Not good at all
I call this stattionary shop on lady pick up the phone I ask the price for A4 paper she said 1 million dirham

The store online has a good product range and prices but there delivery is terrible! My first order was fine, it took 2 or 3 days but the second time it has been 6 days since I ordered with no sign of it arriving yet even though I have called 4 times to follow-up! Will consider other stores henceforth and will definitely not pay online next time.

Placed an order online on Tuesday and after much following up and back and forth with staff and manager, discovered 14 of 21 items I ordered and paid for were out of stock but received the rest of the items now on Friday afternoon. The manager was responsive and although I was hugely disappointed at the time wasted on the website and following up the order, she was efficient and trying to help make things better within her limitations. If they could source in more brands and update their inventory more efficiently, they have a lot of potential:)

Beware, items delivered may not be what you ordered.
Ordering was easy online.
Delivery was prompt.
Several items were substitutions which were similar.
The copy paper delivered was lighter grade 70gsm (not 80gsm as I ordered).
If you order from here be careful inspecting delivered products.

The painting class was amazing.my kid enjoyed a lot.learnt a lot and i will enrol for more classes.the teacher shaheen is so kids friendly and teachws so well.the family managing the store made us feel welcomed.thank you

Al Masam Stationery's pencil cases are practical and stylish. They have multiple compartments to keep my pens, pencils, and other small stationery items.

I’m really enjoying the art workshops being hosted through you all. Yesterday’s workshop on Mixed Media was great…thanks to our instructor Mr. Sontash (excuse the spelling) who was very thorough in his explaining but gave us room to explore our creativity.

I’ll definitely be returning for more workshops and have shared this friends.

Also great atmosphere for kids as well

This stationery offers a great selection of colored pens that are perfect for adding creativity to my notes and assignment.

Be carefully when you buy stationary from their online portal. They show you one product online and deliver another product without any specifications.

Customer service is bad and not friendly at all. Orders are delivered incomplete. Too pricy as compared to other vendors. Not recommending at all.

Order stuffs from them and kept emailing them for update but no one responded.after 3 days called them to check and they said that they are not proceeding with my order as its a big qty and i order it as cash.they should put it in their website so client will know that u annot use cod for big order.not sure also if thats true tho.this is the 2nd time i had an issue with them.first is about click and collect so now i tried delivery and now this.they are even saying sat and sun is off for them so i cannot count it as working days but in there site it shows that they are operating 7 days a week.

I am very happy with the art supplies that I bought from Al Masam. They have all range of products and what impressed me the most was the service they provide, whether its the inquiry on calls or WhatsApp. They are very nice and answer all your queries with patience. They are also very prompt in their response and they go out of their way to make your experience and purchase of art supplies from their store a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend them!

That was fast. I got a confirmatory email immediately after I paid for the order online. Thereafter, I was actually expecting the products to arrive the following week, since I ordered two days before Eid Al Adha and I live in a different emirate. Not even 24 hours later, I received a message stating that it was already near my area and was out for delivery. Nevertheless, I received the items in pristine condition (cutting through all that packaging tape is totally worth it). Will definitely recommend. Thank you.

I don't recommend at all this company.
They have a ridiculous company policies - No return no exchange policy and you have to pay your delivery without looking or checking if they deliver it completely.

Wouldn't recommend at all!

Their prices are about 50% higher than the other places.

Had a bad experience of a small printing job with them. Paid twice charges for printing as compared to other print shops and that too on a CHEAP quality paper.

Just okay custimer service. Plus they have no exchange or refund policy. I'm surprised why no one has ever complained to Department of Economic Development, Dubai

So glad I found Al Masam Stationers.they have been a lifesaver when it comes to great quality canvases at prices I can't find anywhere else (trust me. I've looked!). Service is TOP NOTCH.can't recommend highly enough!

Ordered an item 5 days ago and still havent received it.
I tried calling but the guy answering the phone doesnt even help out.
Very frustrated as it was communicated that the delivery today and no one came. Followed up and no one is answering.

Before buying anything from Al Masam, please always check price online or at Mesco Stationery. I called to inquire a pack of Uniball UB 157 pen and found it expensive, 1.5 times more than Carrefour, Amazon, Noon and Mesco.

And when I asked why is it so expensive, the lady rudely replied me she informed what I asked and a customer is free to buy from anywhere.

Pathetic customer service, sales staff refused to listen my query by saying that he have other things to do and hanged the call

I came to this shop for some canvasses. I was impressed with their range of stock. I was even more delighted with the 30% discount I got for their anniversary.

I will definitely come here for all my stationary needs.

Stay away from them…. Most un-customer friendly policies and worse staff.

Only stationery place in Dubai which has no exchange policy.

Plus prices are generally atleast 40% more than same product elsewhere.

