Over pricing how the mall management will alow these prices almost double quality same studio at other malls are doing same with half price
Any way never come back again

I was extremely happy to discover that there is a photo studio in Circle Mall. Great quality pics within 15 mins, cooperative and committed staff no more words needed to opt Al Karmel Studio.

Always get my photos printed in this studio. Here they not only printing but can do some magic on every photo individually, enhancing or cropping it. Recommend this studio!

Great experience getting EID photos. The photographer was so professional and knew exactly what it needed to look like. Even threw in a little freebie which was so unexpected! Thank you

They are not professional! I took my newborn son for passport photo and it got rejected by the embassy because of the wrong size but when i told them about what happened they just told me that they followed the correct size rather than giving us a consideration or at least compensate, because of the mistake they made the processing of my son’s passport is delayed due to resubmitting the application again with the correct photo size. Very bad customer service and they don’t really know what they are doing there, also they won’t admit that they were wrong. I will not recommend this photo studio because they will just waste your time.

Dont lie please. First of all your staff dont know how to communicate with customers. They miscommitted. When I asked I was replied. If he can give you photo in this time Go take from him. Stop making foolish replies. You people are not offering good service on high charge. Accept that.

Yes, everyone is smiley and friendly but the quality is zero. I have made a photo at 5pm and when came at 8pm to receive that, they just stared to work at it. And No retouch at all! All studios does it without even asking!

Over price slow service not advice to go there u can get better services with half price in other places

Just now i went this photo shop, met the guy Saad, such a nice person and amazing services

Amazing service, they retouched my picture as a surprise and didn’t let me pay for it and the price is convenient: 10AED to print 3 pictures.
