Very bad experience for me, i send my parcel still not received at home.as per their agreement it was within 40 days to deliver, now alaready 60 days over and now one is giving proper response when i am contacted them. I would not recommend you to choose them i send from Abu Dhabi

I would not recommend you to choose them. It was really a bad experience with them. We have sent our cargo from Dubai to India, Kerala. We haven’t received yet, and its been more than 50 days. When I contacted them, they said within five days they will deliver because they have some trouble with custom clearance. It has not yet reached the place. And I must say that their packing was extremely very bad, we had no idea how would it reach the place safely.
It was the worst ever!

Don't go for Almas Cargo
These guys are utterly unprofessional.bad customer service. No escalation channels. An order placed for delivery 15 days prior was delivered one day later than scheduled date. Explanation provided - we can't control delivery. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. AVOID USING THIS PORTAL.

Very bad dealing I send express jan 5 2023 today 24 jan but still not receive he say only 10 days my brothers please don’t send almas cargo

After more than 2 months my shipment 17 box i only have 16 and when i talk to them they said yes after tow days we will bring it then there is no box and when we call them again no answer.

Cargo received very quick and in perfect condition. Guys were very professional.we'll recommend 100%

This is the first time I used this Sea Cargo, and was very disappointed. The Cartons were handled very badly, things were pressed the dried food spices had broken and spread in the carton. Table Fan stand one leg into pieces and other cracked, my beautiful vase broken and decorative plate broken, never going to use their services again.

Very bad service. Would suggest never ever give them your shipments. My things which I sent in a 45 X 45 box, reached at my destination as a huge round of waste.

Very Very Bad service, Don't use, no tracking available, no response from UAE or Chennai office, Promised delivery by 35 - 40 days, now exceeds 55 days, still no response.
Utter worst service.

Very BAD service from Al Mas cargo, keen to take money first, delayed cargo, don't respond to phone calls/email/messages, don't care for of safety of cargo, can expect delay/damages/loss of items. NOT RECOMMENDED!
