If I can give zero or negative star to this company I will. Why? We had a very bad experience to this showroom. We went there and ask some questions coz we really want to have a car. This indian seles representative I think didnt know or didnt listen to us. He is always saying yes we can, yes possible yes. He ask for processing fee and we gave it, actually we pay 2x coz some error occured while transfering. Untill they will say that it will not be possible to process it. They said they will refund it but its been a month untill npw no refund. They are under estimating their customer also if you are not rich, local or maybe your dress is not good looking. They told us also that we are only window shopping cars in their shop. Al Habtoor. Please EDUCATE and TRAIN your staff well. Unluckily we didnt check the reviews. They have low stars and and not good reviews. I dont even reccomend this showroom. Please if you want to buy/purchase a car. Read this and some reviews first

My first car purchase in dubai turns out to be the worst experience! Simon is very unresponsive after the car purchased is approved. They said maximum delivery is 20 days but until now he cannot even give any update. I wouldn’t recommend them at all! Should have gone to other showroom. Very unprofessional salesman. It’s a nightmare!

Update your system dear because I am seeing this first time that we pay complete money and we don't even know when we will be getting the product.

I bought a new car jac s3+ from Habtoor, but it has many problems with the car
The biggest problem is the lack of after-sales service, despite trying with them several times I advise not to deal with Habtoor because they are not interested in after-sales service You can find good sellers, but the problem is that you will not find a car maintenance service after that

Had been there to Mitsubishi Deira showroom. All new Mitsubishi signature edition available there.

Miss Jihan is the utmost best salesperson there! She was super attentive and answered all my questions! I'm currently waiting for my car to arrive, and she has been following up every step of the way. Amazing service, wonderful experience thus far, she really deserves a raise or at least a bonus! I highly recommend her. She is also very detail oriented!

DON'T BUY JAC J7 IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A FUEL EFFICIENT CAR
I recently bought JAC J7 from Al Habtoor. The mileage company said the average mileage on the car is around 15 kmpl and in the city you get around 10kmpl. I was getting 8 to 9 KMPL in the city until the first service. I thought after the first service it will be fine. But after the fist service I am getting 5kmpl in the city even if I drive in highways, I am getting only 6 kmpl. I contacted the sales guy who sold the car to me and he asked me to contact the service center. Service center guy told me that the JAC is only getting 300 km per full tank which is 300/55= 5.45kmpl.it's so weird for a 1.5 L engine car. I insisted them to check everything they said just now you finished the first service, we checked everything and everything is perfect. He asked me to leave the car to them for 2 days and they will drive and check. I didn't give the car yet. My question is why they are advertising as 15 kmpl mileage for the car. If you are looking for a fuel efficient car please don't buy it. My friend is driving a BMW X5 it's close to his mileage. What could be the reason? Since it's from.maybe the cars engine is not as listed as 4 cylinder maybe it's V8 engine Lol. And also suddenly its touch screen also not working properly. I don't know what else will be in future.

BEWARE: Habtoor will sell you a new car with many issues including lights not working, major issues with break and drum wheels, windows falling down, loose wing mirror clips and then refuse to fix it.

Office interiors here looks like they are still in the 90's. The lift inside it smells very bad too

Few days ago (On the 5th April 2022) I bought a pre –owned Mitsubishi Pajero 2020 – Signature addition, from Al Habtoor Motors main Agency at Al Ittihad Road, Deira – Dubai. The Selling department Staff were very friendly and helpful. The car still under Warranty.
Later, I discovered that probably during the Agency's upgrading to "Signature Addition", which I understand done locally, the head / neck supporters for the third seat has been cancelled.
I wish to draw the attention of the Company to the serious risks involve in cancelling the head / neck supporters for the third seat in case of accident, in particular the possibility of serious head and neck injury to anyone using the third seat, which has very limited back space to support upper part of the body.

Fixed a appointment for test drive, called them in advance. Vehicle not available when I reached there, have to return without a test drive.

Ww expirenced bad customer service today we went to buy car with baby in hand we were standing in reception no attender left in reception 2 guys sitting in desk discussing something didn't even mind to ask what we want so we left immediately after looking disappointment in customer service

Sole distributor for Mitsubishi cars. They have also made special editions for Pajero known as Signature editions. They have added some amazing stock like features names blind spot and others.

I bought new Mitshibushi signature full option recently in March problem started from day one, initially remote control I got was broken and was kept inside, even delivery guy hide deliberately and when I asked Same they replaced it, for which I made to go another branch and collect again. After one week new problem started, it seems auto millennium had not fixed backside bumper properly and sound started coming, I took the vehicle to service station in Garhoud and there it seems no personal to repair, they sent me again to another branch Shiek Zayed road, I was told that there is no appointment needed and when I went there they said they are busy and I need to come again. Iam still waiting vehicle to get repaired. This is first vehicle from Mitshibushi and Al Habootor Motors and even that too after buying high end vehicle, Iam experience was nightmare.

Very friendly staff who will assist you with all options understanding your requirements. I personally owned a Mitsubishi Pajero and the car was built to last. Had no issue with it for the 6 years I used it. My friend had bought it from me in 2014 and he still drives it. Even after 11 years the car still drives strong with over 250000Kms.

I am recently booked and pay 20% Downpayment also for Mistubishi Montero Sport. Loan amount aslo approved. Today 17/06/2019, still car not delivered. I am so confused why the service too slow there is no due, payed full amount from my side on 09/06/2019. So i am strongly not recommend this Showroom due to Slow service.

One of the biggest mistake i made buying this car i regret so much buying this 1st year of ownership within 6 months my tailights stopped working two of them stopped i had to replace bulbs car's been 15,000kms in 1 year and now the car isn't starting it jerks so much when i bought it brand new from showroom they didn't even clean the car it was in dust going to give it to the showroom for warranty really disappointed wish i would have chose a better car for myself this will be the biggest regrets of my life never will i ever buy a mitsubishi car i own a lancer came from suzuki swift pains to tell this that it's only a good looking car with not features

Purchased Mitsubishi Pajero from there in October 2017. The salesperson Mr Simon Lobo was very friendly, genuine and the best part was that even after selling the car to me whenever I called him he was very helpful in resolving my queries!
Above all he would even help me out even on his day off! Which is very rare to see these days.

Worst place. I had gone with lot of hope to buy ASX but no sales person attend. I had cash to buy but very pathetic sales people and worst customer service.would never recommend any one.plan to buy Toyota now.
