Spacious rooms and a nice location. Comparatively good rent in this area. The manager is ver nice and approachable guy.
There is no regular maintance they do it only on request. AC duts are never cleaned and children are having health issues constantly.

Very good experience living there for last 2 years. Clean Building. Chiller Free. Gas Free. Very Spacious Flats. Quick Maintenance. Mahmoud is the best manager there! Always polite and understanding!

This building have Tasheel center, ATMs, Ladies and gent's salon, small grocery and residential flats with underground parking space.

Nice spacious flats with free maintenance and free chiller. Metro and RTA Bus access in walkable distance. Free parking inside the building and lots of paid and not paid area around the building.
