Thank you to Dr.wael for everything. I have been suffering 6 years from fibroids it's got so big to the point that simple daily tasks were difficult to do. Every where I go, they told me to wait to be bigger. I go to Dr. Maysoon, and she is incredible Dr with amazing knowledge, which then she transferred me to Dr.wael. God bless his hand. The surgery was so smooth that I could barely feel pain.

Always when I have an appointment with Dr I need to wait at least 1 to 3 hour, and realy is bad.

Had a Lasik Eye Surgery with Dr. Hani Massoud in February and couldn’t be happier! Was able to see straight away with no complications or issues, the operation was smooth and easy, Dr. Hani was super kind and supportive. He explained the entire procedure in detail, walked me through each step and provided timely check-ups to ensure my eye sight is perfect with no complications. I used to to have some kind of fear from dentists but not anymore thanks to Dr. Sara. She totally makes you at ease before and during the treatments, I haven’t felt any pain at all and the end results are amazing. I totally recommend paying a visit for Dr. Sara

The hospital is perfect and everyone is very accommodating. Except for Shayma from billing. She’s very rude and condescending. She should not be on the frontlines of assisting the customers. I could have easily given 5 stars for the hospital but Shayma brought it down to 2. I can go on to details on how she treated us if you point us to the right platform.

قسم النساء و الولادة النيرسات لازم يدربون كيف يتعاملون ويا المريضة لان ابدا ما يتواصلون ويا المرضى حتى لو الدكتورة كانت في الولادة و انتي عندج موعد تنتظرين عادي فترات طويلة و بدون تبرير منهم و ما يقولولج مثلا الدكتورة بتتاخر ، و المواعيد عندهم دائما تتقدم بالايام ، حتى يوم نكون هناك انادي على النيرس وهي جدامي تسوي عمرها ما تسمع وهذا الكلام ينطبق عليهم كلهم النيرسات و قسم الاستقبال!

I visited the Hospital for a dental emergency. Dr Sara Kirat was kind enough to accommodate me on her lunch break. She is by far the best and kindest dentist I have ever met. She was able to give me back my smile in the shortest time. It was a sheer joy to watch her interact with her team. Thank you Dr Sara Kirat I’ve never thought that going to the dentist would be so joyful and pleasant.

We went to check our daughter and the doctor prescribed us a medicine which is not allowed to be taken by kids below 6yrs old. It is very frustrating as before when my wife is pregnant they gave her expired medicines. It is good that she is able to check the expiry before consuming them. I am never coming back to this hospital again!

Horrible experience in emergency room and insurances.

I have to go 3 times and wait just to get insurance reimbursement ready.
They promised me to come in morning and collect I have wasted more than hour waiting to sign it and telling me just wait.

I told them I can give you a new form, they refused saying we have it.

I have to go again to a new doctor telling my story of the emergency situation.

Then I have discovered that the form is not the same as my insurance adviced to fill.
Till now 2 times to go to the hospital and the reimbursement papers are not ready to collect.

Ironically in the first time they insist to be signed by the same doctor, now they are doing it with different doctor just to know how their processes are.

Today I had a session with Dr. Sara Hisham in her dental clinic and I have done a wisdom tooth extraction words cannot describe how Dr. Sara did the procedure in a very gentle, professional and painless from the beginning of the anesthesia till the extraction of the tooth itself despite the fact that this procedure is one of the hardest in all of dentistry but Dr. Sara made it so easy and painless she is really polite, kind and always willing to give you the best treatment highly recommended to visit her.

زرت قسم الطوارئ في يوم السبت ١-٧ لتلقى العلاج حيث كانت الامور جدا سلسه واهتمام الموظفين بالمريض حيث تلقيت العلاج اللازم وبعدها بيومين تم الاتصال بي من قبل الاخ محمود من ادارة مستشفى القرهود للاطمئنان على صحتي ومن التاكد بان الخدمة كانت جيدة والتحمد على سلامتي هذا فالصراحه مبادرة جميلة من قبلكم شكراً

It was my pleasure to choose the dental clinic at gharhoud hospital with Dr. Sara, which she is high proffesional Dr.at this field, cooperated with us as much as she can, flaxible dealing with us, no pain, give us very nice apearance teeth.thanks Dr. Sara,
and realy anyone need good service he has to choose proffesionals as algharhoud hospital.

I have given my sample for test at least 14 hours back and haven't recieved the report yet. I don't know if I'll be able to catch my flight today or not. Highly disappointed

Came with one year old baby… there was big line. Everyone accepted exept supervisor. First time during the 8 years i saw it. Hope managers can show to their staffs priorities which is belongs to all countries.

PCR tests stated as coming back in 8 hours are not accurate. The manager assured me there was no delay in testing but was either not sure what was happening or lying to me.

Dont go for emergency its the worst ever maybe you will die before you see the doctor the service is too much too much slow I kept waiting for the doctor despite my pain, even this was at 10: 00 am on a weekday

2 times I have had PCR test emergencies and Al Garhoud were able to rescue.me.
In particular Robert took a personal interest and saved the day!
I cannot recommend this place enough.

