Visited the place to buy a vehicle for my wife and the response from Mr Sen was fantastic . His knowledge of the product and willingness to share accurate options as per owns requirement is fabulous and which is a rarity … thank you Mr Sen for making the buying experience as hassle-free as possible . After purchase I had some manufacturing issue with the car and there stepped in Mr Sen again to straighten things alright . Kudos to him

Really poor service and apathetic team, who do not care about customers and are not willing to commit to timelines for resolution of issues, but hide behind systemic delays.

I am sharing a recent experience I have had with the Ras Alkhor service center of AlGhandi. Had a service done for my corvettte and upon receiving the car, noticed the front bumper had some minor scratches. Be as it may, initially the matter was taken up with the manager Adil at the service center for a review. Adil was prompt to investigate and report the car may have been scratched post the service delivery. As a customer, this case has been strange since the car was driven back safe and parked in an enclosed parking and moreover, has been very strange since there has been no evidence of the source of this incident. Long story short, unlike any other other service centers (I have a mercedes too), who only focus on revenue irrespective of customer experience/ inconvenience, Adil stepped out to understand my predicament and handled the situation in the most professional manner by extending a good will courtesy to me and ensured my car was smartly fixed at no additonal cost to me, even though they could have charged me for this repair. This action taken has left me with the utmost confidence and once again reassured me that the product and after sales service of chevrolet cars is par excellence and beyond any competition. I have an alliance as a customer with Al ghandi ras Al khor center over 2 long decades and the staff over these years have never failed to uphold the brand image. I trust and hope the senior management of this group will felicitate Adil for his management skills, proactive approach and decision making ability which has added value to the rest of the staff working there.
A special word of appreciation to Manish which I am sure has been instrumental in advising and assisting Adil for a cumulative decision in attending to the Customer concern on priority.
Last but not the least, Manish at the CRM / heldesk team who patiently heard me out, faced my irritation and concern, and handled the situation as a true professional. She reached out to the respective concerned departments and ensured I was heard.

Bought by Silverado ZR2 recently. I went there with half mind and the sales team made me choose the truck. The truck is really amazing and I am so happy for my decision. Worst dealer ship experience for me in UAE youll have to pay and pray to get your car

Expect delays in delivery of your car and very slow response after paying them their money in fact youll have to follow up with them to give you some time and clue of when your getting the car you paid for and why is it delayed.

I purchased Chevrolet Captive 2023 March 16,2023. In 2 weeks time AC is not working. Almost 1 week now back in fort in garage service still not fix. Adroid auto is not working well in Android phone. Can someone from management support this issue.

We are purchasing chevrolet groove 2023 from al ghandi showroom and the best thing in them is customer service. I would really really appreciate Miss Majda (senior sales executive) how politely she discuss everything and she listens to the customer what the customer is need and humbly she works perfectly good and immediately finish the work. She is so cooperative. We'll done the five star just only goes to Miss majda. And would also like to tell the sharjah branch is full of arrogance bad customer service. Rude staff and not accommodating.was going to proceed with buying a zr2 but after seeing the treatment of their customers I decided not to.

I do not recommend this shop. Staff is very arrogant and don't know how to treat customer with respect. Staff just hanged up the phone very loud

As usual very disrespectful and arrogant attitude and not only this showroom. I placed a request online for a test drive, they called me and gave me an APPOINTMENT only to discover the car is not available and person who was suppose to meet was also off, and very distespectfully the people working just indicated they are busy, a very similar attitude at their sheikh zayed showroom a year ago when I walked in, if this is how their sales perform how will the after sales be!?

I just want to thank the exceptional team and the service advisor Jamil for the amazing service which they assisted me and fixed my car at the soonest without even checking on it, and i would like to thank the manager Mr. Adnan for everything.

The service after 1000km takes around 3 days!
There is no one to talk to, no one to apologize on such situation.
Terrible service and not recommend to purchase their cars

I have purchased a GMC Terrain on 20th may 2022. The funny part is that the 3 tyres of it manufactured on 2021 and the 4th one is manufactured on 2020. I have brought this to their attention but they are saying still it is on acceptable time frame and they are not going to change it. Company name is big but the service is poor. Please double check everything if you are dealing with them and planning to buy a car from them.

Staff was not very keen to serve, especially if you are going there to but low priced cars. I was asked by the sales staff to go outside locate the car and view myself while he kept sitting on his desk, which I thought was the primary job of a car sales person. Overall they are only keen to entertain customers who will spend big bucks. Others can help themselves.

It's kind of a small showroom that accommodate three major brands. They are Catholic, Chevy and GMC.

I visited showroom in order to see the 3 or 4 variance of the vehicle. However, since the shoreham is small they just keep one of them!

Very low level of after sale services. I called couple of times the service for an issue, every time they say “a technician will contact you” and they never did. In case you need something employees act like they make a favor to talk to you.

At first they made me wait for 20 minutes starting from my appointment time (I reached 15 minutes earlier). My GMC Terrain's Bluetooth option went missing from the options. The service advisor acted so novice and told me that we have to check the car it will take a day. However, it is a common problem with GMC's regarding the Bluetooth.
I was also told that we will check and give the estimate, in case if I chose to not go with the estimate, I will have to pay an estimation charge of AED 500. Such a rip off for such a small issue.
They very well know that issue and the resolution and still act as if it's the first time they have come across a similar issue.
My car requires a software update and I am disappointed with the approach as the suggestions from the service advisor were very vague.

We were highly pleased with the quality of service and consistent cooperation from Mr Darrell and Mr. Manish. An extremely helpful and polite team of staff. Especially Mr. Zuhaid who was very friendly and ready to help at all times. Overall very good experience with Al Ghandi motors!

Great service overall, I done more than 12 services for my GM cars here, always on time and the are never late.

I called the CRM team for some important and urgently needed account paperwork I had lost. I spoke to Customer Relations Manager Dima Bashir. What a superstar. Al Ghandi should be happier than a bee in a kingdom made of honey to have her in their CRM line-up. In less than 15 minutes she had found the proper department, procured my document, and forwarded to me. She did it in a friendly and eager manner that gave me supreme confidence in her company. My current Chevy is the third from Al Ghandi, and I will most certainly come back for my next purchase. A company is only as good as its employees, and in her role as front line staff Ms Bashir have created a stellar impression.

Really good people there, I had very good experience too.they are very helpful people always quick jobs, it’s interesting to buy Chevrolet cars due to good service experience.

I want to personally thank Mr. Abduljabbar, the manager at Deira service center for his dedication and unprecedented commitment to resolve my issue. The fact is that he himself went to get my spare key that is in Ras Al Khaimah, as I was stuck in Dubai without the key as it was unfortunately lost at the service center. However given the fact that the weather was really catastrophic and chaotic in Ras Al Khaimah as it was really hard for anyone to enter Ras Al Khaimah or leave their homes in Ras Al Khaimah, yet Mr. Abduljabbar contacted me and went to get the spare key from there, and I got a compensation for the lost key for free. I’ve shared footage of the terrible weather conditions in Ras Al Khaimah as Mr. Abduljabbar showed me while driving to get the key which is courageous and I have a lot of respect for him. Without getting the key anytime soon, I’d been stuck in Dubai two or more days without getting back to RAK. Many thanks to Mr. Derrick and all Chevrolet Staff and technicians for their professional work and transparency and commitment to resolve customers ’ issues.

Worst Service, we bought one car on payment terms of 50% PDC, even PDC cheque cleared and last 3 Months I m everyday calling for pending invoice but no response every time tomorrow tomorrow

Very dishonest staff. Keep away from Certified Cars, because it's overpriced and they replace new components with old ones. I bought a 2016 model (in 2017) only to figure out the tires were replaced with old 2014. Battery was already drained and AC had issue. The car makes huge noise on reverse and as of today no one from Al Ghandi service could solve this issue and they claim it's from factory. If it's from factory then why didn't you mention it when I was choosing the car? ! I will file a lawsuit if I find some time.

They place old components in new cars and will not inform you about it. Soviet Union way of cheating customers.
