الخرافي مشهورين باسعارهم المعقوله وحواضهم الجميلة ولكن…. الخرافي يضحكون في وجهك ويبيعونك احلام وحالما يحصلون على اموالهم سوف يعاملونك مثل المتسول ، تترجاهم ان يئتونك عندما تكون عندك مشكله. الخرافي شركه تعتمد على الكذب واستغلال العميل. يقولون ان احواضهم مؤمنه لمدة عشر سنوات ، ثم ينقضون الكلام ويقولون لك اذهب الى المخكمه. الخرافي تجبرك على دفع ٥٠٠ درهم شهريا او لا يردون على مكالماتك بحجه انهم ليسوا مسؤلين عن صحه المعدات. الخرافي شركه تتعمد بيعك معدات فرنسيه لا تستطيع ان تجد قطع غيار لها بحجه انها ذات نوعيه ممتازه وعندما تخرب يبيعونك جديدة باضعاف الموجود في السوق ويرفضون تصليحها. اذا لمذا اعطيهم نجمتين لانهم فعلو شي واحد جميل ، تصميم الحوض فقط. غير ذلك لا شيءٍ. لا تتعامل معهم وابحث عن مقاول يعمل لك حوضك بطريقة عصريه افظل منهم ومعدات اوربيه رخيصه وممتازه وتجد قطع الغيار في كل مكان. انا اتحدث عن تجربة
مريرة معهم.

Alkhurafi is famous for its reasonable prices and beautiful pools but…. The khurafi laugh in your face and sell you dreams, and as soon as they get their money, they will treat you like a beggar, begging them to come when you have a problem. Kharafi is a company that relies on lying and exploiting the customer. They say their pools and equipment are insured for ten years, then they break their words and tell you to go to the court. Kharafi forces you to pay AED 500 per month, or they don’t answer your calls on the pretext that they are not responsible for the health of the equipment. Al-Kharafi is a company that deliberately sells you French equipment. You cannot find spare parts for it on the pretext that it is of excellent quality, and when it becomes faulty, they sell you a new one three times as much as the market and refuse to repair it. So why did I give them two stars? Because they did one beautiful thing, just the pool's design. Other than that, nothing. Do not deal with them and look for a contractor who will work for you in a modern way. Cheap and excellent European equipments are available in the market, and you will find spare parts everywhere. I’m talking about a bitter experience with them.

Very unprofessional team. None replies nor atends the calls.

Luckily I understood their unprofessionalism at initial stage itself.

I have asked them for the past few months to test the water to get it right to no avail. Because the chemicals are not correct my grandchildren cannot swim in pool because every time they do they get sent home from school and have to see doctor for corona test before they can go back to school. I have checked every pool in the compound and they’re all the same. I take care of my own pool back home and it’s not that hard to get it right and keep it right. I’m am sorry for having to write this bad review but my grandchildren come first. Signed upset Grandma

This is a good company if they answer phone calls. You have to chase after them for days so they get back to you.

They are well known and old establishment. However i have been disappointed greatly. In simple words, not professional at all.
I ordered a pool and bath tube from them, it wasnt cheap.dealing with sales is good and smooth but during installation they have been a great disappointment.they don't follow timeline and do not follow the proper procedures.they are very slow and often will break your surface because they didnt do MEP at right time.two times i had to break marble and stones because of that.also they are not clear about their requirements like power panel and heater position, drainage requirements.etc.their drawings do not include the MEP pre-requisits so they come at late stage.they also did various serious mistakes like position of pool, alignments, and even pool level is higher than what is agreed and caused misalignment with rest of surroundings.
Then the biggest surprise.they ordered a different liner color and model than what i ordered! The sales person made that mistake. I also ordere an outdoor bath tube. They did not make the bathtube positioned properly, its not straight and when they move it to install it, they damaged the wooden decking around the pool.at First they denied that they caused the damaged then when confronted with CCTV footage they admitted and promised to rectify.
Update 1st of Apri 2018l. So finally the pool is installed after months of strugglel.some parts still missing from the heater and bath tube! How do u install a machine then u forget important components that it needs to run!
Update: 8th April 2018. Now to the final surprise one of the pipes under the decking was leaking! Apparently They never tested the pipes and now after everything is ready they need to open the decking again and fix the broken pipe. Also at the beginning they didn't notice the problem and denied that its leaking until i showed them for few times that there is a leak. Overall from site readiness to final installation it took them 5 months to finish.extremely slow for aliner that can be fixed in 10 days.i would not recommend them at all.i regret dealing with them and would never deal with them again.
