I am the tenant of villa no 2- Mohd Salah compound of 4 villas in Jum 2. I rented this villa for many years. I raised many complains in my villa that requires urgent action but the maintenance department seems ignoring my request. Such as A/c problem, painting outside the villa, water leakage in one bedroom, doors outside the villa need repairs, almost 3 weeks now not re solve. I am so disappointed. Biju & alfa and 1 carpenter visited our villa.the carpenter visited 3x, but never do anything, just look and left.he said he will be back, Until now i am waiting. For painting i also asked this 3 months ago. Just wondering why the maintenance department always not minding the issues in my villa, repeated follow up & calls but still no action. I am hoping that the owner must know my sentiments as a tenant and check the maintenance department whats going on.

Very pathetic, shameless, liar and unprofessionals.

At the time of giving apartment on rent, they were in so hurry that it looked like it is the last apartment in dubai.
They take admin charges, security deposit, commission etc but do not provide services.

Do not even bother to respond on email or whatsapp.

Every time i call them to ask for my refund, they give me a new excuse.

I wanted to tell you my room & my neighbor’s room are very closed we are getting too much noice from them every day early in the morning they are yelling like madly not only morning whole day they are shouting only also their children’s are playing everytime, everywhere we can’t sleep as well.
My brother is doing night shift so he is sleeping in morning he can not sleep in the morning.
Kindly look into this as soon as you can else we will talk with them.

Overall good experience, specially Mr. Nataraj who was very kind and helpful during the entire process.

I am staying in Rashed tower in Al nahda for 1 year. No issues. Maintenance was good. Watchman are friendly.

It’s been 6 month they are not returning my security deposit. No one is responding also. Very pathetic customer service.

From their customer service to maintenance dept, everything is unreliable, unprofessional and lacks basic customer service.
Employees at the customer service desk are pathetic and rude.

To be avoided - Al Mehairi Real Estate LLC - Our experience relates to a compound in Al Manara managed by this company. Although stipulated by contract, in fact no maintenance exists. Pool and common areas are run down. The gym locker room has been rented to a worker who considers the common areas his backyard. There is no janitor. The so called security guard is only minding his own business. The company does not respond to complaints and is difficult to contact. Any call to maintenance is virtually pointless - no one comes. I am so looking forward to the day when I move out of here!

Do not think to rent on this property. Their maitenance is unreliable. Its been a year now that we are asking for a repair but no one replied or doing an action. From their customers service down to maintenance department. I dont know if their management knows their ignorant employees. Very BAD.

The representative are very rude they are not listening properly and not talking properly if the management want proof i can provide all details

I had booked an apartment with them Al Dana building in Warqaa. Made the full payments and gave PDC. To my shock when I was planning to move, I get a call from the building Watchman that flat has been rented out to someone else. I had booked the apartment thru one of the real estate agents in Dubai. I got my partial payment back. They still holding AED1000 saying it's admin fees which is non refundable. It was Dar Al Mehairi who didn't stick to the deal and rather than compensating me these guys are not returning my money. It's been 5 months and no response. It seems it's part of their business to rent same apartment to different people and than not to return the advance payment. I have contacted many guys in this company thru phone, email and WhatsApp but they don't want to return my hard earned money.

Be aware they will not refund your deposit hv been tenant for 12 years and this is the second apartment deposit and this time they have deducted dhs 1575/- and not giving my full deposit of 4000dhs, been to their office many times, they say take it or.have few more friends of the same building who did face similar problem.