I was there 2 months ago to take Covid PCR test. I was surprised how quick and smoothly went everything. I got results in aprox. 4 hours. Maybe there can be more waiting if they have to test a lot. The price of PCR testing at time being was 150 AED. Please check it before, but it's similar to many testing centers in Dubai.

DON'T CALL THEM IN ADVANCE, BECAUSE THEY SIMPLY DO NOT RESPOND. You simply have to go there - and people there are very helpful.

For covid PCR test, Not convenient for foreigners, messages result to local phone number only, email not possible. Have to be there physically to get results. 8 hours is promised, not bad. AED150

مستشفى سئ جدا جدا. الخدمة وسرعة الاستجابة في قسم الطوارئ لا تتناسب مع نوعية الحالة. اليوم الجمعة ٣١/١٢/٢٠٢١ جبت بنتي رجلها متورمة كتير بعد اصابة بتحكيلي الممرضة انو عنا فني اشعة واحد يوم الجمعة وهسا دخل غرفة العمليات عندو حالة تانية الان بلش فيها. يعني مستشفى طويل عريض ما في فني اشعة في الطوارئ. كيف لو في حالة اشتباه جلطة دماغية. الله يعوض على المريض
وبعدين البنت تتألم من الكسر والدكتور بقلي نستنا التامين. عن جد مستوى متدني عالاخر. الله لا يعيدها وما بنصح حدا ابدا بالمستشفى

This is in regard corrupted managment, security and token officer of screening PCR center of HMS Algarhood hospital, I got token at 13: 21 clock, and the current calling number was under 1000, however after min on lady with BMW X6m came and parked on entrance of the parking even without respecting it is entrance and in the car were 2 teenagers guys and one young girl, the lady spoke with token officer and later she got tokens and gave to 2 young guys and girls and they were holding their passports and just they go inside even the calling number still not reached 1030 and my number was 1141 and they reached after me, anyhow later after the 15 min they did test and left and we are like stupid waiting one more than one hour under the sun.and even when I was inside I noticed that there many token calls but no one attended almost each 10 tokens there 3 no show person, I don’t know whether token officer issue some token with him so he can give to such us special customers … I complained to the supervisor (one young Arab guy sitting in small room) but he didn’t take my complain seriously and he said I’m wrong even he didn’t apologize in spite I told him I was monitor this lady and her young guys and girl from the moment she parked, this my fist times come here and last time, please assigned profession people and make audit on your staff and system …

Never do PCR test here. This place is pathetic they gave you false and inaccurate results. I highly don’t recommended this place. When you walk in the people do the registration were not wearing any mask. The staff is mean, rude and racist. Unhygienic place. When comes to testing place that is even more pathetic and dirty. Never go there. Go to some other places like American hospital.

My wife missed her flight due to the late covid test result as promised.they claim 8hrs - 10hr but her result wasn't there even after 14hrs. She called multiple times and we eventually we have to pay the flight rescheduling cost ourself, two tickets.

Its hard to believe that I paid 150 AED to receive my PCR test within 8 hours and now, I have completed 24 hours without result. No one picking up my calls

Not happy at all.took ages to receive PCR results, almost missed my flight because of that. I don’t recommend. You don’t receive the results in 6-8 hours as they say

Expect delays, orchestration is missing
Facility is nice and tidy, doctors and nurses are welcoming, still delay is unjustified
Don’t know if patient come alone who long it will take him!

Do not go there, so i can book faster!

The hospital doesn't provide a parking for the patient unless he pay 20 dirhams for the valet there was a free parking yet it is very limited and always full, this my first experience in UAE with a hospital doesn't provide parking for the patients

Dr. Sarah Hisham is an amazing dentist. She is so delicate with her hands that you don't feel any discomfort during the procedure. I didn't use any anesthesia and my teeth/gums are usually very sensitive. She has all the latest equipment for best results. I made also an appointment for my husband and son. She has a great personality and caring approach. Highly recommend her.

Best doctor ever, my wife, she just gave birth in Al Garhoud Private Hospital on the 6th March.
I’m writing to express my appreciation to the fantastic professional service provided by Dr Nagham Abduljabbar Alobaidi, she did much much more than just a doctor.
Me and my wife as a completely new couple, having Chen being pregnant, was such an amazing, at the same time a worrying thing. Unfortunately she had a miscarriage in Nov 2019, I was looking after her and helping her to recover, with efforts of 6 months, she was confirmed pregnant by Dr Nagham in June 2020. At the early stage of the first visit, it was 4pm on a Thursday, when we told the Dr about our experience, she immediately got her to do the blood test, the nurse checked and told her the lab won’t be able to do it on that day, I clearly still remember, and will never forget that she replied “ it is a matter of life, I don’t care what excuses there are, I need the result right now”. That was just so mind-blowing, and touching. A baby was saved.
Second month, all of a sudden, Chen started bleeding, when she called the Dr, she immediately acknowledged her and provided an injection that Chen had to take for 3 weeks. Once again, the baby was saved.
Every visit we did, she noticed that me and Chen are completely newly married couple, who didn’t know anything, she behaved and educated us like our moms (too young for that).
By the time on the 6th March 2021, when Chen was admitted into the hospital to deliver the baby, she was with us whenever she could, she was encouraging Chen with all of her skills, knowledge, patience etc. At the end, a beautiful baby girl Fei Han was born successfully, healthy, weighed at 3.7kgs. On the other hand, Chen did it as an normal delivery, she’s almost recovered now.
I truly appreciate what Dr Nagham provided us, and I can’t think of any other words that I could say to express my gratitude towards her.
Any medical industry would be the luckiest to have her as an employee.
Once again I thank her sincerely.

