AL MAS CARGO Dubai-Karama

Bad service - just a waste of time. Says they've sent a cargo pickup guy and is arriving in an hour. Four hours pass by and no one came. They haven't even asked for the location so wondering where they are going

0 Star.can not give any review and can not trust this Cargo, I have received my cargo after three months, and never respond their phone

Parcel was collect from home, great price, delivered on time as informed when the package was picked. (Sharjah To Mumbai)

Request all of people don't use service of Al mas cargo worst experience, totally cheater company giving fake promises should be close this cargo company!

A cheap company for sending goods and personal things. Had a terrible experience with them. Little to no customer support. With delays up to half a year from the first estimated delivery time. We paid for extra packing to keep things dry, but they did not do it. Also, we had to pay extra at port of arrival although all expenses were covered in the initial payment to the company. Eventually, everything arrived, but it was a hell of a hassle and lots of worries.

Very bad experience ever had. Air cargo committed for 20 days but not delivered more than 70 days. Not bothering about customer calls & commitments.

Had an extremely smooth move because of the Al Mas team. The movers that helped us were the most professional and helpful set we've seen. Ours was a local relocation and even at the end of an exhausting day of work, all of them were just as patient and friendly. Thanks to Rashid for arranging this. Highly recommend them for any relocation services in Dubai and Sharjah.

Bad service is one thing, but rude arrogant attitude he cannot properly answer what are the terms and conditions of your delivery policy, he even went out of her way to specifically tell her companion staff there to not serve us and not process our package,

This cargo is totally waste. I have send express air cargo, suppose to be deliver with 10 days. I recieved cargo after one month. These guys won't give proper Informtion about our cargo position. And if any delay they have to inform us. But they don't even respond our phone calls and mails. They are not caring customers. Once they received money from us. Then finished we need to wait for delivary. They deliver their own convenience. Not respecting the out time.

The worst company I have ever seen.pathetic. I have no words to say. In the month of Feb I have dispatched my Cargo for Mumbai.becose of this company mistake.they have send it to Chennai.and until now I have not received my stuffs. I am verry verry upset. I will stop people to also use this company for their cargo.at the time of booking.they will say dont worry.and now people are just playing around.and no proper answer is being given.becose of their mistake I have to suffer.ready guys disgusting company.no 1 will answer you properly.theirs branches in India people will say I am not responsible.and they will just raise their hands.and people in Dubai / sharjah.will just say sorry.finish.no status.of my goods.nothing.reallly very very disappointed.
