(Romwe) All i was trying to do was ask if there was COD, the customer service is so rude. I called the number provided and the guy had the worst attitude and was rushing the conversation so much. My friends also ordered and the clothes were such rip offs, I physically say them: 1.she ordered her leggings in black, they came in blue? 2. In the picture her crop top was tight, they came loose 3.she ordered a shirt in small and somehow it came in a large. 4.the bikini top was very loose 5. Flimsy material. I could go on but you get the point. We all have different experiences but this was just not it!

I usually dont post a bad review on a company but I had to do it for Shein. Worst costumer service, it has been over three days and I haven't gotten a confirmation about my shipment. Never again buying from the company

The worst shipping company in uae I received a shipment of two days supposed to be delivered to Aramex and I'm traveling tomorrow, I tried to call all the numbers are all fake numbers and fake number Alwats August No one responds to two days are.readers and there is no response

Bad services and worst online shopping site.i recommend not to choose shein for online shopping.worst plastic kind of material with bad stitching and fitting.

Does anyone ever works here? Nobody picks up the phone. If you keep on calling them they'll put the line busy. I have been tracking my shipment for more than a week now.