Very bad customer service.never answer calls to hospital contact number. I have tried calling 5-6 times all I was getting was all agents are busy for attending other customers.since 4 afternoon to 10 pm night never answered my call.

The worst hospital EVER they dont even send the full lab results and they promise they will send and they dont! Takes days for them to send!

I went to this place because my husband did his test in this hospital and the result was fast and I assumed it was a reputable hospital.
I did the swab test yesterday past 9 am in the morning. I am hoping to receive the result on the afternoon (just like my husband did) however instead of result I received a call (@ around 330 pm). I was told to come back and do a re test as there is a problem with the test they did in the morning they guaranteed I will not pay again. I asked what happen they could not answer me. I was told to come on the same tent that I did the test and inform them I was asked to do the retest and they will explain from there what happened.
@4 pm I went there right away and did the test. I informed everyone who assisted me that it was a retest as I was told something happened with my test.they assisted me and the nurse even did a very thorough swab.after the test I confirmed to them if this time I will get a result.she confirm I will receive the result for sure.
I am still in doubt, so before I leave the area I called the call center and informed I did the test.
@637 pm I received a message my result is presumptive positive. I called call center right away and asked they have checked and I was told as per ER doctor that test is from the morning swab. I will receive my second result in the morning.
After 24 hours I called again as I have not received any result.only then I was told they do not know what happened to that test because I did not pay there is no result!

I have spoken to call center they are polite and they are trying to explain however they cannot give me any helpful answer.
They said they forward it to PRO named Abbas.he called me after checking from the Lab- only to tell me again it is because I have not paid that is why there is no result.

I am very very disappointed with this hospital.
Will never recommend to anyone.

The hospital is great in general. Dr. Manal Fahham, Neurologist is for sure on of the best Neurologists in Dubai. She's expert in treating all chronic neurological diseases such as; Epilepsy, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's Migraine and other related diseases. She gave maximum time to patient in order to explore all probabilities and then decide on the most accurate diagnosis before proceeding with treatment plan.

من اسوأ المستشفيات الخاصه فدبي ومايرتقون لمستوى ميد كير اللي مساعدهم الدكاتره الجيدين اللي عندهم موظفين التامين من اغبى ما يمكن عادي تنتظر 10ساعات عشان يخلصولك الموافقه مال التامين وتزيد حالتك سوء وهم ينتظرون الموافقه من التامين ياريت الدكاتره اللي عندهم يشتغلون فالميد كير لانهم صفر بدون الطاقم الطبي ومايسون ربع نجمه عند الميد كير التوب في كل شي

تقرير فحص الدم ياخذ وقت اكثر من اللازم.

I took appointment with doctor philip and I received a call from the hospital and they changed the appointment two times for no reason at the same call and they refused to send me a massage for the new appointment timing.is this a hospital or grocery?

I was supposed to remove a fibroid from my etreus. I ended up with cutting my intestine and having to remove 15 cm from my small intestine with no improvement at all and releasing me at home! Horrible service

If you want to lose your day and spend it in the hospital, then come here.they always take extra patients than needed, where you always have to wait a minimum 2 hours and I swear I am not exaggerating. Never to hear about this hospital again.

Worst hospital I spend 2 hours in treatment room for injection no one remember to stop the injection and I stop it my self and there was no emergency light to call then I call hospital 3 times asking for nurses spent more than 3 hours on hospital and I will never be back again

نجمة واحدة فقط لقسم طب العظام، يفتقر الى التنظيم والمتابعة والاهتمام
استغرق حصولهم على موافقة التأمين لخمس جلسات علاج فيزيائي أسبوعين، ولولا اني تابعت الموضوع بنفسي مع التأمين لاستغرقوا شهر كامل.

بعد حصولهم على الموافقة شرحت لهم اني أستطيع الحضور كل يوم سبت فقط، قاموا بحجز أسبوعين سبت وقالوا (السيستم مغلق بعد ذلك) حضرت اول جلسة. قبل موعد الجلسة الثانية بساعة الغوا الموعد لمرض المعالج الفيزيائي. أخذت موعد في السبت اللي بعده. بعد ان انتهيت اخبروني ان السبت محجوز حتى ثلاث أسابيع وان علي الانتظار للحصول على علاجي الفيزيائي.

اشعر بالندم لأني فكرت بهم للأمراض العظمية

ما يسمى بال DXBone كأنه مشفى مستقل، بعقلية ادارة مختلفة، لاشك انها غير ناجحة.
