Amazing food. The staff were very helpful and polite. Great ambience. The staff arranged to bring a delicious cake and flowers to celebrate my husband's birthday. Definitely recommend visiting.

Restaurant with very delicious and well-prepared Arabic buffet food, with impeccable staff treatment and in a magnificent setting. It is also, and for about 100 euros, the way to get to know the Burj Al Arab Hotel if you can't afford a room (something that happens to most of us). Great experience

Had an amazing dinner here. The ambiance is spectacular and the service was top notch. My server, Kelly, was absolutely amazing. He helped me with my plates since I was carrying my baby with me. 5 star service all around. The fresh baked middle eastern bread is so amazing with the hummus. Skip lunch that day and make sure to go there hungry!

It's waste of money spent on this over hyped 7* hotel. The service is pathetic and far below average. Overpriced buffet with very limited options and top it all extremely poor staff and service.staff in Al Iwan are very poorly trained and they dont care and don't know anything about customer service. How can they serve alcohol to a 14yr old, the staff came and placed a bottle of beer to my son, it wont even happen in a local or budget pub/bar. They dont care what is served to whom. While we were eating the staff started cleaning the table next to us and distance between ours and the next table was less than a feet. The staff started to dust the table sheets and even sprayed sanitizer on them and it was almost sprayed on our plates.it was such a horrible experience and will never recommend anyone to try there.very unfriendly staff, and the ambience, table set up, cutlery, decor looks so outdated and unclean.no staff were available near the buffet section to assist the diners.all the staff were busy in their own place chatting, giggling.why would you spend 1500DHS for this appalling experience. Not worth even for 1* rating in this restaurant

Very bad experience, with price they charge they didn’t have much options. Glasses had bad smell. We ask to be replaced it had smell as well. One of plates in buffet had long hair on it. I was expecting better quality from Restaurant in 7 starts hotel. I gave one start for sweets

Best personalized service. Ignacio made our breakfast and dinner highly enjoyable. Nice to see staff engaged and welcoming.

Seems to be a classic lebanese restaurant nothing special about the food. It is cheap compare to other burj al arab restaurants they obviously sell you the fact that you have access ro burj al arab but very affordable compare to any other restaurant in dubai. It is definitely worth it to get the opportunity to tour the hotel lobby and 1st floor at least. Would definitely recommend it, youll have to eat anyway might as well eat at Al Iwan invest a little bit on the access and view of this magnificent structure! I am definitely always in awe every time I walk in, such a beautiful place!

Enjoyed every moment. The kudos to the team at Al Iwan make sure you experience is a memorable. The food is outstanding and leave some space for a wide spread of deserts. Dubai is surely the king of hospitality and Jumeirah by far tops.

It was amazing experience and the food was great the staff very friendly always asking if we need anything. We really enjoyed and also there was a surprise to my wife (birthday). They provided a very nice service.

Me and my husband enjoyed a lovely anniversary meal during our stay in Dubai. The staff were all very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The food was delicious, we both came out barely able to walk lol. We managed to save on the cost as it was "Restaurant week". A wonderful evening and well worth a visit. Check online for offers before booking.

E went for dinner buffet. It was our second time at the iconic Burj al arab and first time in this restaurant.
Luxury interiors. Love the deep red color. Lovely ambience.
Arabic buffet. No live cooking station. Food was ok but nothing memorable.
You can use entertainer voucher otherwise the price is too high.

The food is delicous, the atomospher amazing.the stuff super amazing specially Rony.keep in mind is you are going to burj Al Arab so you have to know you are paying for experince not food only highly recommended!

For me one of the most beautiful locations if you want to enjoy exzellent food in a beautiful atmosphere. I really can recommend the buffet. A good mix between seafood and traditional arabic food. Thanks a lot for the specials from your kitchen which we enjoyed a lot.
