The worst agency to buy any electronic for your home. Very disappointed and bad service. I have gave my iron steamer since more than 6 months.they don’t know how to fix their devices and asked me to buy an new one and btw this is not the first time with Ghandi and philips. Never advice to get any thing from them as they are not will to fix it.
I purchased a cooker on Carrefour. Valsan and Showkat were the delivery guy. They were extremely professional and kind. I would highly recommend there services!
Al Ghandi Electronics have the best service center. If you have any problem with an appliance, the technicians will fix it immediately. The two technicians Mr. Nafees and Mr. Jiban did an excellent job fixing my Washing machine. Buying appliances from Al Ghandi is recommended cause if any problem occur, they have good technicians to fix the issue. I truly recommend Al Ghandi Electronics. Mrs. Salma Habash
After sales service is really bad.have given my steamer iron for repair.no one calls to inform the status of the repair.after multiple calls and 10 days of waiting I received feedback that waiting for part.said will call me and update when it comes another 4 days and no call.
A very poorly run company. If you place an order, they will charge you and completely disappear on you. You have to keep contacting them only to be told they don’t have the items in stock but they’ll make sure to get them out to you “very soon”. It’s been several weeks and I have only received 1 item from my order. They refused to refund me my order when I requested to cancel it. They’ll insist on making you wait and then they’ll never get back to you. Update: My refund request was eventually accepted, several attempts later. Customer service did apologize to me but it doesn’t change the fact that this company really needs to improve the way they operate.
Faulty defected items. Bought a whirlpool fridge from carrefour, Al ghamdi delivered a defected one, so within 24 hours does not chill and overheats. A technician came after 2 weeks to tell me its normal to overheat. Now I want a refund and removal of faulty fridge. Carrefour online is appalling too
Bad customer service, after 1 month of reviewing my problem, they contact me just to tell me we will call u back (AFTER 1 MONTH) and they never called back and the issue still there, I'm just thinking of throwing the item instead of fixing it as it seems it is usless to keep waiting

I reached at exactly 5: 00 pm and the store was closed and staff already left. I understand that time is important but you can wait for one minute for a customer specifically when customer called.

I write to express my appreciation to the Service Technician Mr. Praveen Kumar for the warm and excellent customer service he has always shown. I am a customer of Al Ghandi since 1996 where all my home appliances are from Whirlpool. I have known Mr. Kumar for over 8 years, and he has always exceeded my expectation in the prompt and intelligent approach to identifying and solving a technical problem. This appreciation comes particularly after I purhcased a new tumble dryer in February 2021, after which I had 4 different technical issues that required me to call the service center. Each time, Mr. Kumar would identify the problem without even calling for support from the service center, contrary to other technicians I had in the past when Mr. Kumar wasn’t available.
Not even worth giving 1 star. I had bought a refrigerator 2 years ago and suddenly 5 days back it stopped working. I tried to restart the switch, but then noticed that the compressor was not working nor vibrating. So I called Al Ghandi Electronics, Whirlpool's service agent in Dubai, UAE. This is the worst service I ever received for Whirlpool product. Next day, their technician came and inspected and the compressor was not working. So he said that, for replacing the compressor, it needs to be taken back to their warehouse. Today, I called them up for an update since its been 4 days and no response received from them. They didn't even know that my refrigerator was already taken by their technician. They said that they will check and let me know. Few hours later, they called and said that the compressor is repaired now, but they had to fill the gas back for which I need to pay AED 450. I bought the fridge for AED 680 and even got 5 years warranty on compressor. Job reference number: 211121052, which I got few minutes back they don't even have proper tracking system. Now paying additional AED 450 on the same fridge that too only for filling gas is like cheating customers. Please check how much they charge you, as they do fraud even if your product is in warranty. Beware of such guys!
Very Horrible experience we have in this company, we are calling them to complain amour Whirlpool washing machine, not working and its 5months only, its take them 1month before they will give you a response, this is really bad customer service especially "Valajee" he is very rude, at the same time they are discrminating phillipine people, like they are playing only with us, they are telling to send us the available unit and we confirm since last week now we call they told us that the availablde unit is not with them, seriousluy theu are very liar, hope the company will take action for this.and for all you know they just want their product to sell, but the qualit not even good as 10%. So dont buy any appliances with them, they are liar.

Tried calling for few days no one response. Email sent also no response. Went directly to the showroom and was told there were no stocks for the items i wanted. If only they answer their landline we wouldnt have to waster our time going to their showroom
I will never buy any Philips products after i use Philips service center. Nobody picks up the calls, you are wasting your time and your credit, Unless you go their place and see them. It takes more time than they say to fix your product. I was told by them as an excuse, there is only one employee to work for whole Dubai. It is a shame! Horrible costumer service.

Never ever buy philips product.i have purchase 43inch Led tv 2 years before and screen is not working.im try to call customers care but no 1 is answering my call. Trust the reviews below by some earlier folks. Called couple of times for OLED TV enquiry. No answer on telephone lines. Philips please look into and change your dealer to Jumbo or Sharaf DG. They have better sales team

I would like to share my experience with the Philip LCD TV I purchased in Oct 2018. In 37 years, I had TV like Panasonic and Aftron which I used for long period time and never once gave it for repair. In order to upgrade the TV for size and to Smart TV, I purchased 55 inch Philip TV OCT 2018 from Carrefour at an offer price. Shockingly, the TV turned into a black screen in 2 years and its not working. Since the warranty period is over, I will have to go through expensive repair. But one important revelation when I consulted a TV repair person about the TV. He told that Philip and Hisense are the two brands where their TV parts quality, i.e, Back light inverter is compromised as per the price. Without telling the price, repair person himself told me that if the price is 1500 dhs then this is what is expected with the quality of the parts. I did not know this, as I felt that the Philip brand is a good brand, and with the offer price its a plus point. Now if I have to repair, the cost is 700 dhs + and therefore, its best I replace the TV itself with other reliable brand than Philips. The worst after sales service ever in the world.you call no answer, you send email no answer. 10 days without washing machine. My washing machine bought in carrefour in march 2020.engine changed 28 september 2020 and now 2 months later in nov 2020. Carrefour sold a very low quality material.corrupted one since the begining and al ghandi after sale is just the worst disaster on the world of help and professionalism.my advice: RUN AWAY from both!
Has to be one of the worst companies i have come across. The customer service is terrible. You have got more chance speaking to the president of united states than you have the customer service team. Hope they go out of business.
Terrible! Ten days after handing a Mixer for repairs I called to flow up on the repair. I was told it was still being investigated and they will get back to me. A jet engine would take less time to troubleshoot! IT'S A MIXER! And still no news! Worst after purchase service I have experienced in Dubai in 13 years.
*If you will buy spares, for small domestic items for philips, kitchen aid you should provide the correct model number of your item which you can find on the sticker located in the bottom of your item to ensure that you will get the correct spares.
*If you want to repair your TV, Washing Machine, Dryer, Dishwasher etc you can call the service center to book for service and check for advise if your place is too far from Ras Al Khor.
*You can also go to showroom itself to check for new items, they really have some good deals to offer.
Horrible Experience. Broke my Jar and called them for replace. 2 times they delivers the wrong parts, they even send me things which didn't belong to the same brand. Visit by myself the service center and for the 3rd time they gave me a wrong piece. They don't even have a fix price for the parts. Waiting for the 4th time to deliver again. The worst customer service and follow up ever. After 5 days of waiting and my TV is broken completely. The technician came for 2 minutes done nothing and simply said that the motherboard is broken and needs only 1000Aed to replace it. One thousand Dirhams for a motherboard!
Worst service center ever. Unprofessional staff I send Philips blender to fix since after first use we experience smell of smoke we send to service center they send it back not working At all then we send again they send it back again not working and broke.
Nice showroom, very neat and clean, but located in the middle of no where. As you would expect at any authorised dealership, the appliances will be priced at a premium to the retailers. Most models are of the premium range. No ready stock for Whirlpool refrigerator spare parts. Tip: Call first, WhatsApp the technician the details of the spare part required with pictures, see if they can get it (they couldn't source the part I needed), pay an advance and get it at the center after 4-5 days.
Some of the prices of the spare parts are mind blowing. Better to order from Amazon US and ship it here.
Serviced the washing machine with them. When returned, they told us NOT TO USE ONE OF THE WASHING MACHINE PROGRAMS AS A SOLUTION, then no reply. They charged half of the price of the washing machine to, in the end, not fix it.
I absolutely can not recommend. They are the most expensive store for electronics and Al Ghandi Electronics does not reimburse you any difference. Check i.e. Carrefour first. You save a lot. For spare parts you can try their service. Today I am very upset with Al Ghandi Electronics.
