Absolutely TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Very rude and unwarranted behavior!

They only have one contact number listed on google, and when I called, a man answered and when I asked him a question about the stores in the center, he got angry with me and told me "Is this customer service? I am the owner! ". And I tried to explain to him that his number is the only one listed on google, but he kept cutting me off, was extremely rude even though I was trying to explain it to him very nicely, and he hung up on me.

Why would you list your number on google when you aren't customer service? Where are people supposed to call and ask their questions?

Alright place for corporate offices and some nice company owned showrooms but the only challenge I faced was I could not find a washroom in here. Which is weird for a commercial place.

Great place, has all what you need as a DJ or voice over artist.
Expert staff, honest and give the right advice.
Prices are reasonable and realistic.

Al Joud center is a perfect place to shop your brands like Skechers, Umbro etc as there is the main branch and they sell the latest products. And also you have the Tom & Serg in the same center. A peaceful and less crowded ambiance.

There are no many shops in this. Only some shops with storage are there. But many offices are functioning in the first and mezzanine floors.

This is a huge Center as there is big brands their especially sports and footwear items.
