I left my MAzda car on wednesday for spare part changing. Your advisor Rashith told me he will update me next day and most probably i will get the car back on Thursday. Since than I am trying to get an update. No reply to any calls.Since early afternoon Friday I called call center serveral times. They told me I will receive a call from the servie manager. At the end of the day Receptionist called me and informed me that they dont know the status of my car and Service advisor wasnt available for 2 days and he will informed me when he turn back. When he is going to come back ? Are you having fun with me ? I asked receptionist to pass me to his manager he turned the phone off . Di-sas-ter .
The only thing call center is doing is receiving calls and saying sorry. Same thing happened maybe 10 times. They promise, for the someone call back but no one is calling back.If some one calls mistakenly it is receptionist who has no update. What should I do ? I am living in Jebel ali and should go to Umm Ramool to understand my car status ? Is this the service you are giving ?

I try to book apoitment for car service, they told me the first apointment will be next 45 days.my car need services so i request for early apoitment.since 1st May i keep calling to same booking phone number and they told me that we will call you with in 1 day to give you early apoitment

the point is you can not bring your car to other place for service otherwise they dont accept the 2 years garanty.it is really disapointed, not acceptable this service level.

My car has been there for 3 weeks with minor repair. I call the customer service repeatedly, they inform me that the next day someone will contact and no one has! They say that they will speed up and give me a replacement car but no one did anything.
Worst service ever. They should change the name from fastfit!
My car is still there so don’t buy from Automall this will give you a headache and you will have to fix it here due to warranty!

Purchased a car in July and have since visited more than 4 times.

Dropped the car for AC smell and got the car back with the smell issue fixed but the AC would not work at all for the first 5
mins of driving the car. Dropped the car again for a few days to sort that but they gave it back with a few screws left behind in my door pocket and the Center console clock misaligned. For some bizarre reason my car also started steering to the right too for which I had to drop it back only for them to fit manufacturer approved tires which they didn’t do during PDI. They replaced the tires but scratched the rims in the process and my car still steers to the right which hasn’t been fixed. Honestly the entire experience has been incompetent and just disappointing.

As if these aren’t enough issues to deal with, I’ve been repeatedly following up for warranty extension via phone, email and visiting their service Center. Even during my service visit and follow up feedback I’ve requested for warranty extension but for some reason they don’t seem interested in offering me a quote even though it’s been less than 8 months since I’ve had the car and during those 8 months I’ve had the car in with them almost every 2 months.

Terrible service and honestly wouldn’t be able to recommend dealing with them to any friend or family.

Update 1 - After 3 months and around a dozen calls, emails, social media post + this review I’ve again been informed that someone will contact me for a warranty extension of my vehicle. Still waiting though.

I got a Toyota Fortuner from this company saying they will have warranty of the engine and parts which is not wear and tear. When I made my service to toyota sheikh zayed after 10 months from the purchased they diagnosed the steering rack leakage which need to be replaced so they advise me to call al futtaim auto mall for service under warranty. Unfortunately After 1 and half months as of today still not received even a single call and I keep on following up with them they keep on repeating call back call back.which I don't expect as a customer of al futtaim.

I was really disappointed about their customer service they only care about selling their cars but after service is worst.now I ending up using my car even though there is leakage because I don't have car to use and I dont want to pay rent a car for this.

I hope upper management should see this because this is a genuine complaints from the customer. Until up to date no update from them.

This is the worst place for car service & assistance in Dubai. They are always fully booked, and if you call then with a query, they never reply back to you. Terrible experience. Do not waste your time!

I am writing this review with no hope that any of Automall’s managerial personnel will get back to me or do something. This review is to advice customers so they don’t fall into the deceiving trap of Automall-Dubai sales team!

The sales team never honor their advertised trade-in or sales promotions, they will make all possible cutting corners, i.e. Tinting, free registration, all will be downgraded. Technically, you end up paying much more than market value and the worse scam when it comes to warranty and services.regular service cost are almost double than any reputable service centers plus wasting hours or days for regular services.

