ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Worst experience ever had with a service centre! I was affected by a minor accident last October 5th. Till date am still waiting for spare parts to be delivered from France! And what unbelievable is that these spares are not available even in the manufacturer as per the service agent! Keeping in mind that my car is Peugeot 508/2023 model.who can produce or provide these parts then?
Ended up with renting a car for more than two months now, paying from my pocket and the manager himself doesn’t know neither exact date of arrival of these parts nor handing over the car back to me…
Moreover, the service agent stopped to answer my calls!
What a frustrating experience!
