Rude behavior. At first i thought it was a language barrier but it happened more than once and a couple of times a staff really have nerves to argue. When confronted, talked in their own language while looking at me.then laughed. Quite infuriating.

Would suggest proper training for customer service.

Team of cheaters. I request everyone to check bills 10 times after purchase. Many times i have been cheated. I reported them many times but no improvement. Avoid this supermarket please.let their top management know about this.

We should wait for hours for home delivery. More than 2hrs I waited for the items to be delivered.

Not bad it's average in price. Some offers for beverages and snacks. Other than all things are high prices. Quality at best. Fish and meat has good offers and fresh meat are available. All type of fishes are available. In outside some clothes are having good discount.try this mall when u gets free.

Convenient for all those living in ras al khor ind. Area 3 especially Samari residences. Groceries, toiletries and other household items can easily be found here.

In simple words, you should visit there for buying your daily groceries and homeware need and get everything available for yourself under one roof

Poor customer management abilities and no capacity to manage the crowd. If no rush best place to shop, if rush time, please avoid shopping

The place where I always want to purchase n my weekend. Price is definitely moderate. We can't say this Is a place where we can get less priced goods.

The best thing is the vegetables and fruits are fresh. The meat counter also a good one. The preference always the fish counter. Fresh fish variety available in an affordable price range.

Every week they provide weekly offers also. So it's a neat and clean place, normally u don't see any lot of crowd here. You peacefully purchase here

No social distancing at all, crowded. Management does not take any effort to enforce social distancing. Shopper's ar just packed inside Madina mall which is a concern.

Well not bad but not so wow. Because every time same things, it is been long time no changes. Like the way MOE has options for Indian sweets, bakery are not available. I can not find caviar.

For daily shopping this mall is best. You can find great offers on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

Very good value for money and always fresh especially within the fruits and vegetables section.

Good range of choice for basic products at affordable prices. The staff/trainees are discreet but helpful. We shopped for groceries too on the ground level and there too the choice is wide for everything. Well kept and clean. Lucky draw promotion is ongoing. We dint shop at the fresh fish or meat counter, therefore cannot comment on it.
