We are very happy with services provided by Al Kendi. Al Kendi team has provided very prompt service for all our request. We are mainly procuring IT hardware in our Regional office in Dubai to serve the Middle East Africa region with our offices in Oman, Qatar and Saudi.

To start with, they aren’t experts in the field. They can only manage the most basic stuff in regards to Networking. And they’ll never be on time once they’ve been assigned a job. Some of their technicians will provide you with excuses other than what the original issue is with a product (lack of knowledge). For ex: they didn’t know what “file indexing” is. They are only reliable to carry out small operations and not on a large scale.

Excellent work-life balance with top-notch benefits. The management team really seems to care about their employees. You may have to work late/from home sometimes when the company needs you to, but that is balanced with the ability to work
