Extremely poor client service. I requested by phone quotation for one piece for 3 days ago. The only reply is they will come back same day but there is not follow up and they never call back. Surprisingly bad to be Porsche.

Mahzaib was very hospitable and very honest and good product knowledge. Will always refer all my buddies her for an amazing service

I recently visited the showroom to reserve one of the cars, though I reached 15 minutes before the closing time & all the sales representatives were busy with other customers, I want to give a big shoutout to the receptionist Mahzaib as she made sure I was to be accompanied & showed empathy

To start you will need to meet with the receptionist. We did walk in and wondered between the cars and the beautiful thing.no one chased us asking to offer help. Usually the sales representative are busy with customers so I suggest to start talking with the receptionist.

I am happy with the employees in the showroom but extremely unhappy with the phone service, no one answers the phone I come from Sharjah so i need to know certain things before visiting the showroom room but seems impossible to reach anyone

This is by far the best dealership in town. Everyone is friendly and helpful, and full of good advise. If one is lucky enough to be a customer there, he/she will surely appreciate the quality of service

After I took the car back from an inspection the left headlight no longer worked and neither did the indicator. They didn't want to take any responsibility and treated us very badly, so I had to have it repaired at my own expense by another garage. I changed from 1 star to 2 because they called me apologizing for what happened and offering a discount for the next jobs. Unfortunately I have already fixed it and paid for it at my expense. It would be fair if they at least reimbursed 50% of my spending

After my second review, the garage tried to contact me to resolve the situation, apologizing and offering me a discount for the next work but unfortunately I had already fixed the damage in another garage at my expense. For this I appreciate and change the review from 1 to 3 stars but it would have been more honest if at least they had reimbursed me 50% of the expense

Recently went in to Porsche Dubai to purchase a new 911. Was very ably assisted by Mr Premjit Vappala. He was very knowledgeable on the car I wanted and importantly explained the current waiting time on the delivery of a new car. I was happy to proceed with the purchase based on the information he provided and in no time we had the Offer to Purchase drawn up and signed. Great service, thank you Premjit!

I haven’t encountered a sales team worse than the sales team working in this dealership. The sales team look lost and they have Zero organization or corporation skills. Even knowledge about customer satisfaction they don’t have it. They lack communication skills, follow up skills, and all around 360 sales skills. It makes the experience so poor you would forget you are dealing with such a known brand internationally.

I pray for the day this dealer will be changed in Dubai because as it stands I’m dealing with the Abudhabi dealer for now that’s for sure. They’re not far better in general but in Abudhabi the sales team definitely got much more knowledge that’s for sure.

It’s been a two year process to get my car due to covid and the microchip problems but it will be ready for collection in a couple of weeks. I have been updated throughout the process and all of the final dealings have been organised very well by Prem. This is my second Porsche from Al Nabooda I am very pleased with the services provided and am excited to collect my new car. I have also always found the service department to be excellent

Great service. The head mechanic for classic cars, Mathew, is very good and has deep understanding on how the car operates. My service/customer relations representative Rahul also offers very attentive service.

Very Bad Customer service. Not up to Porsche standard. No follow up on their task. Just drop your car which is still under warranty (the extended warranty doesn’t come cheap) and hope they will call you one day to find out what is the issue, to fix it another bad journey will start with no visibility every day they change their story.

Great cars, good service, i have dealt with them twice over the last 8 years (2 cars) planning for a 3rd time.

It's typical top standard Porsche a good range of models attentative sales staff they also have Porsche approved if you can't wait 4 months for your new car. They have physical colour samples as well as able to build your car on the car configuration on the screen so you can see how your new Porsche will look like

Horrible customer service. I was really upset, since the sales men had attitude as if they don't want to work.

I was really wiling to buy a Porsche, but after that horrible customer service I strongly hated the showroom, and the cars in it.

Very bad experience with their maintenance manager in Sharjah. He authorized maintenance without final approval forcing the customer to pay what They say. Very argumentative, And they could not.clean the car properly as per the attached pictures. He didn't even apologized for not Checking the car before sending it. After paying almost DH 6,000, this is poor treatment and negligence as the service is part of the maintenance.

