Extremely extremely bad service. Had to ask for my order more than 5 times. Had to wait ALOT too. Very frustrating

Less place ro sit in this outlet. But they have other outlet where there is place for sitting. Much crowded at night.

One of the must visit restaurants in the UAE, they are famous for their special menu, and you could see there will be cars queuing to get their tasty food.

I tried Sandwiches sultan and hassan miter they were tasty but we request without spicy sauce but they add

Drive through, fast food and fresh juices options. Delicious food and juice are unique combination and tasty. You need to order and take a round in car and come back. Recommend to park in by lane before the restaurant they have service wherever you park around.

Always going back for the Tikka sandwich and aboud! But not recommended for dine-in during summer.

Absolutely amazing quality and variety that suits everyone.
Hassan matar sandwich is number 1 recommendation so much flavors that goes really well together (you will want more than one)

Club sandwich is number 2 recommendation it comes with a lot of fries so no need to order fries as a side.

Zinger matar is wholesome with jalapeños and cheese.

انتبهو من العمال لما يدري انك سعودي و تحاسب بجهاز الصراف راح ينصب عليك و يقول لك العملية مرفوضة و يجيك بعد دقيقة و يطلب منك كاش مع ان العملية تكون مقبولة.
نصيحة اطلب منه نسخه من العملية.
يتصيد السعوديين و تراها صارت معي!

Workers cheating Saudi’s by saying to them that the credit card transaction was declined despite it was accepted and deducted! The workers after that will ask for cash!

The quality of shawerma's is exactly like any other cafeteria of this level.
Plain average.
Nothing special whatsoever.
You could find better flavours at many other places.
But hype sells. So does location.

اخواني - خواتي (السعوديين) بكتب هذا الكلام وانا جداً مستاء من اللي حصل وبحاول اصفي النية ولاكن اتمنى من الجميع اللي بيطلب منهم يتأكد من الفاتورة قبل (الدفع) لاني دخلت المحل وكانت عندي ملاحظات مثل (الذُباب) الكثير داخل المحل واستغربت للامانه وخصوصاً وانا في دبي ومشيت الأمر نظراً للتعليقات العالية وهنا وقلت خلني اجرب ولاكن عند بالبداية سالني قال (انت سعودي) طبعا هندي اللي داخل اتوقع وقلت ايه قال مافيه مشكلة انا جيب سيارة ف رحت السيارة ويوم جاء قالي حسابك (٥١) درهم قلت ليش قال انت طالب كذا وكذا وكذا وزايد طلبين ولا انتبهت لها وقلت طيب مو مشكلة ودفعت ويوم قلت له عطني الفاتورة زي اللي تغيرت ملامحة ومايبغى ويوم اعطاني شفت الصدمة للاسف زايد لي طلبين لم اطلبهم وقيمتهم (٢٠) درهم ف طلبت منه يرجع لي وراح وطول ويوم نزلت قال معليش وغلطان وقام يصرف وانا مابي احط بذمتي شيء ومشيت الامر ولاكن اتمنى من الجميع اخذ الحيطة والحذر وعُذراً على الاطالة.

مادري ليش كل هذا المدح الصراحه ماخذ المدح اكبر من حجمه الاكل عادي جدا و الطعم يعني اقل من المستوى الصراحه اتوقع الناس يمدحونه عشان اسعاره اونه مكانه في جميرا وللعلم اسعاره مثل اسعار اي كفتيريا عاديه

Go get your hassan matar and the famous drink Sadam funny names yes but affordable clean food and drinks! Gets too busy on weekends.

“Honey, I shrunk the Sandwich”. I only come here for the Abood shake and Hassan Matar. I haven’t been here since 2 years due to COVID however I visited recently and ordered Hasan Matar and there was hardly any filling and hotdog sandwich was also shrunk.abood was still the best.

Top place for late night shawarma

Zero hospitality. Only visit this juice center if you have a big & lavish car. Give your order only from your car, if you park & come, be prepared to wait for a very long wait. No response on the table.

One of the oldest shawarma places on Jumeirah beach road. Taste and quality maintained over the years. Parking is a hassle and you may end up waiting in line like a drive through during the weekends. Try thier shawarmas, hassan mattar and abood.

