Worst experience ever ! run away !
My friend and I been there for one cession, we had a very bad experience with someone who didn't teach us anything, she was on phone all time and was doing her stuff. The studio and sink was disgusting . after we paid because no choice, i asked the manager contact to complain. I sent few emails with no answer and after 10 emails she says come for another cession, she proposed one date but we couldn't make it, so i asked for another date and they never replied. Still now i sent 15 emails probably with no answer and of course we never get our production they lost or throw everything. I never saw such unrespect !

I got a monthly membership and am very happy. I have a private place for my table and cupboard. I can sell my things in the gallery of Al Kass This helps me become more professional in pottery in the future

It was a great experience in Al Kass ceramics studio. I recommend it to everyone who wants to learn pottery for beginners. It also provides a space for professionals and artists. And also for beginners. The staff was very nice and flexible

I heard about pottery. So I was going interested in trying to experience it, it was my first time and I really enjoyed it. Im thinking of taking another class of painting soon.

In June this year i had an worst experience in my life. It was in Al Kass ceramics. I paid and booked trial class, texted before a day if i can come and everything is okay. I have received a reply “ OK looking forward to hosting you”. When i came to the studio i met only administrator, studio was empty. Administrator doesn’t know anything about me and my class. Instructor wasn’t there. They asked me to rebook the class. I am working 6 days per week in retail and to find another day for me was really hard. But I managed it. Again I texted day before my class and received reply “ OK looking forward to hosting you”. I came to studio again in booked time… Guess what? I meet the lady, who told me that my instructor are sick, she didn’t come. On my question- why you didn’t inform me in advance I didn’t receive the answer.

The lady left me in studio quickly showed me how to use the wheel and disappeared. Almost 2 hours i was sitting with the clay and didn’t know what to do.

“Thank you” very much for this experience. I will never again visit you and be sure that my friends as well. Very disappointed.
