I came for Jeep body works. The staff is helpful but the waiting can be soo long and boring. You also have a looong wait for the body parts that have been imported. I waited for the parts more than 3 months.

Too happy for the service given by the team. Special thanks to Mr. Salman who handled the entire process very smoothly. Always there to answer for any of my queries. Even in his off day he replied to me and updated me with the process.

Great service especially from Salman. He constantly updates you on the progress of the repair of your vehicle which really manages expectation and helps make the service as smooth as possible.

My car more than 25 days still not finished with daily story, bransh No manager there, no one answer the call, employees lying, I will never buy toyota again, every day new story for car repairs.

Horrible service advisors, no communication with customers. They keep you waiting and never give you timely update on anything.

Bringing in an accident car in today. Had an appointment at 10am now it's 10.50 still waiting for the person who will take the car in. Hopefully this is not a sign for the duration of fixing. Nevertheless disappointing.
Lady at the reception very polite but overloaded with incoming customers. Don't get why they leave her alone.

It was the best experience ever in Dubai.
My insurance unfortunately did not cover the full cost and pushed me to used different garages several time.
At the end, I decided to pay the difference and no better decision was ever taken.

Mr. Ryan has been very helpful in getting quick updates through whats app when ever necessary and has been able to deliver the car on time.

Their rent a car service was also equally helpful by allocating it at the right time when the car was taken for its work.

Very hazzle free, I hope their service stays the same with Al futtaim so that customers would never think of a better option and have a single window concept.

My own experience is that staff is always overloaded. They don’t have time to pick up calls and even have lunch. Customer service is bad. Al Futtaim should have more staff to take care of this facility and customers. But like any other company in the world. I would guess it’s the same scenario less staff, less pay, extreme pressure, and frustrated staff.

Good overall but they can be a bit careless. Took car for repairs, got it back with a flat tyre. Advisor said its not their job to check tyres. When I complained to the manager, got the tyre replaced

Very poor service. I went to collect the number plate of the vehicle which is Total Loss. Made me sit there for a long time. They first did the work of those who came after me. It is better to have a token system

Very bad experience. Very slow process, they say parts not available and we ordered the parts which will take 10 to 15 days.which is really stressful. My car is already there from 15 days

Not happy with the service and it took more than 20 days to get a normal claim. The support and assistance from the staff was very poor even though it was under agency repair.

Honda deserves better customer care. From al Futtaim I guess this is the worst place to attend as no calls answered ever all day everyday! Personal is like ee what ever.

Visited here on 16/11/2019 and was assisted by Mr Rashid Al Hashmi at the reception. He approached very politely and cleared all my queries very patiently. 5* for him.