Very rude staff, I purchased 1 painting pallette, firstly it was 10 times expensive & I didn’t know that they will not exchange this with some other item or refund. I went to exchange that with some other item, staff member very rudely said that you should read our policy before buying any item. In dubai it never happened with me, for consumers there is a great-great policies are there in dubai. Any expensive or non expensive item is returnable or exchangeable here …this is very small value item & they were showing a big disrespect to the buyer. Very BAD EXPERIENCE

Living for the last 8 years in Dubai, today for the first time i faced so aggressive, rude & arrogant behavior from a sales person. The lady who came to "help me " had a very bad mood from the beginning, long face, with attitude, talking over me while i was trying to describe the product i need, she ended up accusing me that i am ruining her stock (i was reading the description of the products) When i asked for the business card, her reply was that for clients like me, its up to her to decide to provide with a business card or not. Next she started shouting on me telling me to leave the shop, what i did, as i was scared that she might even hit me, as she was out of control. I dont know what is her problem, the only thing know is that i will NEVER GO THERE EVER AGAIN! As I see, not only rude & aggressive, but accusing of something I never said. Well. As I see from the revues. All the clients are complaining! About the ladiie's behaviour

I have worked with Madam stationary from 2012 to 2015 when purchasing for one of Galadari Group company. We found them very good in terms of coat, quality & timely delivery.

We are happy with good service of al masam stationery & we are regularly buying all stationery items from al masam only.

Been dealing with them as our office stationary suppliers for morethan a year now. They really have a excellent customer service, very efficient and they always meet to deliver my requirements even its rare designs and colors.

Also Ms. Sana is very helpful as she have consider to get my items delivered urgently.

I do a lot of craft work, painting and was happy to discover this store. But I was not happy with my first (and last) experience. The team is not flexible with returns. I picked up a wrong Mod Podge - I wanted a dishwasher safe but I picked up a glossy (both have the same blue label). On realizing my mistake, I immediately went back to the store (this is within 2 hours of purchase), I had not even reached home yet from my shopping. I requested that I just need to exchange and would pay the difference, however, the staff said, I should have read the details before buying. He added the store has a no return policy on art items, he pointed to the note on the receipt. Nowhere in the store was it mentioned about the return policy. Secondly, perhaps if the items were arranged properly, I would not have made the mistake. Whilst I understand some stores have a no return policy, the store should have been flexible considering the time frame of the return and I just wanted to exchange. Besides, the bottle is sealed. I am never going there again. There is no room for mistakes if you visit this store.

Don't waste your time shopping online on this website. They take ages to process the order and add/deduct items on their free will and then blame you for placing another order because it's too much work. The customer service is absolutely pathetic infact they've no idea what customer service is. Extremely complicated and cumbersome process of ordering, avoid avoid avoid!

Not a professional way to deal with clients.the order is 100% wrong and instead to say sorry I will check started to persuade me that was right. And the funny thing she was asking me to not to raise my voice but she raised her voice to me and hunged the phone on my face, she and her colleague, both close the phone on my face

A surprising little shop, packed full of reasonably priced school and office supplies, gift wrapping materials, as well as a small selection of paints, brushes, and other art supplies and craft materials. This seems to be the only place in Dubai selling street chalk (sidewalk chalk) - I was so happy to find it!

The seller was more interested to close the shop then the business I guess
he made me to shop things in hurry by telling me only 10 mins left he need to close the shop and even they are expensive comparing others

Best Stationery Store in Dubai.i have visited so far. They have vast range of paints and paint brushes. Just Loved the quality and they are so co-operative. They know what they are selling. And its amazing ️

It was very long delivery. Eventually half of the things were not available. Then they bring different order. Stuff at the shop is not supportive at all. Such a mistake to buy anything from here: (

The delivery drivers are aggressive beyond rude and they are not practicing social distancing at all. I have just had to absolute worst experience - was not even permitted to open my delivery to check it - it was an order for a company not a personal order. When i insisted to open it the driver got very agitated - apparently this is their policy yet its not mentioned - Not only did they put me and my entire team at rish from getting too close they also wanted me to speak to their management on their phone that they have just taken away from their mouth! Avoid Avoid Avoid - too risky and not a nice experience at all.

It's a great shop because I was able to find what I need in my scrapbook materials on a low price. Staff are also very helpful especially Sana.

Ahmed Mohtasim Ullah at Al Masam is an egotistical unprofessional individual. I DO NOT recommend working with this person. He was lazy, rude, disrespectful of women and downright aggressive.

I was looking for toner for my HP printer, after searching on Amazon and Noon, I found on Al Masam Stationery. Astonished to see the cheapest price in the market. Their A4 paper price is also cheaper than other stationery shops in Dubai. Highly recommended, Ahmed Mohtashim is very helpful.

On my request, my husband bought a happy birthday balloon string which generally is sold for around 20 dhs in other shops. This same string was sold for 90dhs here. On knowing that it is sold for a much lesser price in other shops he confronted the sales person but it only led to a heated discussion and after much persuasion they allowed to exchange for other item of the same value.we felt cheated.
