For shirt printing: not properly checking the need and result is not even at par. Design was even spoon fed, how it will look in the shirt and all, we understand that fonts may differ but come on, it can’t be recommended. If they can’t do it, they should not accept the job.

The Al Mamora Digital Studio Team Members were so responsive and cooperative to my case as first shipment was received as damaged (which could be due to handling by the courier) but they took the responsibility to reproduce the damaged product and re-ship it to me FOC.
I am so greatfule to their prompt response and quality of work.

Hired them for a special event, their apparent cinematographer was worse than my 6 year old sister with the camera. Missed out on all the important moments.
Such a disaster and waste of money.
Kindly think twice before approaching them for anything.

The place has serving customers for years now and it's a well priced and offers pretty good service. Their quality of work is neat and service is good (caters well to the Indian community staying around in this area).

I've had a few difficulties with Mamora Studio before I got my pictures ready (they couldn't find it when i went to pick them up) but I have to tell you that these guys know how to treat their customers. Even though I was angry, the lady in the shop kept her cool and treated me in a very respectful way. The Owner of the shop (i suppose) called me after a while (he was not at the shop when I went to pick the pictures) and assured me that I will get my pictures.
To be homest I didn't really believed they even have the pictures but anyway.
After 2 days the owner called me and told me my pictures are ready and I don't have to come to pick them up, he will deliver it to me. I mean, I didn't expect that at all. That's the kind of customer service everybody should be doing. That's how you keep your business running properly.