Worst-est experience ever in the UAE. Couple of months ago I gave my car for servicing, to get an appointment you've to make several calls. Please ensure you've enough balance in your phone!
When I finally got a date after 2 months, they kept my car for 10 days! Imagine, 10 days! Without notifying, without servicing etc.
These guys damaged my car door and prepared an extra list of items to be replaced. I was shocked at how these people just wanted to fetch money and provide zero service and customer satisfaction. I usually do not post such reviews if it doesn't affect me too much, but this service and the overall experience is a joke. Zeeshan Shaik and the rest of the people there are making money by exploiting customers. They are not professionals at all. They don't even have the courtesy to apologize. I spent approx 1700 AED and got no refund for my car door lock damage. I had to get it replaced from outside because I did not trust these jokers!
Please please avoid them at all costs and save yourself from all the headache.

I bought my card from alfutaim automall.
Went for second service on last thursday 22-1-2022, enter from gate no 3 and they guy who deal with me just sit behind the receiption:
1st they told me for ford we dont have air and ac filter in stock so we will order and give you car on Monday. I said its a minir thing atleast you should maitain the stock and now you will bound me for 2 days for a small thing, this guy said sorry we cant help with this.
Then i asked on Monday what time i can get my car back and he replied i will call you first if the minir parts will get arrange, its your choice either you give your car today or bring on monday once i will arrange the parts.
I mean that was just pathatic, this guy disnt deal like a professional and he was not even sure if he can give my car on Monday even.
My car is still under 1 yr warranty left but coz of this pathatic service of alfutaim automall service center i took my car out side on one of the garage and did the job in two hours and in half of the price and got my car out of the warranty of alfutaim because of their pathatic serice.
Believe me all the staff of alfutaim automall service center is not friendly, unprofessional, not ready to help, cant understand your fellings.
Never ever gona go to alfutaim automall and their service center againg.

The Services are extremely disappointing. I got the appoint after constant calls as my mileage was overdue by almost 5000 km. Along with it, I informed about some unusual sound while driving on roundabouts and crossing humps, took test drive by staff and gave recommendations accordingly I dropped my car. I got my car back in almost 2 days time with the same sound and I was asked to replace some parts. Its all insured so I told them to arrange parts and since then I am taking constant follow ups by calling service advisor but for past 4-5 days staff is so busy that don’t bother to answer the calls. I don’t know what is the rocket science in updating a customer with required parts if they arrived or not? The same pathetic service I received everytime I need anything from Fast Fit. Getting appointments is a nightmare for customers. The staff pretends to be busy with other customers or inquiries, which can be but you just CANNOT ignore one customer for other and can’t give lame excuses. Its unprofessional and worst service.

Since December or early January I am trying to fix minor problems in my car but unfortunately twice I dropped my car and got car with same issue except few sorted. I request readers / management to take action and improve quality of your service.

(My personal experience) Terrible service from beginning to the end: I tried to reschedule my appointment many times and no one would call me back for an answer and I kept my appointment in one month just to change my car oil and filter and it took me 3 hours to finish once I’m there.

Also there’s something else i didn’t like once i went to check in my car the guy didn’t tell me to chose the service i want, he just told me to pay for the most expensive service: for gear and break and ac filter and oil filter whixh amoutee to AED1000+
When i questioned him on the amount, his answer was you dont to pay this but its recommended.i told him why you Didn’t ask me first what I want before you require me to pay this amount. (NO ANSWER). To which he didn’t answer and in the end changed the price to the service I actually wanted.

Finally when I received my car i had to take the car book for the stamp and signature by myself otherwise no one would have done it

I have been calling several times in the last 2 months trying to speak with someone at the Service Centre as I am trying to get the maintenance history of my car for the period before it was sold to me. The operators say they do not have a direct line with the service centre but that someone would call me back within 1-2 days. Two months have passed from my first call and I am still waiting and still calling regularly. Can't believe the poor service.

I came in at 09: 30am and got out at 04: 30pm. This is just for basic service.