I am very disappointed of Porsche Dubai.
1. When you try to call to get an appointment you barely ever get through
2. In the showroom, it seems like customers are more of a burden than business for the sales people. In over 30min not a single sales person got of his seat to offer advice.
3. I am considering the Porsche Taycan (and Tesla Model S) but Porsche sold the showroom car. Only when leaving I saw the test-cars in the garage.
4. You cant get a testdrive right away because the car has to be "sanitised". BUT they force you to sit with a sales person in the car. Why even sanitise the car. I was told it's a Porsche guide line to not offer test drives without sales people. My suggestion to Porsche is to consider adapting in times if a global pandemic when people are not willing to drive in a car with strangers. I canceled my test drive.

Even though I wanted to buy a Porsche for the last four years. Every time I get close to making the decision it feels like Porsche is doing everything in their power to provide a horrible customer experience.

I am really disappointed of Porsche sales and following up comparing to other German car showrooms.
I was in Porsche Shaikh zayed showroom yesterday and I was interested in Panamera and I’ve got all details from sales Gali and he gave me printed offer, I asked him for test drive abd it was before 5 PM but hw said can not! You Should book appointment for test drive! While other companies can make test drive in same time!
He said I will book for you at 6PM tomorrow and they will call you. I said ok
Today I arranged my self for 6 PM and I called at 5 PM to confirm appointment and I surprised that Gali told me I am sorry I am very busy today and I have deliveries and customers and whether you can change test drive for other day!
I was really shocked from this reply. I felt that I am calling a shop not a main Showroom of Porsche!

I would say overall I was not really satisfied with my experience. I was expecting more from this dealership. I have never owned a Porsche and this was my first time going to the showroom. I was underwhelmed when no one even acknowledged my wife and I when we entered. Finally after about 10 minutes a lady came over and asked if we needed help and directed us to the sales consultant. I would have to say Mr. Das was respectful but he didn't really seem enthusiastic about his work. He immediately started asking me what model and color I wanted to purchase, like he was selling bicycles. There was no introduction to the brand or telling me anything about the company. Furthermore didn't even mention a test drive, I had to inform him that I was interested. Also I had to consistently ask questions regarding maintenance, insurance, and other information about the car. I feel that as a customer I should not have to be struggling to ask all the right questions, he should be well informed and be able to give me all the information up front. Spend time going over all the features of the model, explain the various options and give the specs of each trim level.

UPDATE: Decided to not do the test drive based on my experience, did not even get a phone call or SMS from Mr. Das confirming my appointment, no one followed up with us. Horrible excuse for a sales department.

Showroom great but I didn't fell welcome at all.
I was planning to buy second hand car but I went to range rover since I found real respect from al tayer professional team.

I was at al nabooda i went for an interview and i was searching for a place for my prayers but i couldn’t find any place i was going here and there one of the staff of this showroom has spoke to me i said iam so tired i want to pray then they take me to the prayer room of there showroom, they are very very very kind people i love there behavior, i do recommend this place to own ur dream car️

I visited the center, was surprised that the agent wasn't sure of what type of car he have in the show room, also he was not aware of all the options of the car!

The way Nabooda porsche car sales are managed makes them more qualified to sell retail merchandise in a mall. They have no loyalty to their customers what so ever. Whatever you buy from them is worthless if you need to trade back. If you complain they will black-list you and you will end up being treated like you just bought a pair of shoes from them instead of a 700K car. You will end-up getting punished with things like having to pay 20% upfront for special order instead of 10%. Ruthless bunch of people. I advise everyone to buy from Abu Dhabi and get car service from there too. You get treated like royalty each time they see you and provide you with the best sales services.

Good service, before buying a brand new one check upstairs preowned cars, they have really good opinions as well, and just advise for management - provide ur potential buyers good coffee from machine and bottled water instead of Nescafé and water in glass.that’s was surprised for us actually, Porsche should keep the level. And one more thing- if you want to do test drive u need to book one day in advance

Surprisingly Sales staff literally not interested especially in today's market situation. Thought would be better sales advisors better deals. BUT. Would not recommend anybody to buy a Porche here.

Prior to going to Porsche, I had already made up my mind on the 718. But when I checked the reviews out here, I was in shock. So I thought about checking it out myself before I buy the car. And I can tell you this, the comments and reviews on here about Porsche showroom in dubai cannot be more honest.

They were an absolute disaster in terms of customer service. I got there and was told that someone will be with me shortly. I was free to walk about and look at the cars. 20 mins! That’s how long I waited before I lost patience! I told the receptionist that I’ll wait for 5 more mins before I head to BMW. I dropped by Volkswagen on my way. And I assure you, I got better service at both places.
If this is how Porsche treats their prospective customers, I can’t imagine how they treat people who bought a car!
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE
