In this branch manager dont know how to keep the customers, he is shouting to us, please get action to te him, manager dont know how to toke to the customer i saw he toking very bad to the delivery boy please get action to the manager he dont know what he doing managmet is not good

Terrible Customer Service. I was there this morning to buy some stuff. Was at the counter for nearly 10 minutes. I wonder what made the staff think I was there as a Tourist sightseeing. I have to call the staff a number of times to attend to me. I doubt I will ever enter this branch again although I stay in the opposite building.

I bought some fresh chicken and it was rotten.
The staff are uninterested and rude.
The phone is answered by 2 people who do not speak basic english.
No return of money or replacement is offered.
Avoid this crowded shop.

Nice staff, most of food, vegetables, fruits bakery and other stuff are available in this market. However they lack of offers on the products.

Very unfriendly staff, prices are ok but mostly not showing, fruits and vegetables are mostly older, I was so happy to have a store right downstairs my appartment but due to the badly behaving staff I ll not go there again.just a waste of time, good that there is a carrefour close by

Al Maya is always well known how rude their management are. Shaver here in this branch was disaster, they guy called me and said one item was on sales because it is expired. And now cannot be ordered angmore. But still available to order.

Their way, and attitude is the worst.

Not the best experience. No one to help and the staff seemed confused in assisting about the products.

I was there today (3rd of Feb) around 13: 50 ish for the first time and had an argument with the lady in the cashier. I didn't weight my vegetable because there was no one to assist anyone with it. I told the cashier to proceed with my items. So i ran to the scale counter again there was no one, i had to make a loop to find someone to assist me. Guess what.she skipped me while i was running around looking for help while the lady she helped with in the counter also had banana she didn't weigh and i had to wait for this lady as she weighing after me. I told the cashier that is so unfair that she skipped me after i made a process on finding help and i had to wait longer in order of doing that. The lady in the counter was talking back at me didn't even say sorry but instead she was very defensive. I'm wondering while many good people has lost their job during this pandemic and this kind got theirs kept and stay. So disappointing! Super poor service and lack of manning

Every thing is fresh prices bit higher but from meat to bakery and from ice cream fruits vegs to house hold items all under 1 roof

It’s totally unacceptable that always when I want to get meat (mutton) I cant buy because there is no butcher. Common sense if I buy whole how will one cut bones in the house with no machine. Can’t the butcher make enough stocks before leaving? This is very poor management sign for such a big brand as Al Maya. I would be very happy if this improved.

Please note it happened all the time I go there or call to order.

Very rude person on the phone. We live in sadaf 8 and always used to order deliveries with no minimum amount. This time the guy insisted that we should order for min aed 50 otherwise he wont send the order, whilst our order amount was only 20 aed. It was after 10 pm since we are not allowed to leave house, and this person did not want to cooperate at all. I said that it is just a short commute and it doesnt make any sense to apply the rule of min order for Sadaf block. Especially at these times! I'm not sure since when you put this rule of minimum 50 aed or maybe the person on the phone was really arrogant and not understanding at all. Hope you take it into consideration. Thanks

Daily Gourmet, in the nearby Murjan is a much better option in terms of layout. Here, its way too crowded on the cashier, every time.

I was regular customer buying food here, however I found the philipino lady at the food counter cheating, first she would use a large container and then put mutiple items like steamed rice, chicken etc and label the highest for weight. She has done this mutiple times but I think for her friend she does the opposite. Please train this lady, I will henceforth be not buying from here, even my apartment mates said the same

Cashiers are very arrogant and they never respect the customers. This is really very bad for such branded SuperMarket.

THIS SHOP IS WAY OVERPRICED! PEOPLE WORKING HERE ARE DISHONEST TOO AND REALLY UNHELPFUL! EVERYTIME YOU ORDER FOR DELIVERY THERES ALWAYS A PROBLEM, ITS WITH THE PRICE DIFFERENCE OR THE WRONG ITEMS OR THE WHOLE ORDER!
