Horrible experience, purchased 3 Air conditioner, one unit was defects & never worked, they sent their guys 3 times, and the dealer (takeef) twice. I had to give them my location 5 times. (8 days passes and the unit still not working) The dealer wants to replace the Compressor of a unit that was never used.
