To be honest the staff was polite and helpful but there's no maintenance and management. On weekends and holidays we can cross the water body? And the timings are very specific. Wasted 1 hr because we went there.
Excellent Service provided by RTA Dubai staffs. 2 days back have visited Al Jaddaf marine Station with my family along with us one Physically Challenged person also came. The Female Emirati RTA Staff helped like anything and provided good service for determination people at free of cost with good care. I really appreciated the female Emirati RTA Staff at Aljaddaf marine Station. Excellent Service and good place to enjoy with family.
A place where u see the golden sunset view. And the skyline adds to the amazing view. You can take occasional ferry rides, can have romantic places and enjoy a beautiful sunset overlooking the water body and gossiping. It is not crowded place at all but at the same time it is too great a place for serene and calm atmosphere.
Very nice place, boat ferry ride only 2aed for 10mins ride.from creek metro station to Dubai festival city mall.enjoyful ride evening is best time to go.
To connect to DFC mall from creek nice option rather than road reach by boat.one can even visit Dubai design District, this way road traffic can be avoided.
You can get abras (Ac with Solar enegergized) to ride to the next nearest destination. Best way to enjoy abra, travel via metro and then go through abra line towards the Festival city mall. Comparatively cheap and good mode of transportation while in traffic days.
I can say its average, because i was waiting for a long time in the queue may be because of new year time. But the service inside the ferrry or Abbas i really liked. And i do know the Ticket vending machine and the ticket counter system was so slow, to get my ticket it took a long time.
Quiet and calm. Nice views out. Bit of a walk from Creek Metro Station, if you're ok with that. But its under a partially shaded walkway so its not too bad.
Love to do this connection, between Creek Metro Station and Dubai Festival City Mall, using the public boat service. Very well organized and all staff very professional. Boat cost 2 aed and we can use NOL card.
They changed the times of the trips They were every half an hour now there only a couple of trips per day.so no need to wast all that time to not get on to the boats.they would have been a wonderful opportunity for tourist and locals to get into it as a mean of fun and enjoying the views from the boat to get until the marina now it’s unfortunately not.used to take my friends from out of the country there to enjoy the sea trip.they should really consider making it a tourist attraction area.where people can tour around the city in with pocket friendly mean of travel
This is worth it, one of the things that not everyone knows about. Government operated passenger boats depart twice a day for a trip round the city that lasts several hours. Great value.
Those who loves to travel on water instead of a taxi, it is better option for you. U can reach dubai festival city mall, dubai water canal, marina and burdubai from here. Its a bit expensive comparing to normal rta taxi.
Because of this station we love going back to Dubai Festival City Mall and IKEA. Kudos to Dubai government for making this happen. We don't visit this mall due to expensive taxi fare back and forth. And if you take a bus it takes forever. But taking Green line metro and Abra makes our visit to the mall more frequent. And the station is very clean and organize. Al though the wait time is every 20 minutes but its still fine. And they have other route but don't remember everything. I think they have route to Gold Souq and Dubai Canal. Visit the station for more details.
Hassle free and fast water taxi ride to Dubai Festival City Mall. The scenic view along the trip is beyond description. 2 AED per ride, you can pay using NOL card. Just remember to tap in and on your way out. I am sure to visit again.
Well maintained facilty. Fares are using NOL and costed 2 dhms for festival mall which is 5 mins of journey. But be ready to wait as the ferry carries only 20 persons per trip and the trip interval is 20 minutes. Since this is a tourist atttaction for tourists as well as normal commute for the locals. I wish if the RTA could increase the frequency of trips. Plan ahead if you are short on time. Weekens are usually busy and may have to wait 40 minutes for a ride.
Was a good experience.dis was a surprise given to me by my fiance. I had lived in Dubai for 2 yrs but never used the ferry.yeah the experience was nice