Service is not different from a small shop except that its more expensive! Dont mind paying more as long as service is good! Booked an appointment online, someone called and confirmed the booking. Went there and nobody knows the booking. Staff treats you like they are doing you a favor. After the service, they will not tell you what was done and just tell you the amount to be paid, will ask you to pay and just give the receipt. Never again.

AWFUL service. Just purchased my car a week ago from Automall and was promised that the car underwent a full checkup. Now my fan belt started to be noisy and when I went in they expect me to leave the car for 2 hours only to check on that cause they're fully booked with appointments! (Previously they mentioned that no appointment is needed).
One of the advisors, Vhienna, is extremely rude, raises her voice and walks away cause she is unable to handle difficult situations.
I thought Al Futtaim was a trusted brand but clearly not.

Purchased Nissan Patrol from Automall.
Now they are telling unable to do the service 70K because of no appointment. Called for appointment and waited to get answer my call 45 Minutes. Agent told me appointment will get it next year January only. Kilometer is over due now. If i run my car with family without changing oil and if anything happened on the road who will be the responsible? , If i did car service from outside, Automall will give car warranty? They will tell, you did service from outside.so who are the responsible for this? I am blank now. I don’t know what need to be done.

Two months since I bought the car and raised a complaint in the first two weeks and my issue is still pending.
Now after all this time, I need to wait for more 15 days till you get the parts.
So disappointing, I came to Alfuttaim for the good reputation, but seems its fake, cause you don't even bother to contact unless I pushed on the process.

Have to say, the service here is pretty unacceptable. Came in with an emergency repair required after being instructed by the call centre. Then spent an hour waiting only to realize they had forgotten about me even though I was sitting right in front of them. Meanwhile the service advisors were chatting and playing with their phones. I was the only customer waiting by the way. If I could give less than one star I would. I would never come back.

I bring my car 3x within 2 months to complain same issues that havent been resolved. To save the little sanity i have left, I booked an advance appointment for August 3-9, listing all of my concerns on a clean sheet (uncallibrated computer box, loose on board diagnostic port, faulty axel shaft, acetic/foul smell coming from the AC, squeeking noice at every turn, and so on) hoping it'll guide them to finally get things done the right way.

Come August 3rd, I let the mechanic test drive my car so he can see the car's issues for himself and he confirmed that all the concerns I raised are legitimate. So i left the car with them for the entire week (August 3-9) hoping that all my concerns will be thouroughly addressed.

When I returned to check on the car, I was expecting that they'd release it free of charge as all i have gotten so far from the car we bought from them were problems after problems after problems. But no, they seem to enjoy grinding their customer's gears and they so insensitively charged me for the AC filter, justifying that it's categorized as "consumables". Even though ive been complained the smell of the ac eversince i got the car.

After all the unfortunate misadventures with Al-Futtaim Automall, I was still expecting that somehow all the concerns i raised were duly fixed this time around - but i should've  known better. After a day of driving it, the squeeking sound worsen.

I reported it again and no surprise, they just conveniently told me that they'll call me once an appointment is available.

I gave Al-Futtaim Automall the benefit of the doubt time and time again. But they don't fail to disappoint, frustrate and exasperate me every single time.

I don't think they value your client's time, effort and money because if they do even a tiny bit, my experience with them and their service team might have been so much better.

Their incompetence and inconsistency only shows how they utterly disrespect their client's time, energy and resources. I was expecting so much more and got thrown down to the seemingly endless pit of dissatisfaction.

By Mistake I buy car from you (Al Futtaim Automall). After two month Car bonnet paint was cracked and there is some Complint form key pad also. Finally you resolve the paint issue. For key pad issue you said come after eid.

After Eid nobody called me. I try to called you so many time. Finally You said the car key parts is ready. I got appointments also last sunday (08-AUG).

Meanwhile again there is some problems with peeling the bonnet paint. I explained my two complaints with your Receptionist Mr. Zheeshan and I drop my car also there.
Same day your technician called me to ask whats is your car issue. I really fed up And Again i explained to him also what is issue on the car. Then after 3 days I didn’t get any call or mail from you.

