Top notch restaurant, we had company dinner and the menu was sofisticate and delicious. The atmosphere is unique. The aquarium is breathtaking. I truly enjoyed everything in this place, food, service and environment

Unique location inside the Burj al Arab. Exclusive food as expected for a place of this type. The service is top, with professional and friendly workers always attentive to the customer. Excellent experience overall.

It was really a very pleasant evening with very nice food and atmosphere very beautiful with the Aquarium, nice decor, and very nice laid tables with finesse but what made us more Impressed were the employees who served the food and in the reception when we enter inside the restaurant and I want to add two very good guys very polite and with kind courteous manners, an Italian guy called OZZY who explained the dishes to me and suggested the best one, he was really great guy and gentlemen, all the staff were very good service, at reception was miss Elena a very kind and sweet girl.at the end of our dinner they also surprised us with a photo with our order and this gesture was very very sweet.once we come to Dubai we will visit you again,

Service was exceptional. Small touches to food and drinks was world class. Even small touches like butter for bread was epic.

Yesterday, my boyfriend and I had dinner in this spectacular restaurant located inside the most famous hotel in the world: Burj Al Arab. The food was excellent, plentiful and explained to the smallest detail, the variety of breads with different types of oils was very good! Anyone who says that the dishes were scarce and the price too high should perhaps book at the village restaurant, this is a MICHELIN RESTAURANT! However, we really appreciated the service which made the dinner even more enjoyable. Ozzy, a very kind and very nice boy, made us live a wonderful experience. Heartfelt thanks to all the staff.

The restaurant's decor was stunning, and the aquarium view was a unique and mesmerizing feature. The menu featured a variety of delicious Italian dishes, and the quality of the ingredients was top-notch.

The service was also excellent, with the staff being attentive and helpful throughout our meal. Our waiter was knowledgeable about the menu and provided excellent recommendations, and the sommelier was helpful in selecting a wine that perfectly complemented our meal.

The ambience is absolutely fantastic, but what really sets this restaurant apart is the staff. From the moment we walked in the door, the staff were attentive and knowledgeable, offering great recommendations on the menu and ensuring that we had everything we needed throughout the meal. They really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of.

And let's not forget the aquarium! It was truly beautiful. I found myself gazing at the fish and other marine life throughout the meal, which was really pleasant and relaxing.

Last but certainly not least, the food was absolutely delicious. Each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor.

One of the best fine dining experiences in Dubai. Located inside Burj Al Arab on the Jumeirah road, this restaurent is a must try and mainly for people celebrating special occasions. The hostesses were super friendly at the reception. The waiters are super professionals explaining in details about the different dishes and what’s special about them. The chef offered us an exceptional tomato bruschetta to start with. We tried several dishes based on the waiter’s recommendation and they never failed to amaze us.
The inside aquarium and ambiance are so charming making this place a must try for a cozy night out.

The food quality didn’t live the expectations. We tried the tasting menu with 5 dishes, all of them were bleak and not really that tasting. It felt just like regular food without any special touch. The decor is fantastic with the huge aquarium in the middle, definitely the best part of this restaurant. The service was exceptional, fast and attentive. However, the food was underwhelming.

Food is mediocre, it is served beautifully however taste and preparation are far cry from perfection (for example the pasta was over cooked)

Prices are high, it is expensive and expensive there is no value for money whatsoever.

Yet this cherry filled meringue was paired with a cherry jelly and yogurt sorbet. The tartness of cherry and the very refreshing sorbet balanced out the sweetness of meringue. The best meringue dessert I've ever had! If I would dine there again, I would have chosen à la carte vs.the set.recommend this place

We dined at Al Mahara Restaurant in Burj al arab. The food was nice. Their oyster dishes are amazing. The interior of the restaurant is so well designed with large wall to ceiling aquarium throughout and the experience was amazing!

The food was really nice. The serving time was just perfect. The environment was nice and good for celebration. The waiters and waitresses weree more than willing to take pictures for you. The waiter was polite and patient. For kids, they can order from the kid menu, which was much cheaper.

This is like something out of a James Bond movie! From the minute you walk in the staff engage the children taking about what they are going to see when they descend in the lift to the restaurant. The aquarium is awesome and our daughter was mesmerised she didn’t want to sit down incase she missed anything! They have a kids menu with chicken on. The service was lovely and the attention to detail awesome. Our little girl was a little chilly due to air con so they came our with a boxed pashmina for her. The Art Deco glass bar is a photo opportunity you can’t miss. The food was lovely. Our eldest had a birthday and they brought out special dessert and we each got a wonderful long stemmed rose! What a treat! Fantastic staff!

This is an experience like none other! If you travel to Dubai you have to experience this restaurant. The chef catered to a friend's allergies, and the joy on her face alone made it worth it. We had several complementary items from the chef and the food was exquisite! Everything tasted amazing.

This has to be one of the most stunning restaurants. I tried the sea salt freshly cooked seabass and i have to say i was truly impressed. It was delicious. I would like to come back more often but the higher prices of food items on the menu do not allow for more regular visits. Great place though for special occasions.

This is not an actual underwater restaurant! I didn't realize that until I got there. There is actually no real underwater restaurant in Dubai as of 2019. (You have to go somewhere like Conrad Maldives to experience true underwater dining.)

Service - good but not impressive. The staff didn't tell us the water was not free. So we ended up paying 50 USD just for water!

Food - very average, the seafood tower was actually just buffet standard.

I believe most non-hotel guests just want to dine here to get an "entrance" ticket to Burj Al Arab. If you are also thinking about, I would recommend you just book an afternoon tea or a bar visit.

Incredible place to stop for dinner - they aren't too strict on the dress code either (although I wish they were). I had the five course and it was plenty of food. They even provided tea and newspapers to read while dining!

If you arrive early, walk into one of the nearby hotels and they will call a golf cart for you when it's your reservation time.

Das Ambiente ist beeindruckend, Portion/Leistung/Preis übertrieben. Service okay; jedoch anders als es im Fernsehen präsentiert wird. Klar das man dann mehr erwartet. Es gibt durchaus bessere in Dubai.

Unbelievable experience. It's definitely not cheap - factor around 500 - 600 AED per person, so the place better deliver for that money, and it does. You find yourself in the world-renowned Burj Al Arab and the service and designer menu with all it's divine exotic touches impresses. Especially enjoyable were the high-quality cheeses on the platter. 10/10

Excellent seafood main course and exceptional services by professional staff. The only regret is that we couldn't stay for the full course at this restaurant.

I'll be honest the location is amazing and the staff are very attentive. Lots of care given to personal touches but the food itself is good. Not great not amazing just good. It's a very expensive meal that is really a great experience except for the food which is high end average. We had a lovely time and beautiful surroundings. But I've had a lot better food for a lot less money. Still recommended but know you're going for the experience not too much else.

Everything is over the top, including the price. To get into the Burj al Arab, you need a reservation and Al Mahara isn't the cheapest option, but one gotta eat dinner:) Service is wonderful. They are very willing to make substitutions even for the prix fixe menu. The decor is exceptional. There was some misunderstanding of whether the restaurant is under water (it isn't) but it didn't affect the ambiance. The price is like a good 3-star Michelin, but the food is a bit below par if you are expecting the same. Don't get me wrong, the food is good, but not 3-star good.

Food is a disaster when you pay this kind of money. Nothing was worth charging this sort of premium when you can have much better quality for a fraction of the price around Dubai.

This restaurant is absolutely breathtaking. The view the food the service is worth every penny. If I go back to Dubai definitely going back.
