Healthy snacks delivered to Al Khawneej Health center for the DHA Asthma awareness Day campaigns!

Had an appointment today, Friday, 21.4.2023 and came to find it closed. I clearly asked the call center if it is open on the 1st day of Eid and the guy confirmed, to found out that it is closed and all staff are snoring at home
Bravo DHA for the garbage service.

Registration desk staff is providing good service. However, the treatment room and Pharmacy staff's communication is not proper. They told me that my daughter's forth dose of Antirabies vaccine on 05th December 2022. Today, I went there & got the insurance approval. After, I reach the treatment room, they inform me that the forth dose will be on 12th December 2022 which is not acceptable since for this only me and my wife take the leave for work. I did not expect this kind of activity from the treatment room staffs.

Bad الطبيبه المداومه بقسم الكوفيد صباخا غير مباليه للاسف بحالة المريض ووضعه الصحي مما سبب لي مضاعفات ياريت يعطون وقت للمريض مثل مايعطون وقت للبريك والكوفي الاداره جيده ولكن الخدمه الطبيبه من الطبيه دون المستوى الإنساني الطبي وسكران لادارتكم

Very bad stuff and I have came before this lady but she had entered before me what’s this service?

I would like to thank DHA for their amazing services, I booked an appointment one day before went there and took treatment and medicine for free, it’s really amazing service

I am really grateful for the services provided here, many thanks to DHA and center’s employees for being professional, kind and very cooperative.

I visited this place when I had corona last June.the sevices provided are amazing and the staff are extremely professional.

Everything is fine except the arabic speaking security staff in the evening around 19: 55 rude doesn't know how to speak politely. He must attend a customer service training.

هيئة الصحة بدبي مجهود رائع في التصدي للجائحة.

1) best premises
2) best staff
3) helpful registration administrators
4) need more parking space
5) pls arrange the vaccination for infant and kids

Terrible service, patients must have patience to wait for looonnnngg time before they get treated. The system is flap staffs are slow. Patient’s condition will get worst because of stress due to inefficient staff. Hope DHA would check on this facility. I wouldn’t recommend this health ctr.

دكتور عنصري بوقت المرض والبلاء بحيث يرفض حالة المريض لانه غير مواطن ويقوله بكل بساطة اطلع من العيادة ما نستقبلك، هل هذه هي مهنة الطب يللي اقسمو عليها، للأسف على هكذا شخص نقول عنه دكتور

Amazing service from the doctor nurses and pharmacist. I never thought of such a kind behavior and their service was beyond my expectations.

First of all I would like to thank DHA for giving all of the COVID patients the opportunity to do a full check up to assist in the treatment of COVID-19. And to tell whether you need urgent medical care so that they can transfer you to a hospital if needed.

You book your appointment in advance via calling 800 342, hence no queues, so you will complete the check up within less than an hour. And with regards to their patient care, either I was lucky or everyone is nice there.

I would like to thank Dr. Samah Habboush, She is the kind of a doctor who loves her job and is seeking good health for her patients, basically she is not doing it because she has to. Thank you so much Doctor and I hope Allah grants you and your loved ones good health. Am actually surprised by how much of a difference a good doctor can make to his/her patient.

And at the end I would like to thank each one of you at the health center for their kind treatment and thank all of the people in the health industry who are risking their life's to save others. Thank you so much.

I received message about negative covid result but it doesn’t reflect on al hosn app even after 2 days and I can’t enter abudhabi or al ain without having it in al hosn app because they don’t accept message at al Ain boarder

Center lacks a process. I do not understand how a simple process, flow of patients, and proper signage is not implemented. There is no numbering system, yet they have Wi-Fi points from Cisco (for the price of 1 they can implement an entire numbering system). Facility is understaffed and I found that the staff lack empathy. I had an appointment and I spent 3 long hours there and my condition was very bad. At the end of it they didn’t even know which doctor is supposed to see me. I counted my losses and left. Never going there again.

Very well mannered staffs and where helpful. Even during covid time they keep their calm and talk. As a patient we should always know that the staff are busy and do respect that during these covid time.

I would recommend everyone to try this place and get your covid treated. Salute to all front line workers everywhere. Thank you

حبيت اقدم كل الشكر والتقدير لجميع العاملين في المركز لما لمسناه من عناية وسرعة في اجراءاتهم رغم كثرة الحالات المصابه كما اشكر الدكتوره سما وفريقها الطبي ، واذا كان هناك اي تأخير اعذروهم الجميع يحاول يقدم المستحيل في سبيل رضى وسلامة المرضى.

This place is good for an experience.when the weather is good for outdoors, this place is worth a visit. Close to Mushrif Park, once you reach, its like a drive-thru dinner place which also has open air seatings. One of the best places in dubai to have a walk and a bite to eat or just to enjoy coffee with friends. I only have a little complaint there arent plenty of parking spots.

Comprehensive medical service, wonderful working team, doing great efforts for fighting covid 19

Every time we had to wait for minimum 45 minutes. Even thou you have booked appointment, there is no respect towards the time. Very unprofessional regarding timings. Patients were accommodated when ever they arrive, regardless of having appointment or not.

عندما اطلب دكتوره معينه يحول ملفي عند اي دكتوره بدون استشارتي. المفروض من حق المريض اختيار طبيبه او طبيبته. وعندما اطلب فحوصات الحساسيه الاقي رفض من قبل الاطباء بحجة اني اكلف على الدولة وانه المسؤول مانع هذه الفحوصات. مع العلم انه العيادات الاخرى لا ترفض الفحص. واذا فحصنا فالخارج واخبرناهم بفحوصاتنا نلاقي رفض لتقبل نتائج العيادات الاخرى.