Today, I called so many some times. Finally technical team called me your paint work will finish coming monday (it mean 9 days for painting) without key pad issue. I ask him how about my key pad parts. This is the first complaints. He said it will be ready after 16 days.
I buy this car for use not for keeping in your store

My question this is the service you are providing there for your customers. How we will recommend to our friends or relatives.

If you don’t mind kindly return the car and tell me the cancellation process.

Because Al futtaim has only one employee,

Two days to change do normal service (AC filter wasnt available) and when we took the car we didnt pay attention to the hood until later when my wife took the car the hood wasnt closed properly then after we opened it there was a whole screwdriver! Left on left of hood, simply the hood could have opened while driving and God knows what could have happened!

Their follow up is weak, their service isnt good for the money you pay, attaching the pictures of the screw driver

One of the best service station for Toyota Corolla. I had given my car for service. I was attended by Fayd, the gentleman very professional and polite, inspite of no appointment for service he took my car. They did a good service of my car. I just waited few hours and my car was ready. Fayd expedited my car service. If you ever happen to give ur car for service I would recommend Fayd. Great customer service. Keep it up.

My car has a front bumper damage due to a small accident.no broken lights no other damages.only cracked front bumper. Insurance has asked me to take my car to Fastfit.it has been one week, no proper status updates, they don't tell me when it will be completed, and now they are telling me they are replacing many more parts than bumper.what in the world is going on here.i still have not seen the car but i have zero expectations based on what i have been through so far.i will write an update here once 'if' i get the car.

I had a recent experience of interacting with the team here in connection to my recently purchased Dodge Charger 2018 which was giving some weird noise at u turns. I walked in without an appointment and was treated very well by Mr. Fadi who understood my issue and helped me with resolution. Called twice to get estimate qoute for my car service but each time informed someone will call back & didn't happen, went & was given estimate but had to reschedule as needed whole day, so 2nd appointment went to find estimate went up nearly 50% & time will be more than a day thus left & went to other service centre

Very bad experience with my car accident Honda Civic after complete repair with in 10 days the radiator got leaking and the engine started heating up very badly, it’s a pure waste of time and it’s a poor customer service no info regarding ur car repair update unless u call them and ask wat is the status then they will let u know if ur lucky if they attend ur call.

It’s better u give outside garage i am sure they can do it 100% better than them.

Very slow!
They take their sweet time and they don't update you on the status of your car until you follow up and call multiple times. They have cost me over AED 900 in car rental while my car was sitting in their garage waiting for 2 minor repairs to be done. Their standards have certainly declined over the years!

Quick and easy. Knowledgeable staff as well. Located all across the UAE in many ADNOC and Emarat fuel pumps. But even better- in case you have a breakdown or a flat tyre or weak battery, just call 800FASTFIT and they will send a mobile service van to attend your need. Had used this service once and it was most convenient. They came to my office and changed my tyres and I didn’t lose any work time!

Very poor service and very poor management i gave them my Dodge Ram to paint the scratch on the door and when I came back to collect my car the antenna was broken and the driver seat was torn apart and a huge mess in the cabin and glue spots on the body and the paint was very poor you can easily identify the difference between the painted part and the manufacturer paint. I asked for the management to sort out my problem but unfortunately the managers are like presidents you cannot reach and on behalf they let someone which called supervisor to speak to me without a proper English and in the end they leave you stranded without solution.etc.very upset and very disappointed to receive a super poor service from a well known company Alfuttaim. You should seriously wake up and start to look after your business otherwise your reputation will go with the wind.

Their customer service is very poor and needs improving. The sales/service reps barely care about anything and fail to get back to you for any requests. Also, it's so difficult to get through to someone from their 600 number. I have to get another number, and when I call nobody ever picks up. Value for money wise they are also overpriced, but I have no option but to continue servicing with them as they are my authorized dealer.

