There was two philipino guys very rude to talk.i asked them to do half slice of pumpkin but they said can not.please train your staff customer service treat equal to all consumer.

Very Rude customer service. I call them to deliver some goods here in Amwaj hotel. The man on the line ask me for 50AED delivery charge.

The prices in the layers aren't true. 20% of prices are lie. Every time the price in cashier is much more extra.

People who work here are kind and professional.
Price: higher than the nearby grocery
Location: complicated for those who aren't staying in JBR but convenient for residents of shams1,2,4 & Ramada.
You can buy food & essentials but limited selection.

Good as community grocery.

Prices are bit costly, but you can find all the things you want. I have in dubai marina almaya super market. Rather than buying here you can buy stuffs in day 2 day

Very small and not so much convenient. And it's hard to find this shop. You should enter through the wooden door or through the car park opposite the Amwaj hotel in the Al Sayorah St. Then you should take the elevator to the "P" floor and exit to the right. You'll find it somewhere there)

The stuff is polite. The prices are high. I bought a flour and it had expired. The eggs were half broken. Not well organised.