One of if not the best Shawarma outlets in all of UAE. Worth trying their Shawarma and drinks. Seating isn't much but considering the size of the shop its to be expected. Also the queue on weekends means getting to order can take time. Once ordered however food is ready rather quickly. Would recommend calling them in advance to order a takeaway so the food is ready when you reach otherwise the line of cars during rush hour can be a bit much.

My personal favourite juice center in Dubai located on the busiest Jumeirah Street.

Their specialties includes Abood, Burj khalifa, jumeira, habeebi khalbe & more.

Recommended for all those foodies out there.

There are lots of food that anyone would love to explore, I always crave for Hassan Mathar when I cross across this lane and some chocolate waffles from the sugar bae.
When your stomach is happy everything else goes right on its way.

Fast serving, friendly staff and following the aafety protocols by placing signs on areas and facilities that can be utilised.

This is an updated review, since Iast tried maybe 6 months ago, they have developed a lot, for a small and very busy cafeteria. They are very organized, quick, and good quality.

Tasty shrimp sandwich, they forgot to give us our change back, but when we come back the next day asking for it, they returned our change money down to the coins, very impressed with the honesty

Been going here for years. Brings back lovely memories. Still love them. Best place to grab a quick (economical) bite before you head to the beach!

Waste of time and money!

Love their Arabic Shawarma. Highly recommend. Also extremely popular for their juices and cocktails. A must go for all Dubai visitors.

Great place for shawarma. And theres new place that serves great milkshakes and crepes right next to it! Highly recommended always better to order ahead as it can busy over weekends! The queues are a testimony to the whole place.

Their Juices are really tasty especially one of the new one called Waxin is mouth watering. I am not sure of the famous item (forgot the name) and also shawarma just tastes normal maybe I am used lots of Arabic dishes. But I am sure they have lots of other items which will me amazing. The new Juice section has got lot of new options called Fruit Bae (). The service is super fast and there is lots of order takers. I could even see Ferrari and Range rovers also in line. Card payment also available. After taking order even if you are little further they will find you.

The servers were so kind and nice. The chicken yogurt shawarma was the best of the best! This is a must eat when you visit dubai!

This i basically a famous spot on Jumeira beach road.

Whenever i am in a mood of light meal, this is one of the option for me. Their juices are good specially Abbod.
Not reccomended during the weekend. So much rush and raffic jam.

من ناحية العصائر ماشاء الله مبدعين واسعار في متناول الجميع باستشثناء اصحاب الرواتب الضعيفة جدا لكن مره فالشهر ممكن. احلى العصائر عوار قلب وبنات عجمان وعبود والكوكتيل. بالنسبة للسندويتشات ليست ممتازة بامانه ويوجد مشكلة في وصوله باردا او ساخنا لكن يكون يابس من كثرة التسخين. بالنسبة لي العصائر فقط لا غير لهذا اقيمه ثلاث نجوم وعيبه لا يوجد مواقف ويرجى من الزبائن احتترام الجيران وعدم استخدام الهرن بكثرة. سبحانك اللهم وبحمدك أشهد أن لا إله إلاّ أنت أستغفرك وأتوب إليك.

My all time favorite, jumeirah time and hassan matar, no subsitute to these unique sandwiches that is a must try. Jumeirah time is available from 5.30pm and hassan matar from 6.00pm.

Small cafeteria with big business, one of the oldest cafeteria with tasty foods. Good for late night food.

Poor Customer Service and some items are pricey, dont know why the folks boasting about this average standard cafeteria.never try this again.for several reasons.

Amazing food, great service and best location and the price is low then usual makes it a best place to have a quick bite. Keep up the good work as the staff are very courteous. Five star from me, love it.

Excellent food, courteous staff.

However shortage of tables to settle down there and have a meal. You would need to sit out door if in case you are lucky enough to find a table.

Parking a big problem.

However the atmosphere at the outlet is really electfying. Nice place to be.

They have amazing shawarmas and a lot more. Keep cash in hand since the don’t accept card. In a prime residential location, open till late.

Lovely little spot for a quick bite and fresh juice on the cheap.
Always busy with people from all walks of life waiting for their orders to be brought to their cars.