The value of money is very poor in Al Futtaim service centers. For Honda CRV 2013 model, they will charge AED 2100 to change oil, filters and spark plugs. This is more expensive than Gargash! In addition, they are not thorough in checking the car and the advisors don't explain what job has been exactly done to the car. Not to mention that they mistakenly filled my engine with 5000 oil instead of 10K oil and I found out about this when I checked all the invoices so they had to replace it on the spot which made me wait another half an hour. The overall experience is bad and the mechanical disposals and consumables they add to the invoice make it even more and more expensive and not worthy at all.

I had a very bad experience with Al Futtaim Automall service center.

I left my car on 15-May-2019 (during Ramadan day timing) for Major servicing, one of Al-Futtaim customer representative asked me to come next day (16-May-2019) for pick up the car.

Next day (16-May-2019), I kept asking all day if my car was ready for pick-up but no one responding. Once, the same representative called me and said on phone that car servicing was almost done and now washing and other final things are remaining and I would get another call very soon.

At 7 pm in the evening I received a call that my car is ready. I reached Al Futtaim automall service center (new location in Umm Ramool which is far from Metro station and very remote area) by taxi. When I reached there at 8: 45pm, I came to know that staff has gone (although they mentioned their timings until 9pm on website) and my car documents were with security guard, who didn’t have Credit Card Machine for payment. Then, I went to the nearest metro station by walk (emirates metro station) to withdraw cash and came back to the security guard. He just got my signature on papers and asked me to checked the car. When I checked my car, I realized that they haven’t washed my car, although that Al Futtaim representative told me that car was under the progress of washing and finalization.that day, it was a weekend and I was expecting to get back my car but due to this ‘disgusting customer service’ by Al Futtaim staff, I was not able to get my car back and I left my car because they didn’t wash it (although they just billed for all the things). Now again I took a taxi from Umm Ramool to Al Barsha.
I can’t explain this ‘bad experience’ in just ‘some words’ as I lost my time my money for no outcome.

I won’t recommend anyone to approach Al-Futtaim for car servicing due to ‘bad customer service’.

The take money in the name of VAT. There is an unlimited supply of coffee and chocolate drinks from the vending machine. The is a lot of waiting time. Some time car repairs are incomplete. But once the compete service is over, you car will be as good as new!

Cheeting professionals sitting for sales, all are liers while am buying the car they told as 2 yrs service free, last month i serviced my car billed 526 dhs for oil and filter changes, within 6 month two times A/C complaned. Last thursday vehicle fully cheked, monday agian A/c complaned. Car still with al futhaim garage

I had a bad experience from them as a customer, untill sell the car they will act as loyal to us, but after that treating very bad.i bought a used car from deira branch.unfortunately the sales guy sold me a unfit car with worn out brake pads, brake liners, drive belt and engine mountings.

I have rescheduled appointment in Umm-Ramool branch as representative insisted to avail service, upon reaching outlet i was surprised by the center manager that appointment of 27250 is not confirmed, i showed him the confirmation message but as per him appointment is not confirmed in his system, called service center and they assured a call back with soultion but after waiting long no solution, when i myself called service center my call was not answered, such a pthatic customer service they are providing, manager sitting in outlet was not willing to take any responsibility, never want to visit again.really disapointed they way i was being treated at outlet and wasted my time for nothing.sure no one will take any notice of my comment as i tried to call the service manager to escalate but he also didn't received my call.

Very bad experience in sales department.
Very slow follow up and delay.
As for the service center they did return the car with a broken price.
I do not recommend any new customer to work with.

Have to change my review unfortunately. Extremely unprofessional customer service and they do malfunctioning with the car parts on purpose break the parts and blame it on not covered under my warranty on purpose. Wow.

I feel sorry to say,
The services Fast Fit offer is worse than that we expect.
We gave A lexus landcruiser LX570 for some tire changing service. The workers there haven't taken care of the Rims. They spoiled the colouration and dented it. There are alot of scratch in our spotless car rims.

I recommend all of you while giving your car please inform them prior to the servicing to take care of each components. Because they do not held responsible or blame the customer for their carelessness.
The better i suggest all of them who is conscious about the dents/scratches while servicing.
I recommend giving somewhere else than here.
