Thanks to the gentleman on counter 10, been past 10 days to Gdfrda & Amer to solve my family visa issue but to no avail, took time out to visit Al Manara Centre today and he solved my issue in 30 minutes - Thanks a Lot

Great place to complete your government transactions all in one go. My only suggestion for this center is to place an ATM inside, because the nearest one is a 5 minute walk away.

Some time they taking customers without number. They excuse is that this customer was from yesterday. Why I need to wait longer than my actual que

I must say Bakr Luay from Manara center is so welcoming and did my Ejari without hassle. He needs an appreciation on how he is dealing customer. Happy with the service

I went to asked what's the mistake in my wife visa the officer at the customer desk checked her
Issued visa with her passport and told me name is not as per passport. He directed cancel it & apply again thru AMER. Now the new visa I got thru Amer is exactly the same. I paid unnecessary for a valid visa cancellation and then again paid to issue me a new visa exactly the same as previous one. I got unnecessary tension thru this officer in addition to my economic loss and wastage of time. I believe there is Allah above all of us which will make him accountable for his unprofessionalism one day. Overall they issued the visa, if something was wrong in name, birth date etc.they should have rejected it at first place.

They ask for soft copies of marriage tenancy passport, etc. Then how can they make the applicant responsible after their approval?

Highly unprofessional people, lethargic system doesn't give you response in nice way. Didn't allow you to change anything despite knowing that they approved it. In my case everything was correct but still unnecessary create the chaos and tension in my life.

Dealing with them will make one normal person mad in one to two visits.

The immigration department is so good! I really really recommend you to finalize your documents there.

Am out of words and speechless. Everyone at this place is Kind and extremely helpful from the ticket number desk to the counter. I went there because of the error on my visa, l was at counter number 1, however l forgot to ask his name but my issue was resolved in less than 5mins. Keep up the amazing work you're doing

Very very poor and worng information provided by information desk. They don't even listen to customer.

Very helpful staff. Very organized. Easy access on Sheikh Zayed Road and just near the metro station « Al Safa ». You can pay by card. At the current time you need to have the green pass on Al Hosn app to be able to get a queue number and get your papers done. Offices are located on the second floor, and there is an escalator directly on the entrance.

The lady in the entrance will lead you to the typing centers inside. Where I paid 800dhs for what should have been a 300dhs service fee. Only to find out there is no actual MOFA attestation happening there. And its not even express. When I said I want to cancel, they said they can only refund the gov't fee as they have already logged in my details into the system and that their job is already done. What a scam!

صدقت شهادات جامعية عند OnTime دفعت لهم عمولة 650 درهم ولم يتم توفير خدمة التوصيل ولكن المصيبة اني عندما ذهبت لاستلام الشهادة الكرتون بعد تصديقها تفاجأت بالحالة السيئة لها حيث تم ثنيها والتعامل معها بصورة سيئة وعندما سألت الموظفة كان جوابها ليست غلطتي لقد اخبرتهم! وكانها لا علاقة لها

You can get services like renew your license from Automatic machine and get family visa on hold and get RTA parking card and renew it etc

Arrogant response from one of the immigration officer.totally upset.already I was upset due to my wife's visa not approved from immigration since 06th December 2021. Today 21st December.

Still I am roaming all immigration offices for getting approval.but there responses are speechless. Thank you so much sir.

I came at Al Manara center to make ejari. I'm standing here at 1.48pm on Saturday and the office is closed and I need to come back tomorrow it seems for my ejari. Not a good experience to be honest

Very Rude Immigration staff starting with the Officer giving token. I wonder why have such an office open to the public if they are going to show anger act rude when one asks innocent questions. Might as well close to public make it a back office and have everything online or on the phone. Felt insulted

Security guy standing next to the door did not let me in because I was wearing sleeveless long maxi dress. My husband went inside and I waited next to the door around 20 mins. During that time I saw him letting go people with shorts and short dresses.
So it depends on security guard’s preferences you might be allowed to go inside or not.

Very bad customer service. The staff was rude and not informative.

I had the same document submitted once at Al Twar center and everything went very good. Due to some DEWA premise number issue, I had to cancel my Ejari and apply for new one. This time I went to Al Manara center. The same documents once accepted by the Al Twar center is no more accepting in Manara Center and the way the staff replied is very rude. The staff does not want to hear anything from us. Was just asking us to leave the counter. I believe the the staff was not having a good day. But that might now be the true since the staff was good at the customers in rich looks.
Anyways, I won’t never go back to Al Manara center.

