karak afterwards. I highly recommend this restaurant for a cosy Emirati-oriented dinner.

Food was cold, seafood was overcooked and chewy, machboos tray was very bland and had a tiny sliver of loomy. Very disappointed after years of wanting to visit, everything was bland, overcooked, and cold.

Very bad experience.grill was completely burnt inedible.and cherry on the cake almost closing time the staff was cleaning the floor.

Great Experience! Anil helped me to arrange the surprise greetings with cake for my Friend and they sang as well. They were very helpful and Food were nice too! They gave complementary iced tea. Ambiance was nice and price is not bad at all. Fresh seafoods to be served you can choose in their market place then they'll cook for you.

We had mutton biriyani and garlic butter prawns, crab cheesy poppers. Prawns and crab was great. Mutton biriyani was lacking a bit spicy as expected and quantity was not sufficient.

The Resturant idea and decoration is outstanding

It was amazing. Seafood was fresh, well cooked, great spices. Salad was awesome too, so was the dessert. The restaurant ambiance was beautiful, will definitely come again!
