I’m very disappointed about the service. Don’t believe them when they told you that service can take 3-4 days. Trust me, nobody will not move even during these days. You have to call them, disturb them and maybe you will be lucky. They never pick up the phone, never call you to apologize that service delayed. Even when they call you to collect the car, on the gate security's guy will make a drama and will ask you to call again to the shop. Anyway customer service is 0, ppl not responsible at all.

Great team work amidst work hours, a distinction to the security team for handling situations at peak hours.

This workshop has the poorest service in UAE. No one is answering the calls, no one is giving update on the status of your car.for a small dent 5 days has already past and no update.