This incident was with a single staff and I am not blaming the entire staff.

Worst experience always if you go this happiness centre in a happy mood, they would destroy your complete mood and make you unhappy

Very poor service! Very rude to think they are speaking to a woman. It feels like they are not willing to help. They won't even let you speak your concern. They will just say what they want to say then that's it! It is so frustrating thinking that I went there to ask for help but they don't feel like helping. It feels like they are not happy with their jobs since they are always rude. I went there to ask for help and not to feel disrepected and frustrated. They should have a woman officer to handle women since women tend to listen.

I went for visa holding, very poor service no helpdesk counter person very rude and disrespecting continuously, we get their services and we are wasting time if we have missing documents because of no helpdesk

I was completing property distribution per Sharia. Evaluations paid for were never completed. Wrong advice was given and this was highlighted by the Land Department in Diera who gave us the correct direction. I lost thousands of dirhams in the inheritance process by Al Manara.

Efficient and quick respose. It took more time to find parking than to actual time inside the office to complete the verification of document.

On Saturdays morning only one person is working and they will refuse clients already at 11: 30.so better come earlier then 9

My experience in Al Manara Center was great the vibes of the place in the beginning was warm and welcoming. As I reached my service I had a pleasant experience with customer service with a smile in the center and the service has been done within 15 minutes maximum.

If I could give rating 0 I would do it. Went there on Saturday for Ejari, only 2 counters open for 35 people, after 2 hours waiting, I gave up. Don't waste your time there for Ejari.

Amazing experience renewing family visa - 2 visits now and both times in and out within 15minutes. Great staff with a smile and appropriate humour. Always nice to be nice - treat others as you would expect to be treated yourself and enjoy the experience. Well done Dubai Government #happycustomer

A business centre hub in which you'll find Al Taresh for real estate services, The RTA, Ministry of foreign affairs, Du Telecom and others. I visited here to get my Ejari contact made. The staff was helpful and got the job done even though it was a bit time consuming. Good place to get your business related work done

Service typing they are not professional and not helpful at all! I wanted to cancel the visa of my children and on the website it was clearly mentioned that you have to cancel the dependent person’s before i show him the message thru the website and he told me that i have to cancel my visa first! So when i starting to cancel my visa the other’s service told me to cancel my visa at the end.i lost 2 days and you know in dubai its always always very difficult to get a good service from center you get nervous you lost your time your energy

I went to center and they told me that your pant are short and when I was trying to go back home and come back, the parking staff told me we are providing a long pants and he give me a one to finish my job, I really thanks for such grate service

Friendly staff, especially the security staff who guide everyone to get fast token via green ticket - dm app. Help me to solve 3 services in minutes. No more waiting.

Was rushing to get in as it was already 7pm, went to the RTA desk and handed over my IDs, was told to wait. Paid the fee (320dhs for DL renewal), the staff was pleasant and helpful. Chatted for a minute then got my renewed DL in less than 5mins. Thank you!

Amazing. GDRFA - General Directorate for Residency and Foreign Affairs activities are quick and fast. Typing Centers are also available in the same venue. Mashallah Great Service.

My friend told me that AL Manara Center is a good place to do government work and I won't bleive that until today, they are so fast, customers caring, all government work in one place and.

For car purchase I had to open the RTA file, the staff was so cooperative and fast in service.

If you want to go there, there is many way to get it, by car, by metro, by taxi, by bus, very Achievable place

Had a great, smooth, easy and friendly experience while processing transfer of my kids visa. Thanks a lot for the support and cooperation with a personal touch. Highly recommended if you are new to Dubai and its laws.

Helpful staff and very efficient process. Got my UK license converted to Dubai in less than 20 minutes. My only criticism is that the eye test is very expensive at 185AED. Also be warned that eye tests done in Abu Dhabi are not accessible in Dubai

Very bad service. Shame on municipality. I was in urgency for ejari, and the receptionist nor the people on the desk helped. Furthermore, the receptionist told me that he does not care when I told him that about the bad service!

Unfortunately, the attitude of many of the employees is bad, I don’t understand why they meed to humiliate some people to fill their satisfaction.
This is my 3rd time here for Visa purposes and every-time something humiliating happens.

They are not polite to answer if you will ask them. Even if it's lady or male they are seems angry if you ask them.

Amazing staff! Amazing place! I challenge everyone to tell me a country where attestation from a government office is done in less than 60 seconds other than here. 60 seconds because the employee made the effort to chat a little bit and receive me with decency and greetings. God bless you
