Mike you are seriously the best I didn't have a clue what I wanted came to see the big Mike as I was recommended from my mates and honestly didn't disappoint Mike explained every detail of the diamonds he was using it was the largest purchase I have ever made and really appreciated what Mike was saying and he really puts in heart in it.

The only place you need to go for jewellery, excellent service & very helpful! We were recommended to visit by a work colleague whilst visiting Dubai, we visited the shop to buy a ring for my wife for our 30th wedding anniversary, whilst waiting they resized her engagement ring too at a very reasonable cost, we came away with a diamond & sapphire eternity style gold ring which is beautiful, comes with certificate too confirming clarity of stones etc. When at home in the UK, we contacted Aussie Mikes again to see if they could make a necklace & earrings to match (we had seen a necklace previously else where), they have done a fabulous job, agreed a price, changed a few things, nothing was too much trouble, sent half the money before being made, photos were sent, then paid the balance before shipping. It was sent Mon 28th April & arrived Fri 2nd May, excellent considering the situation we are all currently in! We would highly recommend Aussie Mike’s & thank Marie for all your help, communication was great too, fabulous choice in the shop too - thank you allvery much!

10 years later, I needed an engagement ring. Made contact with the shop, worked together on a design, met at a very fair price, a short time later the most beautiful engagement ring I could have imagined was at my doorstep. I messaged the guys on Whatsapp when I was returning through Dubai from an overseas work trip earlier in the year, received instant communication from Raymin, who was always there to answer any questions and was transparent about what they could provide and what was best for me. They turned two rings around for me within a couple of days and they turned out exactly the same as the design I had shown them. I found them to be honest and reliable at all times. They gave me lots of options and the pros and cons to getting bigger/better Vs smaller/less quality etc.and left me feeling confident that I wasn't being taken for a ride. The gold work was excellent and the diamonds stunning and beautiful. Upon valuing the rings at home for insurance, I was pleasantly surprised with the valuation being well above what I had paid. The guys are genuinely keen to help and get you the best outcomes they can. I was also recently able to chat with them briefly over Whatsapp again and a week later a friend passing through was able to pick up a further two pieces for me - which again were faultless. Amazing service and stunning jewellery. Mike and his team remade my wedding and engagement bands. They made them to my exact specification and kept me informed at all times. The end results are far better than how the rings originally started out. So much so that I asked Mike to make me an eternity band. Such a stunning piece. The man, the myth, the legend! Since joining the west coast Navy you hear the stories of Aussie Mikes and since our ship finally came to Dubai I finally had the change to meet him. Wonderful service, he remembers faces and stories from years ago. Friendly staff and very patient! A must to visit!

From day one, when I contacted Mike on WhatsApp, he got in touch and made sure he knows exactly what I’m looking for. And honestly he was the only jeweler in Dubai who was able to find me exactly what I wanted and at the most competitive price! (Trust me, I’ve asked around.) 
Nevertheless, Mike and his team have gone over and beyond to make sure my ring was custom made exactly as I wanted it to be, and when I requested for a few changes, someone came to my house, picked it up, had it tweaked and returned in less than 24 hours! All from the comfort of my home! 
 If this is not top notch customer service, then I don’t know what is.
